Is this the OTC board that EVRM is moving to? It appears several pink sheet stocks are moving to the same exchange. I removed this article from another pink sheet company board. Is this a bulk move? Marvin
OTCPK) announces today that as of February 23, 2011, the Company's stock quotation coverage has moved from the FINRA operated OTC Bulletin Board to the OTC Markets Group, Inc.'s OTCQB under the same symbol.
This new comprehensive over-the-counter market tier includes the securities of over 768 SEC reporting companies and banks formerly designated as Pink Sheets stocks, in addition to the 3,050 securities that were quoted in both OTC Markets Group's electronic inter-dealer quotation system and FINRA's OTCBB. All securities in the new OTCQB tier are displayed on www.otcmarkets.com with an icon reading, "OTCQB -- U.S. Registered."
On Friday, February 25, 2011, shares traded on the interdealer quotation system of OTC Markets Group totaled 6.2 billion shares (representing $874 million), across 9,984 issuers.
The FINRA operated OTCBB, now contains approximately 20 securities which are quoted solely on this system and represent less than 0.1% of the average daily dollar volume for the entire OTC market.
Jenna,
The text book model of Market manipulation was Cassavant Mining, CMKX, of which I watched it take place daily. My question is, if they succeed in taking the pps to .0001, will the company be able to survive, since Guyer is working for stock and he is making $20,000.00 per month. If that senario plays out, Guyer would be consuming 200,000,000 shares per month. Marvin
WCSSTORE,
I lost over $30,000.00 as CGFIA dropped from over .01 to .0033. I sold out. I am lurking but the same old tale is told here as was back then. Need to open the mill, but there always seems to be something in the way and Guyer is still getting his $20,000.00 dollars a month, in stock, with the same old song and dance. My guess is Guyer and Rice will own about 1/2 the corp and they will sell the assets to some large mining corp. By the time this happens the stock will be in the triple "0s" but Guyer and Rice will make out OK. Once it gets down into the middle triple Os, I will probably try to pick up a new position. Marvin
nobullhere,
Have you ever seen a Microsoft computer? We have a biometric software specialist as one of our team! You can believe whatever you wish, and I am entitled to mine. Marvin
nobullhere,
The analogy that you gave that EVRM ia not into iris technology, is like saying that Microsoft is not into computers. They said that EVRM is doing the software for iris scanning. Marvin
This is for those who still hold shares in EVRM. I talked to our IR man Robert yesterday and I was informed that those shareholders who want to participate in the conference call December 15, need to E-mail him at Info@EVRM.us. If you have questions that you would like to have the leadership answer, you need to E-mail those questions also. Marvin
nobullhere,
If the officials of this company are, in fact, taking care of business, and if we are, in fact, executing orders at a profit, this company WILL suceed and grow. I do believe that our officers are doing their job and thus the company will grow. I would like to hear of great things that the company is doing, but, I know that it is more necessary for the orders to be fulfilled rather than for me to be continually be fed information. I have yet to sell any of my shares! Marvin
567tbd,
Well how does one respond to someone possessing omniscience? Since I only have limited knowledge, I won't try. Marvin
grizzlyrosegold,
A simple sell order does not remove your shares from the pool that can be used for shorting. Call your broker and ask them. I say very little on this board because of the bias, but I think that most of you really enjoy trying to keep Jenna suppressed, but time will tell who is right on these issues. The one thing CGFIA has going for it is the price of gold. Management intends to own this company, Marvin
alien-IQ,
I spoke of, how much skin do some SH have in the game? I ask you, how many dollars do you have in the game? I know that I have well above six figures $'s here. I believe that the officials ARE working for us. I believe that this company WILL survive!!!!!!! Now I ask you why can you not see anything positive, or shall I say why do you never post anything in a positive tone. Is there an agenda, or are you just frustrated like me. I own 8 and 1/4 million shares. I have never sold a share yet. I made my first purchase in March 2009, so I have been here for quite some time. PLEASE, if you must post, sometimes, find something positive or do the rest us a favor and not post. Have you ever heard the old saying, if you don't have something good to say about someone it is best to say nothing. Marvin
