Reality it is!! :)
Weeeee indeed! After a great day today, looking forward to more of the same tomorrow and beyond. A lot of good stuff on the horizon IMO.
>>>GO AQLV & VERITY<<<
Big day tomorrow for AQLV! Heading north :)
Hi VT - not really basing it on much of anything...spec only. From what I can find, Verity sales have varied from <500K range annually to >1 mil. I do think however that this deal is going to happen. Wishful thinking maybe, but I guess I'm an optimist! :)
>>>GO AQLV<<<
Let's get some dialogue going here. What would one expect if/when the non-binding LOI becomes a reality and Aqualiv Technolgies actually aquires Verity Farms? I would assume the sp would be affected VERY positively...... .01 - .02 range short-term would not be out of the question IMO.
"AquaLiv Technologies and Verity are conducting their respective due diligence and expect to complete the process in the near future. Terms will be disclosed upon closing.
Verity's innovative program focuses on soil stewardship during crop and livestock production using practical knowledge and scientific principles. Producers for Verity are from Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Ohio, Georgia and Mississippi with plans in place to greatly expand the producer network in many other states. All producers voluntarily follow Verity's defined protocols for grain production. After preparing the soil to Verity's high standards, the soils are tested to determine if they meet the standard of non-detectable amounts of the more than 250 known carcinogens and chemical residues. Then the soils qualify for Verity grain production.
Verity is organized into three business divisions: Soil Preservation, Water Systems and Consumer Products. Soil Preservation consists of Verity Farms and Verity Turf; Verity Water Systems and, Verity Consumer Products includes Verity Meats, Verity Produce and Verity Grains. Verity Farm's Meats are known for their taste borne of the company's strict policy of not utilizing antibiotics, artificial hormones, growth promotants and animal by-products in the production process. Part of the soil problem is experienced through genetic improvement. Hybrid crops have removed some nutrients faster than they have been replaced. The result is imbalances in many farm's soils that cause important minerals and trace minerals to be unavailable for crop utilization. Commercial production, represented by the very large corporate farms, has failed to recognize this elemental fact about soil and continue to apply large amounts of poorly balanced fertilizer into their soils".
Right on razzo! Happy New Year to all. AQLV will have some pleasant surprises for us in January I would suspect :)
Witch hunt....grabbing at straws. Let's see what happens with the announced LOI with Verity and then go from there.
We'll see soon enough, I would think.
When AquaLiv Technologies aquisition of Verity LLC is finalized is when we'll see a significant upswing is the pps, I would assume. Until then.....not much happening (kinda like today...)
Agree cc - perfectly understandable at this point. I do feel however, that this stock is heading north. How far??? We shall see...
>>>GO AQLV<<<
Certainly can't argue that vt.
Hold your breath......I left out "don't" on purpose. Watch and see :)

Dec. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CGrowth Capital, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CGRA) is pleased to announce that Jason Otteson of Noble Mining, Inc. has completed his site visit and due diligence of the Company's Processing Facility partner in Dayton, Nevada.
The Company recently finalized its non-binding letter of intent for the partial acquisition and Joint Venture with its Processing Facility and its intent to begin processing ore. The Company believes that the partnership with the Processing Facility will be a key component to its success in turning raw ore into precious metals – an important piece of the puzzle that many mining operations fail to execute on. The Noble Mining site visit was an important benchmark in moving the relationship forward with a goal towards funding.
"We are pleased with Mr. Otteson's visit to the processing facility," Stated Bill Wright, CEO of CGrowth Capital, Inc. "It shows his commitment to the Company and our business concepts. We were also pleased, but not surprised, by Mr. Otteson's positive feedback regarding the Dayton facility. We could not be happier with the progress being made on our business plan and the site visit was an important part of moving the business forward."
Jason Otteson, who has been featured on Discovery Channel's hit show Gold Rush for two seasons, is the founder of Noble Mining, Inc. The 3rd Season of Gold Rush continues to air on Fridays on the Discovery Channel. Discovery's Gold Rush is one of the top shows on TV.
"We enjoyed visiting the Processing Facility and seeing first hand where CGrowth Capital is going," stated Jason Otteson, CEO of Noble Mining, Inc. "We were very impressed with what the team has put together and the long term commitment to implementing the business plan. The Dayton facility is top notch. We look forward to continuing with our due diligence and completing additional visits at other locations for CGrowth Capital."
Hey Luke - I think ya mean CGRA! :)
This looks like a good opportunity for cheapies before this stock takes off!

Regarding the AQLV filing: some posters here need to do their homework. AQLV is an FYE Sept. 30th filer, therefore they do NOT have a 10Q due. The next that is due would be required by Dec. 31st, or mid Jan. if they file an extension.
Just sayin..........

