by: A
-putting out more shares
-post their Finance on their website so it doesn't cost them thing (then the pps will shoot up)
-going dark saves them thousands
-payoff their debt
-shareholders will be happy
-sell parts of their business that's not primary part of their business and it's worth millions.

unless its M/a: B
-retract share out in public (less for pay off)
-lower the pps and buy as much (again less pay off)
-going dark (more money in their pocket)
-BOD and management intact


I said it before atrn is a multi million dollar company and they have a great business model specially moving into the new era.