wshaw14,
That is correct, but every time they bring news it brings the share price down? We would, probably, be better off waiting for news until numbers can be brought. If the numbers are bad how much lower do you think the shareprice would go. Probably a little but I really don't think that the SP will go very much lower. Just wait on numbers. Marvin
jfburk,
I agree! Marvin
jfburk,
I've always been one to speak my mind. Like it or not! Marvin
Regulus60,
That advice appears would not hurt, for so far every time they put any information out we pick it apart and the share price goes lower. Every time the SP goes lower someone always says they are waiting for a lower price. How much lower can the price go? If it goes much lower I will have to take out a loan and increase my holdings. Marvin
Steady_T,
I agree with you! I believe that anyone nominated for this task should have significant dollars invested in the venture, thus have a VERY positive feeling for the company! Marvin
nobullhere,
I agree to go current status, the good, the bad and the ugly, but the SEC, too expensive and I really don't trust the SEC any way. Marvin
nobullhere,
To go to total transparency with the SEC would require a large sum of monies which could be better spent! Marvin
I believe those that are nominated should have significant skin in the game!!!!!!! Marvin
If this advisory board is enacted, I would like to see Investor911 and JLT on that board and maybe Tadaaa and or Tbrod. Marvin
SteadyT,
176 Marvin
nobullhere,
I got the newsletter at 9:41 AM. Marvin
Is the problem, ineptness or controling? Time will tell! Marvin
Been hearing that for the last 1 1/2 years??????? SOON=maybe in our life time and then maybe not, for some of us are retired! Marvin
a year and a half I have been waiting for tangible news! Marvin
Was the move to Boston our news??????? Marvin
JLT4738
I haven't given up! We shareholders do need to try to get the message across to management that we shareholders do matter. STOP treating us like mushrooms, by feeding us **** and keeping us in the dark. STOP telling us what is coming and waiting months and years to back it up. I started buying in March of 2009 and I haven't sold a share. They were telling us good things were coming back then, where are the fruits of all those rumors? Marvin
colorofmoney,
I can't imagine anyone selling at these prices? I haven't sold a share since I started buying in March 09. Marvin
colorofmoney,
The cc was very good, but what has happened to the fruit of the tree? Did it not ripen, did it rot, or was the fruit removed from the tree? Marvin
col_brewer,
I have been looking for punctual news for over a year! Marvin
nobullhere,
I will have to agree with you here, would have been better not to have said anything rather than appear deceptive. Marvin
Are we understanding the conference call??????? Please re-read this portion of the conference call. 10% of Stanley contract as per its subcontract. Solidifies our contract of 14 million per year for the next 10 years. Marvin
Mr. Sym’s valuation of EVRM is based on contracts and anticipated wins. Mr. Sym offered the example of the Stanley Associates GSS subcontract, where Mr. Weitzel predicts Stanley should retain half its total value (1.4 billion) over the course of the contract.Thereby, should STS retain about ten percent (10%) of its Stanley’s portion AS AGREED TO IN ITS SUBCONTRACT, STS should average about $14 million in revenues per year for the length of the 10 year contract or a total of about $140 million. This could be our most significant contract.
Alaskan Tlingit,
I agree!!!!!!! Marvin
Alaskan,
I just thought I would add the space book conference call minutes as verification to the older post! Marvin
According to Mr. Weitzel in the facebook up date, with the stanley contract that has been awarded EVRM/STS will enjoy about 10% of that contract with about $14,000,000.00 per year revenues. Also he has stated that STS is partnering with a larger company which could yield larger earnings. I have detailed some numbers that we could look forward to. One must keep in mind that PE multiple values can run from 8 to generally about 30 times earnings or more if the company is building their revenues quickly.
