I have an acct w/Zecco also - they bite when it comes to pennies so I opened another acct at Etrade and haven't had any problems thus far. I still have 4 pennies still sitting at Zecco for the same reason - $700 to sell it, PHOOEY! OptionsXpress and ThinkorSwim are also self-clearing and seem pretty good choices. Apparently Penson's former CEO was doing some really underhanded stuff and the firm was left holding the bag on millions of dollars worth of uncleared securities - hence, they're passing the savings on to us.... Lol

In concurrence, to the unsure - we have to remember that this industry is still under mad scrutiny! From what I understand, Bama has had more raids on legal MMJ dispensaries than ol' Dubya ever had. These CEO's are bullseye in the radar and their silence is strategic imo. Im in deep here so I've chewed off most of my fingernails as well while waiting but I trust and believe that this particular segment of the mmj industry is lucrative AND necessary so let's buck up......MR. Just my 2cents but I think this news is great for MusclePharm...even tho the FDA sucks, many companies like Met-Rx and USP Labs still use DMAA and athletes are penalized heavily for testing positive.

Today was a beauty folks! Asking for some advice here.... Ive been learning to trade for the past 4mo and if Ive learned anything, it's that I better add some more shares when a chart looks like this! The problem is that I don't know if and when there will be a dip. Can anyone shoot a wild guess as to whether this might retrace and to what price? Forgive me if the question sounds like Im asking you to read a crystal ball but daggone it, this trade is working and I'd like to maximize my profits :) TAD and glta....GO FREAKIN' GO EGT!!!

Thx for the replies - that is what was weirding me out earlier- I us E-tr*** and bid showed 0/ask .0031 yet last trade shown was at trip 1. No matter-Im going to keep holding. This company has clout somewhere with all those stores carrying their products and 20+ yrs of biz..imo. Mr. Miller, you're killin' me big guy.

Yeah-we are also. I just called them to ask why the heck we can't trade while others can and apparently they have to gather ALL the shares from every FEEL shareholder at Etrade first... then they make the request to FEEL ...and now we have to wait until Mr. Miller and Co. reissue the new shares back to Etrade at which point Etrade will reallocate back to us. From what the rep said, this could take as long as a month. Im SO not happy. Anyway, that's what I get for using a discount brokerage.

C'est la vie - I'll think positively though because honestly, those are some dam nice golf clubs and if a company has been around for 25yrs in the same biz like FEEL, they've got some clout - hopefully they didn't leave it all in Vegas ;) GLTY
