You're kinda proving my point, actually.
Once again there is no sign of this news except to investors.
"Saying you got "duped" here by this stock twice however is subjective and nothing to do with the company."
You're right that the blame is mostly mine, regardless of this company's actions. I never meant to hold this stock for any extended period of time. The extent to which I have lost money is a result of poor trade management on my part. Whether or not SMCE has "nothing" to do with it remains to be seen.
I will admit that I don't know for sure what the intentions are of those behind SMCE, but a lot of what I see, or what I don't see, makes me suspicious. I will now refrain, however, from posting in such a negative and self-assured tone, and instead just ask my questions, and post my opinions.
"Since the beginning of the year, the company has been adding to their portfolio and building a team in the back. But implying that it's all over and done and got duped is most likely an opinion brought on by the current circumstances which misleadingly fall in line with what the naysayers are saying.
I understand this argument to my observations. Perhaps you are right. I guess time will tell. Again, it just seems fishy to me that a company that has "been in business" this whole time has such a huge gap in production. Also, that a company claiming to have their finger on the pulse of the times, can only be bothered to promote to investors, and almost completely fails to develop the social media so critical, especially to entertainment companies.
"If the stock was trading .97 as it was on 3/31 with the exact same Float.. the temperament would be completely opposite."
Yeah, and if pigs had wings... This is the kind of BS that I'm starting to recognize as such. So much of what "your side" posts, smacks of propaganda.
Don't worry about me. Now, I'm trying save others from this scam company.
C'mon guys. It's so obviously apparent. They can't even do a decent job of putting a thin veneer over this turd.
Well, I feel sorry for him then.

Where are all of the pics from all the promo events for their artists? Oh, they don't have any pics? They could have put the Beach Boys in there. After all they did promote one BB concert 3 years ago!
Why did they even bother?

Oh look, they set up a Facebook page in January! Hmmm... all that's here is a pic of the Beach Boys from the one significant thing they done the last 3 years?
https://www.youtube.com/user/SMCRecordings/videos
Is this what an active record label's YT video page should look like?
By contrast here is the YT video page from the literally the first indie label I tried:
https://www.youtube.com/user/TheRealRhymesayers/videos
"SMC Entertainment, Inc. produced and distributed "The Beach Boys: Live In Concert" 50th anniversary performance in late 2012."
Wow, they actually did something 3 years ago?!
Yes, all aimed at investors. Nothing as a company actually trying to legitimately conduct business.

Last news on site was in February...
Where's the product? Aren't producers supposed to produce something? Judging by their news, they haven't put anything out since 2012.
This company is a total sham.
thanks
Obviously everyone here is fully capable of arguing ad naueseam over the same issues.
Could someone please explain to me how it is that a company claiming that they know the cheese has moved, and that they are positioning themselves to take advantage of following the cheese into the 21st century, has almost no presence in social medial? It's crickets, except for Twitter.
Does not look like a legitimate company to me.
More and more this company looks like a complete BS POS scam to me, and I feel stupid for getting burned a second time.
Cutting edge? On the forefront of change? Well, I suppose they believe that the future of social media only has room for Twitter, because that's the only form they are utilizing.
Facebook- Zero entries since page was started in January 2015.
YouTube- Last video was uploaded 3 years ago. Most views on any video is 1 million; which is 10 times the views of the next most watched video.
Instagram- "No photos to show"
Feel like I just peaked behind Oz's curtain.
Please just hang in there everyone. I've analyzed this chart and there is super strong support at Zero!
"The reason the float was 440k was after the split done back a few years ago, the ss recapitalization so the company can do what they need to do in order to get cash flow positive etc. I'm sure you can appreciate that right?"
Apparently we are not allowed to respond to this...
Ok, he was saying almost none were available of any kind...
Huh? Why would anyone need available shortable shares to cover a short position?
Or "delusion"... More and more I'm feeling like an idiot whose getting burned a second time on this stock.
If this is a pump and dump, they have failed ,miserably at the pump portion this go round!
4 million shares today...
Up on 3m down the same on 110, lol
3 million shares out of the blue.
Can't see why you wouldn't want to look at that in your portfolio every day? Funny thing is, that's how many shares I have. I'm tempted to do the same thing, but who knows...
But thanks, that makes perfect sense.
Can someone explain to me what's going on when a stock like this trades 4 shares?!
The "Pumper" concept.
How much volume could this board generate? 42mil shares a couple of days ago. Somebodies know something about this, right? Or, just people following the filings?
I suppose at the very least the new filings and changes show that DANR is trying to do something?
Right, I meant I haven't seen any of the penny pushing newsletters on this.
Only thing is, I haven't found any "pumpers" anywhere else.
Plus DANR is a mining Co. The only plausibility I could think of is colloidal mineral mining for use in the water?
until PR...?
What happened? Is DANR trying to make lemonade out of lemons? The precious metals mining crapped out, but they figured that they could mine colloidal minerals instead?
Anybody notice the contradictory BS in the video? Other company's simply use purified tap water. They use water from a municipal source, ultra purified through reverse osmosis (nothing new) = purified tap water! Lol
There are no additives, yet it is a "special formula", and it's "enhanced".
Whatever, I've been sitting on 240K at .0014 for quite a while now, so this is exciting!
I'm just gonna hold onto what I have. NASDAQ says no insiders are trading, so I guess that blows my little theory.
This thing is still being traded FWIW...
Their domain name is now up for sale for what it's worth.
Please forgive my naivete, but I've noticed a pattern with this stock. Low volume will bring the price way down, and then high volume will bring it back up again, often at a more moderate rate despite the higher volume.
Is this a feasible scenario? Insiders know of good times ahead, and are eager to buy back shares. They offer up a small order at a low ball price. The transaction lowers the price, and hopefully for them, triggers more selling, further lowering the price. They then put in a low offer/high volume order, bumping it up until it fills. Rinse, repeat.
I've just seen this over and over with this stock, but probably just wishful thinking!
It's so sensitive! 1k volume today took it down over 46%.
Someone's buying this today.
Over 1mil shares sold today. Took a nose dive!
