a. Equipment acquisition, furtherance of exploration in different SL areas within
same concession, pursuing to secure JV agreement for Ghana, and the continuance
of public relations to ensure continuity of amiable cooperation with local
government particularly after Ghana's president recent passing.

b. Another factor at play would be SNEY's PROMO/AWARENESS plan, how/when
implemented and the results from REE's testing at Hazen, (Co.) along with
possible Off-take agreements will determine much, . . .all of which will
take time,....and money.

All indication point towards a bright future for SNEY's PPS and it does not
happen automatically or over-night,... there is much to be done and it is
taking place as we sit and post, . . . we must still be patient,
....much has
already taken place from this caterpillar fresh out of the caccoon butterfly.

....not so sure it will move at those levels just yet,...

remember, you want a steady rise sustained by PR's, and not a "spike" that
will crumble as fast, ... that's the norm of the "spike".

If the PPS is to reach great heights, it has to be gradual-fast and avoid "explosive"
peaks in order to last. Too fast will "chocke" trading and cause it to drop fast, for
the same reason you "Peel-off" stock and not "dump".

SNEY is in good hands, it is not Steve's first rodeo and he is determined to make
this a success, he has made it this far and has no intention of relenting.

Remember this morning, two SNEYSAYERS posted that the "Q"1 would not file and
the CE would not be lifted for weeks,. . . they were wrong.

We are a "used to be" PIRATE SHIP ...now a CRUISER, we are not under CE &
are UP-LISTED, ...both happened "at the speed of light" and against all
odds, . . . they said it couldn't be done and it was.
I was even quoted it will take a minimum of 30 days to remove CE, and I disagreed,
.... it happened instantly.

I am happy for everyone here, this is what kept SNEY silent up to this point, and SNEY
was not in the position to provide any information prior to "CURRENT" and not
having PPS benefit from it, after all this is about SNEY's PPS and not about holding
anyone's hand which never is enough, in fact even now or in the future, after being
proven wrong they will continue to not appreciate what is being done here and will
now complain about other issues, (that's the reason the "blog" wouldn't have worked,
it is never enough!, AND WOULD'VE TAKEN THE WIND OUT OF ANY FUTURE "PR" SAILS.

I had few obstacles, some of you would contact Steve to confirm what I had shared
with you, so then SP would move to stop the leak.

SNEY's focus and path has been proven correct and productive, in spite of all the whining.
I have already thanked Steve on behalf of the SNEY shareholders for his determination
and perseverance on accomplishing this most difficult task!.
Henceforth, any form of progress will be known via PR's and I will now cease my
recon-assignments. furthermore, I will not take any questions as to any future SNEY plans,
progress, etc., it will all come via PR's as it should.

I had been assured by my guess-timations and DD, this "Q"1 filing would take
place on Friday, or Monday at the latest, I am beyond disappointed
that this did not taken place as expected, and I regret having pointed out
these dates and hope this has not caused problems for any of you.

I ask that you forgive me and my overly optimistic attitude, as I was hoping
for this stock to take to the sky sooner than later.

I am now told this will happen tomorrow, that everything has been completed,
and albeit it will be great for the stock, I am not saying anything any longer.
I have been holding shares for about two years, and have not added ONE
share to my holdings.
I am a "long" and have not cried when dates were not met,just as I won't
whine now, . . . hope you do the same, this stock will fly in spite of
