Without a doubt, Zhen Wang passed very warm gas in FCPG investors faces as he walked away smoking a Chinese cigar. What amazes me too is that most of the investors here continued to support him years after the reporting of the financials were stopped. That leads me to believe that Doug and Brad could very well have been posting on this board.
What a scam it has been for the rest of the crew!
Oh yea, one more thing, had anyone follow the strong advice of fcpgalltheway and bought aggressively?
All IMHO.
"Dog, cat, rat, or bat. Which one shall I have?" says Wang as FCPG, the "Domain name" is no longer a concern for him.
In my honest opinion.
Has anyone forwarded the needed $7,500 to Doug's account yet? LOL!
I sometimes get email spam from The Republic of Nigeria Bank stating that they have something like $500,000 that they want to send to me but in order for them proceed they would need my Bank account and routing number, including forwarding them $10,000 for processing fees.
Think I will go for that? NOT!
So when you call your broker to sell FCPG, he will put you on hold once he sees that this is a Chinese Penny Stock being First China, how much you bought it for and now that you are selling it, in order for him to let out a burst of laughter. He will have a very big smile as well. He wil tell his coworkers too. IMHO.
Sorry it had to be this way. I hope yall learned your lesson now and stay away from these types of scams.
Buy very high, sell very low.
No but really buy very high, sell ultra low in this case now that it's gone to the gray's.
That's how the Chinese got you working here. Chinese Reverse Merger Penny Scam Stocks - No good, no good.
I was scorned and told to shut up for telling people not to buy here.
OMG! Blaming Rotenberg for Zhen Wang not paying Marcum for starting and finishing the audits. Then collecting money for paying Doug to go to China so that he can find an empty chair with a warm depression on the seat as Wang rides off in his fancy car and retreats to his Bungalow. If he does catch Zhen, what difference does it make now? Zhen can make up any excuse. He can tell Doug what ever he wants to hear, just to get him to leave. Then when Doug leaves, Wang will go back to his regular routine of having nothing to do with the SEC and the once "FCPG domain name" that no longer exists.
Once the SEC revokes FCPG stock it will be all over. The SEC will of have done their job in protecting the investing public from scam artist such as mastermind Zhen Wang's crony FCPG Chinese reverse merger penny scam.
All in my very honest opinion!
Your dearly beloved Zhen Wang is nothing more than a top rated scam artist and your Moses that you thought was going to take you alltheway to the promise land made a full circle and took you right back to Egypt. LOL!
All in my very honest opinion!
SCAMORAMA!!!!!
Fcpgalltheway, you stated that, "MARCUM...HAVE NOT BEEN PAID SINCE THEY WERE HIRED."
I once was lured into another penny stock scam Bfar. What a waste of my time and hard earned money! I'm here to tell you to stay away from the dirty scams that exist out there so that non of you will fall victim again like I did.
Tired of seeing your hard earned money go to scam artist such as Zhen Wang?
Don't invest in Foreign Chinese Penny Scam Stock's!
FCPG fits the criteria!
Right now Wang is deciding between dog or cat. "Which one shale I have," he thinks to himself as he looks over the the dirty hot bustling city of Kumming. "Hey wait," he yells as he sees the toothless man riding the bike. "I 'll have on of that," he says. He then takes his new found furry friend for a walk while congratulating himself of all of his accomplishments from the money he has made off of FCPG investors. - IMHO
Right now Zhen Wang is a very, very, very, very, happy man holding a very large smile across his face laughing and thinking at how he ripped you guys off. He then says to his Phillipino connection on the phone, "You know. I'm a very smart man. I am sure I made my country proud of me. Those shareholders got what they deserved. It's true, a sucker is born every minute in America." - IMHO
Fcpgalltheway, legally reinstating the stock back on the the exchange is not how it works. The SEC will not do that. They are there to protect the investing public from scam artist such as Zhen Wang. Your only remedy now is to sue FCPG. This of course will not be an easy task. First, you would need to locate a lawyer in China that is willing to take on the case in a communist country that hates USA due to past and present unfavorable actions on both sides. Second, you will need hard cash, and a lot's of it, in the neighborhood of no less than 200K and more if you want a decent lawyer that again is willing to take on the case. Third, if you lose you will be required to pay the legal defense team for their expenses in addition to losing all the money from already paying for your lawyer. So in essence you are looking at needing $500,000 plus on hand.
Have you ever heard the saying of counting the cost before building the tower. If you don't you would of partially built the tower and not have the money to pay for the rest and people will be laughing at you saying, "Too bad he couldn't finish the tower due to not having the cash to begin with."
Scam artist Zhen Wang knew who the shareholders were and counted the cost before and during his decision to not file the required financials. Knowing there were no funds that owned shares and that there were small investors, he knew he could take advantage of the situation and you know the rest of the story.