$14,000,000.00 INCOME PER YEAR
1,200,000,000 total shares
$14,000,000.00 X 20% = $2,800,000.00
$2,800,000.00 NET INCOME
$2,800,000.00 Divided by 1,200,000,000 = .0023333
.0023333 X PE 16 = .0373328 Projected Share Price
With a price to earnings ratio of 16 times earnings the present value of the ONE 10 year contract yielding $14,000,000.00 gross income per year with retained 20 percent of the gross, equals a present company stock value of .0375. That is just the one Stanley contract. If we get this new LARGER contract, those 2 contracts should carry the stock price to .08 to .15 cents , in my judgement. Mr. Weitzel also announced that STS has already bid and WON contracts in Guam and Kadena. My question IS where will these contracts, already announced, carry the share price? Will the PE ratio be held below 20 with the speed at which the company is gaining new revenue? I know that I will get criticism from this post so just poke holes in this at will. As you can see, I do believe in this company! Marvin

August 4, 2010 Conference Call
by The Evermedia Group, Inc. on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 11:00am
The Evermedia Group would like to offer transcript highlights for those shareholders unable to participate in the conference call hosted August 4, 2010. The following is taken from the discussion between Jonathan Sym, Chief Executive Officer of The Evermedia Group, Inc., Richard Weitzel, President of System Technology Solutions, Inc., and Blake J. Godbout, Esq., Corporate Counsel of the Evermedia Group, Inc.
* UPDATES/AMENDMENTS APPEAR IN BOLD (September 2, 2010)
STS Contract Procurement
As a subcontractor to Stanley associates, on the Global Support Strategy Contract (GSS) STS is situated to provide support services for immigrant and non-immigrant visa related operations around the world.
STS is currently presenting bids for territories including Mexico, the Philippines, and Anglophone West Africa.
System Technology Solutions, Inc. (STS) deployed an STS team under subcontract to Cameron to maintain fuel applications systems to Department of Defense. STS will deploy an additional team within the next two weeks.
STS contributes similar work under subcontract to Honeywell
Another noteworthy breakthrough, under the Space and Naval Warfare Division, STS bid and won task orders in Guam and Kadena* Air Base in Okinawa Japan.
Before STS retained the above mentioned contracts, global defense provider BAE systems maintained a durable presence in the Pacific.
While on the schedule for the Seaport Enhanced, STS submit many bids, however, STS was unable to penetrate firmly entrenched incumbents.
As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, STS was awarded the opportunity to participate on the Department of Homeland Security -- Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) Contract.
Currently, STS is preparing bids on the PACTS contract.
To further illustrate Mr. Weitzel’s relationship with Stanley, STS was included in the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant, Multiple Award Contract.
Previously, STS serviced the Detainee Property Warehouse (DPW) contract, handling inventory for detainees held in Bagdad, Iraq.
STS preformed the DPW for one year. As a consequence of the new Administration, DPW, like many similar contracts, had option years terminated despite STS’s outstanding feedback regarding their performance.
Another outstanding bid, which must remain anonymous at this time, concerns network management in Afghanistan.
STS has won a contract with a prime larger than Stanley Associates, and this contract is larger than the Stanley GSS contract. STS has bid the first Task Order with this prime.*
STS’s prime has not received clearance to issue any press on the above mentioned contract.
Presently, STS is issuing three additional bids, more news will be available when STS wins.
Mr. Weitzel prepares, presents and issues bids almost daily.
Although Mr. Weitzel resides in San Antonio Texas, headquarters of Systems Technology Solutions, Inc., Mr. Weitzel spends a significant portion of each year in Washington D.C. pursing federal contracting opportunities.
Government Contracting
STS engages contracting opportunities exclusively on the Federal-level. STS does not pursue any State-level, public sector business.
According to the rules of Federal Government Contracting, any entity may bid to allow “full and open competition.”
Both STS and the Evermedia Group, Inc. are Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
As SDVOSBs, STS and the Evermedia Group, Inc. are entitled to pursue set asides reserved for SDVOSB-designated companies.
The aforementioned set aside projects may only entertain bids from SDVOSB entities.
STS conducts itself by exclusively bidding on contracts STS can win. Thus, STS illustrates a high win percentage given this strategy.
Mr. Weitzel again stressed that government contracting is a particularly exhaustive process as it relates to press approvals.
Federal Government contracting officers wish to deal exclusively with prime contracting representatives. Thus, subcontractors must penetrate an additional managerial layer before any press is approved.
Essentially, as the government only negotiates with prime contractors, as a sub, any press approval will take considerably longer.
Once prime contractors submit bids, the government may take an extended, indefinite time to evaluate those bids before allocating awards. At which point, even after awards are allocated, awards may be protested.
However, in some cases, the government will request subcontractors provide information on specific assignments.
