("Novofuel") in exchange for 12,000,000 shares of Novofuel common stock. Novofuel was formed as a separate entity in anticipation of executing a transaction with Genport, SrL of Italy. In November 2013, the Company signed an agreement with Genport, SrL of Italy to combine and integrate their technologies, assets and operations into NovoFuel, contingent upon closing of private financing of up to $4,500,000 for the venture. (ME) This clearly says, GENPORT transfers to NOVOFUEL and then NOVOFUEL transfers it all back to GENPORT ITALY (Srl)

If anyone believes that AFPW has much of a holding, of this multi multi million dollar 15+ year company GENPORT, then you still are not reading & doing DD.

I figure a LOT, and MANY to the 'funder'

and the 12,000,000 afpw has/had

FUNDING Vehicle for GENPORT.

This deal is a way for afpw to 'sell' their Tech, and for genport to get Funding of 4.5mil... also transferred was a huge TAX credit afpw had held of bout 7mil. I Believe.

but in the end, genport is buying the patents and rights, to technolgyy they already have and sell in Europe and the world. so now they have the us rights to this technology, which they already have.

look at their website, they sell 'canned solid fuel'

they may incorporate the fomula of afpow...

but THEY OWN IT NOW and can do as they wish

"Novofuel common shares" = NOVOFUEL common shares

and I would/do assume they mean what they wrote.

NOVOFUEL will own all of genport USA,

And AFPW will (have) own(d) 12,000,000 NOVOFUEL shares

But, I'd bet grandma on those shares

being converted to pay off AFPW debts.
