I will call him and this till the end. But I suggest to the investors who are planning to hold on, you need to make your own phone calls.
Thank you Bfrank, I will keep posting unless they remove me off the board.
As I explained before, I did go hunting for some new investments while I was waiting for the down market to turn around. I am a moderate investor and essentially cashed out before this last downturn. For some people it doesn't make sense when other people really do care about others, even strangers.
I put some money into Tivus and than started looking into the company. What I found was disturbing so I thought I would share. It is no different than you sharing what might be going on in SP, Steve or Doug's mind.
I'll check in later. Take care
Somebody asked me why I would come on a board and talk down a stock. This board isn't about the stock or the company, it's about people and their savings. I hope everyone realizes that.
I cannot provide solid proof because I have not gone to Houston, yet. I can only point to the fact that everything on the internet about Tivus comes from Tivus. No other companies have actually acknowledged doing business with Tivus. If I am wrong, please point me to the source. Please, no unnamed sources or shane pierce.
I will try to find Steve Haag and his office. I see he has about six clients according to his website.
To honest investors,
I have no agenda other than to share my opinion and maybe people will consider retrieving their investment while they still can.
Please take this T2T as a serious warning sign. This is the only piece of information that has come out on Tivus from someone not related to the company. If they are a shell, they are under investigation and hopefully in jail soon.
From my dd I believe CWRN is the mining project associated with Doug Marriott's, Marriott Development,LTD. I assume it is another shell.
It would be nice to see the contracts. Even small businesses sign legal contracts for the most minor things. And, like I've stated before it would be nice to hear all of this from Tel's CEO in his own press release. They should be excited about this strategic partnership.
I will try and contact him there. I will be in Houston numerous times this fall so I'm sure we will find each other. Fortunately I am staying very close to the office.
It's definitely worth looking at. What is the address and contact number in Houston?
I have been looking for the company, stock and promotional package all wrapped up in a nice well structured box. When I find it I will let you know. The concept is great and it will run.
I guess I post because I feel there are people out there who aren't in this for the short sale. It bothers me when individuals form these companies to take advantage of honest investors who could have their money somewhere else earning something. I'm not with any financial institution or company. My own business is slow and I was just looking around for some ideas while I wait out the down market.
To all of the honest investors on the board here is a working IPTV company. http://www.guest-tek.com/ You probably already have found them and consider them a competitor but I just wanted to share. I'm sorry if my detective work offends some people but whenever you invest your money, be it in a home, car or company you should absolutely check out all the facts.
The pennies are fun but I guess I will stick with my dollar biotechs, their parnerships acknowledge them and their future goals and accomplishments. It's very boring but the Franklin Income Fund will still generate some cash for the fun stuff.
Thank you, more DD and some phone calls.
I came in really late and I've been doing DD ever since. I would love it if I could find one reputable news source that has reported something that has not been fed to them by Tivus, Everything I am reading on the internet is from Tivus and it implies a relationship with host. Phil and Doug Marriott have no business affiliation with marriott from Host according to my research.
In May it appears Shiva or Habib paid themselves with sale of stock.
I saw some photos Shiva released from Philly that were unprofessional. It appears they are standing in their wharehouse with some wires and a box. If you have an advanced streaming IPTV system you would be in the IT section of the hotel.
This is all my opinion but if you think about it, would Host and Marriott involve themselves with people who engage in reverse mortages and than bear debt from the transaction. Or have no capital to fufill the free delivery and installation.
The debt they claim to Westboy, llc can be followed to many shell subsidiaries, all located in the same office building.
Every news source and even people can be bought for their connections, I wish I had a more positive outlook but I can't find any proof that they are legit.
This has intrigued me so much I am going to drop in when I'm in Houston.
What is the name of the Westboy property? and the Philadelphia Property?
I say keep and buy more Tivus and spread your money around the other companies that will benefit from a mutual relationship. Than you have all of your bases covered.
great
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/tivus-executes-mou-with-host-hotels-resorts-inc-1404497.htm According to this, it doesn't sound like they have to commit to any contracts real soon. MOU for 12mo with Host than they have option of 60mo revenue sharing agreement.
I think we are going to see a merger/aquisition, hopefully with Host. Makes sense with the numbers, Host driving their price down. I'm pretty new at the research but Host filed with SEC on Aug 18. I could be totally off, again I'm new at this game.
Nice share. What it comes down to is everyone has their own agenda. Owners of Tivus want to make a profit and hold onto their company. Clients want the product but are probably thinking of ways to purchase Tivus, as we speak. And, as investors we just like the idea of being part of something new and exciting. Unfortunately, greed is the underlying current and we as shareholders sometimes find ourselves cast out. Let's hope that's not the case with Tivus.
It's rough when you love what you do during the week.
The spouse spends half of the year in a Marriott, I think I'll have him ask each GM when the new Tivus system will be installed?
Thank you. Good things to come from this company and its product.
I am new to Tivus, Pink stocks and the forum, could someone please tell me what AS, RS and Ibox is?
I found Lexicon looking for a solution to my IBS. Maybe I should invest? Do they have any money in reserves if their products make it to market?