As an example of the above, Mr. Weitzel appeared to discuss the security requirements associated with the Non-Immigrant Visa processing sites in Mexico.
The Government’s request to consult Mr. Weitzel indicates STS will likely win the Stanley subcontract task order to service the Non-Immigrant Visa processing sites in Mexico.
Corporate Structure
Mr. Weitzel and Mr. Sym initially formed their professional relationship around their mutual excitement for the potential security applications which could be derived from biometric identity systems.
Given their backgrounds in military service and knowledge of existing and anticipated security requirements, they focused on iris recognition technology.
To further this initiative, Jonathan Sym founded Evermedia Biometrics Corporation (EBC) and retained the patent rights to its iris recognition technology, initially developed in Korea.
EBC owns its IP outright and as such is not subject to any licensing fees.
Since its inception, EBC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Evermedia Group, Inc. has generated strategic alliances to further its proprietary iris recognition technology. While EBC maintains an operating prototype, the ECi-400, EBC focuses its R&D mainly on improving its software rather than developing new devices.
EBC maintains Congressional Affairs relationships to advance its technology.
EVRM
Despite the aggressive demand for news and press releases in EVRM’s current market, both Mr. Sym and Mr. Weitzel insist on only mentioning solidified contracts.
By extension, Mr. Sym and Mr. Weitzel do not believe it to be productive to mention every bid and are committed to only announcing wins.
Regarding investor relations, The Evermedia Group, Inc. will not respond to abusive or accusatory questions or comments. However, Mr. Sym mentioned the majority of correspondence the Evermedia Group, Inc. entertains with shareholders is constructive.
Mr. Sym hoped to remind shareholders, the Evermedia Group, Inc. is as transparent as its allowed to be given the nature of our business.
Many of the contracts on which the Evermedia Group, Inc. bids require at minimum of a secret clearance to advance a bid.
Regarding potential private placements with The Evermedia Group, Inc., management realizes the necessity of a cash infusion into the company to further the company’s goals. However, according to Mr. Sym, despite the accompanying dilution, any cash infusion would create a net benefit for shareholders.
Mr. Sym’s valuation of EVRM is based on contracts and anticipated wins. Mr. Sym offered the example of the Stanley Associates GSS subcontract, where Mr. Weitzel predicts Stanley should retain half its total value (1.4 billion) over the course of the contract.
MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND BELOW
________________________________________________________________
Thereby, should STS retain about ten percent (10%) of its Stanley’s portion AS AGREED TO IN ITS SUBCONTRACT, STS should average about $14 million in revenues per year for the length of the 10 year contract or a total of about $140 million. This could be our most significant contract.
_________________________________________________________________
Regarding up-listing off the OTCBB, Mr. Sym commented that last summer when EVRM’s price hit its apex, EVRM had the appropriate number of shareholders and requisite market capitalization to transition to the NASDAQ Capital Markets. However, in order to satisfy the necessary stock price, management would have been forced to reverse split the stock in addition to assuming approximately a quarter of a million dollars in reporting costs. No immediate plans to up-list as costs are too high.
Mr. Sym predicts once billing levels equalizes with revenue streams, up-listing may be in the future.
In the interim, Mr. Sym is attracted to the AIM London Stock Exchange. He indicated while the time difference and the availability of domestic broker dealers may present trading issues, England does not harbor the cultural adoption issues as does the United States. Further, England’s anti-terrorism initiative, the National Identity Scheme is exponentially larger than any contract EBC has currently penetrated.
$2,800,000.00 Divided by 1,200,000,000 = .0023333
.0023333 X PE 16 = .0373328 Share Price
Marvin

Alaskan Tlingit,
They didn't lock the call, or even start until 2:05 PM. I really can't understand why there wasn't more buying after the conference call. EVRM, according to the way I see it, has no way to go but much higher, but I also thought that last year about this time. I hope the company continues to give guidance. Marvin
tbrod,
Yes I listened and was pleasantly suprised. I thought they had been busy, but this was GREAT! I was able to add some more, but I can't add any more. No more powder. Marvin
tbrod,
I'm still here. Haven't sold any shares yet. 8 1/4 Mil. Marvin
Has the paint dried yet? Marvin