20 cent trade @ .0010.....geez!
>>>GO AQLV<<<
Nice $7 paint job to start off the day :)

CGRA looks like a good pick at a still low price. Here's a piece about Noble Mining, which has ties to CGRA, on Facebook:
"Noble Mining is dedicated to bringing valuable information and industry insights to serve you and your precious metal investment needs.
Who is Behind Noble Mining?
JASON OTTESON, CEO: With over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience, Jason has a proven tack record of growing small startups into profitable, multi-million dollar entities. Prior to Noble Mining, Jason was a leader of a large precious metals investment firm. Previously, Jason was the CEO of Sportan United Industries, Inc., where he led the firm through an IPO, and a successful acquisition. To Jason, the precious metals industry is more than another business; he sees this as a stable harbor in this current economic storm."

Nothing going on here for a day or two at least due to hurricane Sandy - NYSE closed.
Looking forward to the coming week. CGRA looks very interesting - going to keep my eyes on this one.
AQLV isn't "drying up and blowing away", although a positive PR soon would be hopeful (and helpful). Still holding and waiting :)
I think we all know (or should know) that no one on this board really has much of a clue what's going to happen with this stock. One poster shouts "dilution", while the next yells "it's gonna take off soon". Back and forth, so on and so on. It's all a big game in the end - some will make some dough and some will lose. Do your DD and make your decisions based on that, certainly not based on what someone you know nothing off posts one way or the other. Good luck to all.
Not so much today! Oh well, gotta take the bad with the good and be willing to take yer lumps.

My portfolio shows much more than + $1.60 for the day :)
>>>GO AQLV<<<
I agree with Razzo, VT. Even with it being so quiet the past couple of months, the sp didn't drop as far as it could have. I think there are a good amount of investors (including me) who feel there is a bright future ahead for AQLV and a positive PR is going to be released before long. IMO, of course! :)
Nice paint job to start off the day.......someone bought a whopping $4.31 worth to drop the sp to .0025. Geez....
I don't know, sidedraft - only know that two of the products work as advertised and have two very satisfied customers in my wife and myself. DD is always the smart bet, but my DD says firsthand that Infotone and the Aqualiv water filtration system works as advertised. Whether or nor those on the board believe in the products or not is not important to me either way and is up to each individual.
>>>GO AQLV!!!!<<<
Based on my personal experience, they're likely legit. My wife uses Infotone daily and loves it. She (and I) can notice the positive effects on her skin and for the price, it's a bargain. Here are some other reviews:

http://www.greenlivingonline.com/article/product-review-face-mist
http://www.appliedglamour.com/2011/03/seriously-works-infotone-face-mist.html
We also use and enjoy the benefits from owning the AquaLiv home water system. Those are two of the reasons why I have chosen to invest in this company (in addition to purchasing their products). And as far as AgSmart is concerned.....the sky's the limit! There is crazy potential there; and with this summers drought being so devastating the use of this product for increased crop production looks even more inviting.
I'm not saying that I really understand how a lot of this works, I only know firsthand that it does and that's good enough for me and my wife. There are bound to be skeptics, and actually that's a good thing - no one should accept things blindly.
I look forward to the future with this company and say "GO AQLV"!!
Always been here Zeke, just been watching and waiting :)
AQLV is for real and has a bright future, things are just taking longer than expected to take off IMO.
I agree VT. Although things have been quiet for some time now, something is afoot and also think that we'll be hearing some positive news soon. Patience will be rewarded.
>>>GO AQLV<<<
I e-mailed Joseph Vazquez yesterday via the link on the EGPI Firecreek website and got this prompt reply in return:
Thoughts??
Sure things have been down, but honestly I thought the sp would have dropped more after the update on the 22nd. That in itself is a good indicator that there is enough belief and continued interest in AQLV and the potential of what this company will do in the near future. I think that we'll hear some "good stuff" regarding the Aqualiv water system as well as the recent developments in Japan.....long and strong!
>>>GO AQLV<<<
Happy 4th to all! Sincere thanks to those serving our great country and all they do to ensure our freedoms and liberty!
>>>Go AQLV<<<
$200.00 ask..........nice! Nothing like positive thinking. :)
>>>GO AQLV<<<
AQLV most certainly isn't trading at $12.50..........not yet anyway. :)
I wouldn't be at all surprised if things don't just "percolate"for a while. The next pr will almost certainly be one with good tidings, then the sp will begin ramping up once again. Good time to buy IMO.
Agree nit2win - also likely an accurate assumption of this character.
