Any guess as to when the big sale announcement will be and if there are be any future plans for the assetless HRTE? Will they fold, or come up with another, as cyberbullymouse puts it, hoax?
Sat, Nov 17, 2012 12:00 - Here Enterprises, Inc. (HRTE: OTC Link) - Tier Change - The symbol, HRTE, no longer is classified as OTC Pink Limited. As of Sat, Nov 17, 2012, HRTE resides in the OTC Pink No Information tier. You may find a complete list of tier changes at otcmarkets.com.
Hopefully they at least cleared most if not all the debt with the sale.
So they chuck their only source of revenue for what??
cyberbullymouse, you win. It's over.

Definitely showed some life today.
Hal Neilson's silence has the Full Nelson on this stock.
Big week technically imo. Almost a do or die situation.
Right there with you my friend..
Unfortunately I'm not surprised.
Exactly!! Well stated. We didn't even get an NT 10-K. Just the continued silent treatment.
wow, potentially back-2-back goose eggs on volume.....
Round 4 Sep 23 Cycle Ranch (363 entries)
Nice turnout last weekend for the Main Event/AMA District 20 Championship Series
http://www.houstonmotocross.com/theforum/viewthread?thread=49064
This thing is either gonna explode or implode.
On a technical basis its primed. The last push up was on decent volume and the pullback is on continually decreasing volume. The MACD, STO's, MAvg's are looking sweet.
We are smoldering and just need 1 big gulp of air and this thing will explode.
Completely my opinion of course...

Agreed. Looking for a 0.0005 handle by the end of the week.
District 20 Main Event Series - Cycle Ranch
Looks like they had a nice turnout.
Last 10-K was on 10/6/2011 which was 51 weeks ago tomorrow. Maybe we see a 10-K next week.
agreed. Getting some nice early volume here today.
cool. Looking for a run northbound outta this swing low within the next few days.
Should be interesting.
Here is our cycle ranch from last weekend.
Now this one is Cycle Ranch. Too be young again :) Thanks WK.
Sounds like they were expecting a huge turnout this past weekend. Haven't found the official numbers yet but here is the link to early prediction of >= 463 entries. Big numbers for cycle ranch.

Default District 20 Update Through 3 rounds, Cycle Ranch Is Next...
The AMA District 20 Championship Series which is also the Main Event Series started out with a bang with 463 entries at round 1 at Three Palms in Conroe.
We had almost 300 entries at round 2 at Ultimate in Alvin just south of Houston after our original round 2 was rained out.
Round 3 was at Cowboy in Beaumont which again was close to 300 entries.
Round 4 is this Sunday (9.23.12) at Cycle Ranch in Floresville just south of San Antonio and by judging the pre entries, we might have more than round 1!!!
Round 5 is at legandary Rio Bravo in Houston on Sunday September 30th.
Round 6 is on the GP track at Three Palms in Conroe October 14th.
The riders in District 20 are looking forward to grabbing the most titles at the State Final in November at Buffalo Creek.
You guys better be ready!!!
That would be a nice bullish engulf after a successful test of 0.0003. :)
Here we go IMO. The test is complete. Northbound from here.
haha. Might have a couple more chances soon. Grab them while you can imo.
initial tag with 2K. Low volume test would be great.
Tagged the 50sma. Lets see how she reacts.
Rd. 4 Main Event/District 20 Series Sep 23 at Cycle Ranch
http://www.houstonmotocross.com/theforum/viewthread?thread=48967
"The road to the AMA State District Final continues, as round 4 of the Main Event/District 20 Championship Series moves west to Floresville Texas at Cycle Ranch Sunday September 23. We had almost 500 entries at round 1 in Conroe at Three Palms, and nearly 300 entries at round 2 in Alvin at Ultimate and close to 300 again at round 3 in Beaumont at Cowboy Badlands."
I was actually thinking we might get a quick pull back to 3 which would allows us to pick up/test out the 50sma as support before we take out the 200sma again. This would back the STO's off a little and tighten up the MACD some before the run to 12-13. Should happen in the next day or 2 or I doubt it will happen.
Bid support is very nice @ 4 though, will be interesting to see what happens.

Wilson County, TX and the Eagle Ford Shale
http://eaglefordshale.com/counties/wilson-county-tx/
"County services of interest to oil and gas lease owners include the Wilson County Appraisal District (tax collector) office and the Wilson County Clerk (property records) office. The county is approximately 35 miles southeast of San Antonio, TX, and the county seat is the town of Floresville."
Maybe the plan is shale. Here is a link to a PDF that covers the rapid growth of drilling the 14 counties south of San Antonio including Wilson. Maybe they will start putting up the drilling wells on the property.

This study also has been adjusted to focus specifically on the
impacts of 14 producing counties that are of particular interest in the Eagle Ford Shale development area: Atascosa,
Bee, DeWitt, Dimmit, Frio, Gonzales, Karnes, La Salle, Live Oak, Maverick, McMullen, Webb, Wilson, and Zavala.
In addition, significant non-production activity is occurring in 6 peripheral counties and are included in the analysis:
Bexar, Jim Wells, Nueces, San Patricio, Uvalde and Victoria.
