Where did you find that info. If that's the case why isn't more of the excellent DD uncovered by folks here such as yourself displayed in the I -Box ? Each mod could put up a post is that correct? Thanks !!

Yup did things ass backwards put the filings out PR that give some time put out DOD news. Follow that with a shareholder conference call. You want to attract BP look like you got your act together!! Investor Relation's person needed badly! JMHO

JMHO In business crossing T's and dotting I's important! Filings on time show the company is on top or things ! I don't like seeing a company like this behind that seem to have a lot going on. I noticed Jeff is VP of company handling getting us current, he may be over worked understaffed. I think I read our CEO is involved in the R and D end of business. What I have noticed here is a lot of seasoned players in this play with many watching for filings to happen! You can bet we have investors in this stock that have communicated to the powers in charge and have voiced opinion about filings! You need to look @ this company as a Longterm hold they have A LOT going on. I'm betting a partnership with BIG$$$$$ is a real possibility JMHO I like my odds here for big $$$$ Long on RSPI

You seem to be very observant, which is great ! Just my opinion, I think we have a stock with a lot of potential, a Ceo that communicates with shareholders a lot better than most in the OTC. News in the pipe line, government funding. We have a board with a lot of very knowledgeable heavy hitters that can move a stock !
