Yes. I think Solomon will dilute to be able to pay dividend and to keep financing the business that way.
Sold all my shares on Merkur today. Im in for TriWay and i belive SIAF, Solomon, will keep printing shares soon and destroy shareholdervalue. Its been a ride from hell the last years beeing shareholder. Lets see what the future in TriWay holds.
Anyone how knows where JF / Nisse is going?
”Because of travel eastbound JF office is closed this ,period
No Emails, no tel calls, only SMS when very urgent
May 16th normal again”
Why do you think they have closed the financing?
I reduced my position last friday. SIAF have to prove that they can deliver more then words before i start buying. Also the last report had alots of questions. The recivibles, fertilizer etc... I see some red flags.
You have already got the answer:
”No corporations, even U.S.-based corps, provide AUDITED quarterly reports.
Check Microsoft's 10Q, filed on October 26:
"Our unaudited interim consolidated financial statements and accompanying notes are prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America"
What EPS can we expect?
SIAF 20% up in Norway...
I bought via Nordnet today.
I agree!
How do you know he is back in?
Any speculations who is selling via Den Danske Bank?
Good initiative!
From investeraiaktier: "One thing about Tri-way’s CFO. Checked Whois.net and tri-way.hk seems to be registered by a person called Au Channing. Similarly named fellow has been CFO of company called Value Exchange International. It’s OTC listed as well. I guess he took Tri-way’s position lately, because he is not anymore listed in their website as a CFO. Can’t find any official announcement, though."
Thoughts?
Yes, im going wednesday in Stockholm.
You could hope at least :)
Could Yaps resignation be because of failing financing? And when the company make it offical the resignation will be one of the actions they have taken. I remember one CC like 6 months ago when i got the impression that Yap was the one in head of financing.
Yes up 16% now...
SIAF is now on blue in Norway, 16.80 +0,6% and strong on buy.
And what happened with your so called complaint? You told us that you would give us an update like a year ago...
Nils Holds over 400 000 shares.
"The spouse of Nils-Erik Sandberg, Member of the Board
of directors, sold on 6 December 2016 10 000 common
shares in the Company. After this transaction, Nils-
Erik Sandberg and related parties hold 421 372 common
shares in Sino Agro Food Inc."
Haha you mean the one that he was suposed to give us an update one like a year ago?
"Loan commitment is a binding promise from a lender that a specified amount of loan or line of credit will be made available to the named borrower at a certain interest rate, during a certain period and, usually, for a certain purpose. The commitment letter often also specifies the terms and requirements under which the loan will be advanced. Lenders charge a commitment fee (ranging generally from 0.5 percent to 2.5 percent of the loan amount) for giving a written commitment."
"What is a 'Loan Commitment'
A loan commitment is a loan from a commercial bank or other lending institution that may be drawn down and contractually funded in the future. An open-end loan commitment acts like a revolving credit line, whereby if a portion of the loan is paid off, the principal repayment amount is added back to the allowable loan limit by the lender. The aggregate loan commitments of financial institutions registered in the United States must be disclosed on quarterly financial reports to regulators at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), which pays close attention to the institutions’ revolving credit lines."

Of course companies announce finacialdeals. They even have to if its a material event. It means a great deal to most companies.
Oh thanks! Thats great news! Moving in the right direction one step at the time :)
Intresting! Thanks.
Hahaha sure you will Joe LOL
JOE you wrote this 4 weeks ago:
This Friday, I will give the board an update as to the "Whistleblower Complaint" I originally filed with the SEC against SIAF back on June 23, 2014 as noted in the sticky above. Everyone thinks the complaint was dismissed, right ? Oh my, think again folks. I was very pleasantly surprised with a phone call I received. Stay tuned, as I will be providing names, etc. on Friday. I will give all details. The call I received was not from the SEC, but had everything to do with the SEC. My complaint is very much alive !!
You must be looking at wrong page. Latest is from 2016-05-22

DAMN what a last trade at Oslo Bors!
This at least gave us a hint of the hidden values in SIAF :)
This is actually good news!
Haha and why would you like to wait until friday? You and your alter ego Zero Hedge trying to maipulate the shareprice?
Asbjorn thanks for the info :)
VERY good news and intresting info imo! Good that they clarified it. Shed some light concerning future financing. Thanks Bellen.
Look at the februari and mars report at the Gustavia homepage. They have changed all holdings. Its a VERY small fund so it would hardly have any impact on the shareprice.