WE SEEM TO HAVE STOPPED AT 1.58 AS IF A BRICK WALL HAD BEEN HIT!
THIS IS THE TIME START BUYING BIG FOR THE UPTURN!LOL!
SOMEONE IS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO NEXT!!!!
LIKE IN "TRADING PLACES" THEY ARE READY FOR THE BUY SIGNAL>
Some pumper here once posted the above.
LOL!!!!!
If Wang failed to comply with the Exchange Act, what leads you to believe that he would compliant by filing form 4s, imho?
As a result of the foregoing, the Respondent failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder.

It's too late. The firm that was to audit FCPG would need to get paid a certain percentage first in order to commence the audit. My understanding is they have not been paid. Does it make sense to you that the audit of 3 years of 10-K's and numerous Q's could be completed within the next month or so before FCPG stock is revoked by the SEC? There is no audit firm that can work that fast and knowing that Wang does not wan't to pay for the audits leads me to believe that the numbers were all faked and major discrepancies were found.
All in my honest opinion of course.
Does it make sense to you that he was aiming for the Hong Kong exchange after the transaction took place which took this shell to the USA Nevada office when it was indeed a HK exchange to begin with?
First China Pharmaceutical Group Limited, a company organized under the laws of Hong Kong (“FCPG HK”), Kun Ming Xin Yuan Tang Pharmacies Co., Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) and wholly owned subsidiary of FCPG HK (“XYT”) and Douglas Billingsley, the sole shareholder of FCPG HK, on the other hand (the “Share Exchange”). Pursuant to the proposed terms of the Share Exchange, the Company will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of FCPG HK in exchange for FCPG HK’s shareholder acquiring no less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock. As a result, FCPG HK and XYT would become wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. As a condition of the Share Exchange, there will be a change in the Company's Board of Directors prior to the closing of the Share Exchange.
Get a clue! All in my opinion of course. LOL!
Our officers and Directors are located in the Philippines.
Since all of our officers and Directors are located in the Philippines, any attempts to enforce liabilities upon such individuals under the U.S. securities and bankruptcy laws may be difficult.
Our officers and Directors hold 55.55% of the outstanding shares of our common stock.

On December 09, 2010 the stock soared to a high of $5.90 with a volume of 3.3M and then began it's downward decent. The next day it closed at $2.30 with a volume of 6.2M The stock volume traded on average from the mid 500K to the low millions until Feb 22, 2011 when is started to trend down.
Anyone to the prior officer could of been selling this shell company.
All in my honest opinion.
Bar1080, with all due respect, when you get a chance, could you please read the previous post number 13286 and tell me if that message is logical and your opinion as to how this dirty scam was played out?
BTW I do appreciate lawyers, knowing well that you all go through a heck of a lot of schooling and training to get where your at. It's no science why lawyers charge $$$ for their services.
Thanks in advance.
I believe that Wang started disposing of his shares piecemeal commencing January 1st 2012.
Here's my humble hypothesis. The following is my opinion of course.
Every 10-K that is reported to the SEC has to state how many shares an officer held and or disposed of during the reporting period which would of been from April 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 in the case of FCPG. This information you can find in the under the Security ownership of certain beneficial owners and management and related stockholders matters in the SEC 10-K. As you already know, FCPG did not report any further 10-K since May 2, 2012.
During and after Jan 1st of 2012, Wang could of easily disposed of those shares knowing well in advance that because of frustration of how Chinese Reverse Merger stocks are treated here in the USA that the chances of seeing his shares and further shares that FCPG could offer to the public would not be appreciated in price. Therefore, knowing this, Wang decided to dispose of his shares into the Market when the stock price was trading from the high of .49 cents to the present .02 cents and most likely disposed of his shares at the upper levels in share price thereby putting downward pressure in the share prices. Why else would the stock continue it's downward decent despite the reports of favorable 10Q's? Even disposing his shares at a modest .20cents on average would of given his a cool $3,000,000. Or perhaps he made an arrangement with a MM to sell his 15,000,000 shares to a set price, which would of caused the share price to go down afterwards as the MM began selling those shares to the public. On 2/3/2012 there was a spike in the price at 0.33 on 1.444 million shares. The following trading day 0.52 on 895K shares and the next day 0.46 on 402K shares and so on.
What makes this even more possible is that there is no big fund that owned a lot of shares that would of made it possible to go after FCPG had they stopped reporting. Knowing this well in advance Wang saw the opportunity and you know the rest of the story.
It appears that Wang had unloaded all of his 15 million shares.
Take a look at the free float, it's at 59.66. This should also show up on your broker account. If he still owned his 15 million shares it would NOT be part of the free float of 59.66 in which 59.66 shares are outstanding.
http://markets.ft.com/research/Markets/Tearsheets/Summary?s=FCPG:PNK
It also appears that the stock was under heavy selling pressure which brought the stock down to where it last traded. Guess how was doing the selling or "shorting" as you may of said?
