That's all that has been left since November of last year.

Do some due diligence - unless Baltia lied, this link shows when they actually began the certification process - over 6 years ago - and they still haven't succeeded.
.
But this time, no one will know because the date is a secret.
Quite a few people claim to know, but are sworn to secrecy to prevent the pps from declining when Baltia fails the test again.
...it's a secret...shhhhhhhh...
Yes I did. Not only did I read the amended version you quoted, but also the original - both clearly state the transaction was a grant, not a purchase.
This was no mathematical mistake - Baltia’s attorney entered 1,000,000 instead of 10,000,000 in Table I, Block 4. Bone-headed blunder perhaps, but there was no arithmetical calculation error involved there.
By the way...”...showed the verified payment of $100,0000...” - what kind of number is that? Was this another mathematical mistake? Where in the Form 4 (either one) was the verified payment entered?
Maybe Baltia should consider another attorney - this one seems to work a little sloppy...but then again, he definitely fits right in with this company...
If Barry purchased his shares, why didn't he file as such? According to the Form 4, the transaction that occurred on 2/10/15 was a grant.
Great idea! Then, when the bank calls to ask you when you're going to pay them, you can just say - SOON!!!
Baltia doesn’t hire flight attendants that are castoffs from other airlines - they hire stewards, formerly employed as waiters in fine restaurants. Their job is to serve meals, prepared by the on-board gourmet chef to their passengers...and that is straight from the mouth of Barry Clare, Vice President of Finance.
OH NO - NOT ANOTHER DELAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One thing is certain - the Superbowl WILL be played today...not so sure about Baltia doing anything this week...
All ready to start operations?
Did they get certified yesterday? Is Baltia holding back PR's again? What operations are they ready to start?
"Can now search for flights and book tickets!"
No you can't! Try booking tickets...
"Baltia Air Lines is currently undergoing FAA Air Carrier Certification. Tickets are currently Not available. This service is subject to government operating authority."
Same old web site...nothing new...
They are only going to have 316 seats on the plane, and since they are only counting on a 64% load factor, they will only need meals for 200. I would imagine the on-board gourmet chef will prepare all of the meals for the 1st class passengers, so that would reduce the need for meals even further.
Baltia was founded in 1989...check your math...
Are you saying that you could make a quick profit by short selling BLTA? Please explain how you or anyone else is currently making quick profits by short selling this stock. I would like to know so that I can join in. Please limit your discussion to BLTA.
As for the rest, I have no idea whose post you are replying to, but it certainly wasn't mine - I never said anything about key words or tricky phrases...nor did I say anything about PR's or breaking wind.
And how would you know this? Oh yeah - you called headquarters, right? So how did they find this if they didn't test it? The part just happended to come rolling down the aisle after somebody opened the door? When you said ..."they will resume...", what did you mean by that - resume what? Looking on the floor for parts rolling around? Resume the evac test? Oh sorry...I forgot - they haven't started that yet, have they?
Three weeks to get the part? Knowing Baltia's past history of predictions, that will turn into 7 or 8 weeks. And how do you know they have already ordered the part? Headquarters tell you that? Guess they won't be selling tickets this year.
Who said everybody is desperate for selling their shares for a quick profit? How can anyone make a quick profit when the pps keeps going down? If they want to sell their shares cheaply, why would you object to that? You stated previously that you would buy those shares - just keep buying up all those cheapies, and someday you will be filthy rich.
Doesn't say they passed the test...
Spindoctor says.....................................................
“The evacuation drill failure was a good thing!!!”
Now the pps will once again plunge and we can all buy up tons of cheapies - yay!!! Then, all we have to do is hold onto them for another 25 years in the hope that we will all become insanely rich...hard to believe that some people really believe this nonsense...
How does a letter from Baltia to the DOT "trump" a letter from the FAA to Baltia? Just because Baltia sent a letter doesn't mean they took care of something. Maybe Baltia missed the words, "with the exception of" just like some people here did.
Oh No - not another delay! The FAA is screwing Baltia again!
What happened to the Brainiac? Did he get thrown off ireports and come back under ArnoldSmith? I believe everything ArnoldSmith says, with his first and only report having to do with Baltia...as a matter of fact, I'm seriously considering refinancing the house and putting every penny into BLTA. Blue Skies Ahead - right...
