LOL...What's worse is leaving them in there long enough that they explode in the freezer. How you doin man? I'll be headed to WA tomorrow. Hope you ordered some nice weather for the Pacific NW or Pacific SW (Canada)
Amen!!! Rudy, just let us know ur ok. No amount of money in the world is worth having thoughts like that bro. Money comes and goes but life is priceless! Come on man, speak up so we all don't worry about ya.
Oops...You must be confused. This is the ICPA board!
Good indicator that interest hasn't dried up like some portray. When you have snipers coming over from other boards spamming their stock there's only one reason for that...because there is a ton of people watching this stock! Yep, just confirmed it. #1 most read on IHUB.
Here comes the walk down!
LOL...Yeah, 4 months ago!!! This stock is not done contrary to what some might think.
Very doubtful you'll find an entry anywhere close to mine. I've been long here since .003. Good luck in your search for an entry. Steve has a plan and I trust that he plans to see it through and IMO it includes the shareholders. Enjoy the chase! I will enjoy watching it!
Yep, you are right...EOM
If you can promise he'll leave I'll definitely stop replying. LOL So far though...it hasn't worked. He did get Steve's personal attention on FB however so maybe you are right. He just needs attention.
I'm hurt that you didn't reply to my earlier post...Here it is again, just in case you missed it...I included a chart in the event you don't have access to one.
Watch and see...In the meantime, keep guessing. You bring lots of humor to the board. But, to say this is going back to sub penny is a little overboard...lots and lots of support between here and there. Look at the chart from early FEB to early APR and then compare to early May to now. Look familiar? We are almost ready for the next move up. Sure hope you aren't shorting this.
THERE ARE A LOT OF SHARES WEATHER THERE LOCKED or not there still used to value a company because someone owns them

6 or 7? How about... .0085? ICPA is losing interest fast. I doubt anyone has enough money to keep it from falling, imo.
You mean the huge trades that just started?
What did you mean by this comment last week? Trying to determine where you stand with this stock.
60 second chart indicates nominal am rise on monday----then may get ugly.
Thay haven't diluted anything...Has the O/S increased? No
Yeah, I saw it. Fake sell! They want to induce selling, that's all. I bet it won't be up on L2 for long. Check back in a few.
Sounds like the perfect conditions for consolidation to me...How do you derive .0282??? What chart indicator gave you that number? LOL 50 MA seems to be holding up nicely
Oh really? Why? Can you explain that comment? I went back and read your other posts to gain a little insight...I've inserted all of your previous wonderful words of wisdome below -
I'd much rather see a chart with a "lot of wordzzz" than a post with a lot of wordzzz that says absolutely NOTHING!!!
ELRA - Breakout chart...Recent news and if the PPS closes above the 50 MA and the middle bollinger this thing should start moving next week.

LOL...Yeah, I went back and got caught up. Hey, this is best place on IHUB IMO. Good people, good conversation and NO IHUB nazis. How bout those Miami Heat!!! Mike Miller killin it from 3 point land
Hmmmm...interesting entry point for reading the board tonight. LOL You get into something bad bro? haha
Here we go!!!
He writes for Spain...so maybe it's an opportunity for him to bail his government out of financial troubles?
Looks like that staircase has reversed and now we are heading back up!!! My one post for the day.
Do you know what the timeframe is typically on restricted shares before they can be sold into the market? I think you are comparing apples and oranges. There are also rules on the amount of restricted securities that may be sold on the open market in a given period of time...thus, reducing the liklihood of flooding the market and reducing the value of the stock. IMO, by the time these restricted shares are eligible to be sold we will see revenues and a profitable company...
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
Holding Period. Before you may sell any restricted securities in the marketplace, you must hold them for a certain period of time. If the company that issued the securities is subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, then you must hold the securities for at least six months. If the issuer of the securities is not subject to the reporting requirements, then you must hold the securities for at least one year. The relevant holding period begins when the securities were bought and fully paid for. The holding period only applies to restricted securities. Because securities acquired in the public market are not restricted, there is no holding period for an affiliate who purchases securities of the issuer in the marketplace. But the resale of an affiliate's shares is subject to the other conditions of the rule.
Trading Volume Formula. If you are an affiliate, the number of equity securities you may sell during any three-month period cannot exceed the greater of 1% of the outstanding shares of the same class being sold, or if the class is listed on a stock exchange or quoted on Nasdaq, the greater of 1% or the average reported weekly trading volume during the four weeks preceding the filing a notice of sale on Form 144. Over-the-counter stocks, including those quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, can only be sold using the 1% measurement.
enjoy your profits then, rather than posting on a board associated with a stock that you no longer own shares in...Let us peons pick up the crumbs...
Some people are Gods in their own eyes! I bow down to you and concede that you are the greatest trader, among other things in the world
Same here Jed...Your back and forth amused me as well.
To be expected, but you miss the point. The point is there is no evidence of an "offer"...Have you seen the offer? Nope!!! Neither have I. Only what was reported in the court documents. It's really no different than telling someone you own 17 million shares when really you only own X number of shares. It's really easy to do right?
So, if an offer was made then there should be proof of that offering in writing that the company should be required to show to the shareholders and to the courts. I'd be interested in seeing that offer in writing, not just the words as transcribed in a court document.
Edit...I want to clarify that I'm not directing this question at you Chad. You have been aweseome through this whole ordeal and you know I respect you. I'm just posing a valid question...$450,000.00 and $450,000,000 could be easily confused when transcribing a document and/or it'd be easy to say a buyout offer was made but not have any written proof of that.
Dude, stop!!! The obvious sarcasm serves no purpose!
Definitely something going on...
Volume has picked up substantially in the last 30 minutes!!!
LOL...Yep, this is good to see. Long row to hoe thoough!!!
My gut tells me that this is not "Day Traders" buying up these big chunks!
Here's a link to Pawtizer wipes that I found on Ebay...It's being sold somewhere. Not sure if this is you but whomever it is has 100% positive feedback for any doubters.