I don't know of any broker firm that will allow one to short a stock under $5.00 a share.
Fcpgalltheway, you should of been aware of all of this information. If you had been aware of that vital information, would you of continued to try to beckon people to buy FCPG shares?
April 6, 2015 will be the first day that FCPG will be traded on the gray and no bid or ask will be present. It will be just your broker and a MM. It's very hard to unload shares as MM's will have to buy them in order to resell them and with the clock ticking to the day when FCPG shares are revoked, the chances of finding an MM to buy your shares at a decent price will be very slim. Now, I'm not saying it can't be done, but if it is done it will be at a very low price. Remember, you and you alone made the purchase and sell. No one forced you to buy or sell. You are the sole person that made the trades. No one made you do the things you did.
My advice would be to consult with bar1080 the next time you are tempted to by a foreign penny stock. He is a good guy and his advice is free.
Sorry it had to be this way, as I myself too learned the hard way.
Yall' will recover and this will be a learning lesson.
For those that didn't see this coming or those that were not aware of the scams out there with Chinese scam stocks like Bfar, there is a wise saying, "Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me."
"Things are gonna start to heat up next week."
Not! Shares heated up to a crisp by Wang.
"Fcpg is there for the pickin."
The only thing that was pickin' was Wang from your pockets, that is shareholders pockets. Not good. You should of listen to my advice before and not bought.
"The pot is boiling."
I don't think so. Shares here were burned and all because of Wang.
Bar1080, you are a very wise man and your knowledge speak truth.
Fcpgalltheway, please admit that you were swindled along with the rest of fcpg investors. The money that you put into this stock is gone. If there were a group of investors that sued the so called "company" the chances of winning are nil. The courts in China are good at defending their people against foreigners. First, if yall ever do get a favorable decision in the courts of China, you will get at the most 1 penny per share as compensation after attorney fees. Second, if you can find a good attorney, they will most likely charge at full cost vs a percentage of contingency. It is very difficult to win a lawsuit as a foreigner against the homeland of China.
Wang has you and the rest of the shareholders in the palm of his hands.
Did you read the last 10Q with showed more liabilities than assets? Where do you think that money went from the share offerings? Do you think he would of reinvested it back into the company knowing full well that he would cut off USA shareholders?
Because of you and others, his children will see the finest schools and universities money can buy, here in the USA. Wang and his family will live a lavish lifestyle for the rest of their lives all at the expenses of fcpg shareholders.
Fcpgalltheway, I have not posted on ihub for ages but I am still alive and well and am recovering from bfar. My biggest lesson learned was that no matter how hard you try to pull for these types of stocks, the major majority of investors here in USA do not like Chinese stocks. In fact they hate these type of stocks and wish for the worst of them.
I'm sorry it had to come to this, but I thought you would of learned from my mistake in buying bfar another Chinese penny stock scam. They are all scams. Fcpg is a stock scam. It's too bad you had to learn the hard way. My opinion in this matter and best advice to you is to buy American stocks that are legit, consecutively profitable and that people love to trade.
I think sales are going to surge this quarter as the current Zohydro that has no abuse deterrent will be replaced with the new abuse deterrent drug. Pharmacies are gonna want to get their hands on as much stock as possible and the buyers are gonna be after them. Just saying...
Any thoughts as to what the Market will price this at the open this Monday?
Thanks, HHHG.
That was very good information. I use to read your post on UGAZ such as when the storage was 10% lower than the 5 year average, etc. Unfortunately, it appears that the market took the 800 Bcf that was excessively produced in 2014 and added it to the current storage every week since last year production was over 800 in compared to the prior years.
So take the current storage of 2,543 and add about 800 and you get 3,343. Where will this winter take NG? Perhaps to around 1600 to 1800 by the time the withdrawal season ends, then add 800 and you have 2400 to 2600 by the March - April, in the Markets eyes. I think because of that, NG is headed near or may even test the $1.90 support as it did in 2012 when the storage was at it's lowest at 2369. Once that occurs, NG would be a long buy.
Your thoughts?
Where did you find or locate the 82 bcf for today, if you don't mind me asking?
Guys what happened? We haven't even received the injection numbers yet and this sold off. Possible rebound tomorrow?
Price target guys. What is your price target and how long till we get there before we sale and buy DGAS all over again?
We are not even half way to $40.00 yet, but with the crises looming in Ukraine, UGAZ will be smoking.
Yes someone was accumulating shares today. Click on the trades tab and you will see that the buys way outnumbered sells.
I'm betting that the volume will pick up tomorrow. Hopefully we will surpass 23 cents and never look back.
EMITF Lot's of volume in the last two week. Got technicals?