...absence of critical PRs...???
17 PR's related to certification so far this year. How many do you have to have? One a week? Daily? How about one every hour?
All the PR's in the world aren't going to move this stock price.
If the "manipulation" you speak of hadn't occurred, what would the pps closed at - .05? .10? There was no manipulation.
The pps is where it belongs right now. I predict it will be sub-penny by the middle of next month, PR's or no PR's.
Why???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
So far this year, Baltia has issued 17 “BLOCKBUSTER” PR’s, yet the pps has yet to “SKYROCKET” as promised by so many here. In addition, this Summer saw the fabled airshow which was supposed to make the stock price “EXPLODE”...it didn’t. With all this great news, the pps has been flat-lined at .02 or lower (except for a few occasional forays to .03) all year. So, why would anyone think that the NEXT PR is going to have any positive effect on the pps? Even if the next PR would state that Baltia is now certified and is now selling tickets and will have it’s first flight tomorrow, the pps is still not going to go up. Pps of .05, .10, 1.00, 3.00, 5.00 - what a joke - it’s never going to happen!!!
Face it - this company and it’s stock are finished - you have all been scammed by the pros from Russia!
...couldn't resist...
One possible reason for moving up the date would be to predict something exciting will happen before the end of the year. That type of prediction wouldn't really be believable if made in the 3rd week of December. You don't think they would do something like that, just to break another promise, do you? I do...
Like any stock, the risk of loosing [sic] money is always a strong possibility.
...but if you’re well informed, you will soon be wealthy - right? No chance of losing money if you’re well informed - right?
There is no relationship between American Airlines and Baltia, yet you’ve made that comparison numerous times on this forum.
There is no relationship between securing approval for the delivery of newly designed aircraft and obtaining Part 121 air carrier certification.
Even if Baltia succeeds in securing Part 121 certification (which is extremely unlikely IMO), there is no guarantee that they will be successful operating at a profit. Therefore, even if they get certified, they could go bust shortly thereafter. Knowing that, when does a well informed investor sell? As soon as they get certified? Just before? Just after? Or does one hold on and take the useless shares to the grave?
If you're planning on investing in Baltia, you should do some DD beforehand. Check out Baltia's web site - it contains a wealth of knowledge about their current status. It also provides daily updates of milestones in their certification progress. A simple call to HQ will put you in touch with one of their certification experts who will guide you through the remaining steps. They may also offer you Baltia stock at a great discount price. With an investment of as little as $100, you too could be joining the throngs here who are about to become multimillionaires - practically overnight!
News Flash!!!
Internet forum member sued by 25 year start-up airline for claiming they promised him they would fly in 2008 (they didn’t). The forum member also claimed Baltia promised him they would fly in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Baltia’s legal grounds are they only told him that so he would buy stock - they never used the word “promise”.
It’s getting a little ridiculous around here, isn’t it?
All you need to know about Baltia...
Great post - should be a sticky!!!
Well, where is it? That is what Mithrandir67 was looking for.
wickw50 - where is the email address on that page?
I quoted a statement right out of the Ypsilanti Courier..."...with all flights traveling from New York to Europe." There was no mention of 'Eastern European Cities'. There was also no mention of St. Petersburg.
I know where St. Petersburg is.
How do you know what Baltia's plans are?
Poor Igor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Imagine - living on bread and water and driving an old car around for 25 years!!!!!
Last time I saw him, it looked like he put on a couple of pounds...maybe he should switch to whole wheat bread.
Of course Baltia executives will file with the FTC when they sell their stock - just like they do with everything - LATE, LATE, LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If they lied to you then, they won't lie to you now?
Great Post!!!
...airline fantasy...
You can forget about Russia. Baltia’s interview at the show said it all - “...with all flights traveling from New York to Europe.” Not one word about Russia...and more importantly, nothing about St. Petersburg. What happened to the original business model? The Baltia mantra - we have an exclusive route to St. Petersburg - we will be the only airline flying there nonstop from JFK! Now what? Now, Baltia is planning on being just another airline flying to Europe. But unlike the other airlines flying to Europe, this airline has just one old plane, with an old interior, flown by old pilots, with old flight attendants, and somehow expecting to pack their plane every flight and make a fortune. I don’t think so.
Maybe that was the big surprise they promised...
Yeah, just like Pinocchio's nose...
