It's all yours fung. Let me know when you need more, I'll be glad to increate my beingness of nothingness into something-ness just for you. LOL
Have a good day.
Well, Matt, being arbitrary when administering punishment, justice or just plain fairness is a very poor way to determine things.
Your standards should be much higher than aspiring to the nebulousness of arbitrariness.
What about my posts stood out like a sore thumb?
Bill, yes, I would appreciate the character of your witness.
I find it odd that my behavior versus the others behavior on the CVIA was deemed to be punishable and not the others.
Perhaps you can help me understand why the others' point of view always prevails? Is it because darkness abhors the light of day?
Rocky made an insulting remark first. Please reread and see if you don't agree.
Jas did not delete Rocky's message, yet he deleted mine.
I felt this was biased on the part of Jas244 (Peterson), and, as you saw, others made similar posts, even those who are not my supporters or do not always agree with me.
I think you made an honest mistake with me, Matt, but I do think it was a mistake.
I would be glad to discuss this with you online or on the phone.
Thanks for your response.
ST James
I'd appreciate a reply to my question:
I honestly don't know why I suspended from the CVIA thread.
Why, given the rude and infractious way that johnson, rocky, WillyWizard post, am I singled out for punishment?
All of those people should be in JAIL; especially Eugene Johnson, who has hyped CVIA without merit time and time again.
So, Matt, I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts on this matter.
Thanks.
ST James
CVIA: A TURN AROUND COMPANY: Is now poised for solid growth in 2002
How is CVIA poised for 2004?
Corporations are "legal persons," capable of suing and being sued, and capable of committing crimes. Under the doctrine of respondeat superior, a corporation may be held criminally liable for the illegal acts of its directors, officers, employees, and agents.
To hold a corporation liable for these actions, the government must establish that the corporate agent's actions (i) were within the scope of his duties and (ii) were intended, at least in part, to benefit the corporation. In all cases involving wrongdoing by corporate agents, prosecutors should consider the corporation, as well as the responsible individuals, as potential criminal targets.

All is going pari passu.
Why is Jezco a go, johnson?
Do we have contracts?
Is there any proof that Jezco is or will make money?
Obviously Bill tells you what to do.
We are making progress...It appears that Bill Tuorto has told Eugene to stop posting.
Martha Stewart Convicted On All Counts.
Now, if they can do this to Martha would they hesitate to act accordingly with regard to the apparent malfeasance of this management?
What business is CVIA in?
Where is the liquidity going to come from?
Where are the double digits?
Where is the good news?
No, Eugene, I don't know the bottom line you refer to.
What is it?
Bill, Eugene speaks to Bill Tuorto frequently and is provided information about what the company is doing, deals it is contemplating before they happen.
Bill did this with me. I told I didn't want to hear anything of a material nature, but based on Eugene's posting I don't think this is true.
You call it what you want: Eugene has been too specific about timing and facts to simply be speculating on his own.
Whether he is legally culpable or not, I don't know. What I do know is that it stinks, and Eugene spreads the stink by talking his book on this board and elsewhere.
John Green, has management done anything to add value to this company that you are aware of?
Where are all the material events that are going to propel CVIA's stock price upward?
Why haven't they happened as Eugene Johnson said?
How is it that Eugene Johnson has such a consistent knowledge of insider information, information that pertains to material events of this company?
What has management ever done to increase shareholder value in this company?
The answer: Nothing.
And yet they pay themselves salaries, bonuses, distribute stock while there is not even an ongoing concern they can point to as an operating unit within CVIA's trading shell.
Is this fair? Is this legal? Is this a misuse of shareholders' assets and resources?
Is management guilty of corporate crimes against their shareholders? Why doesn't management file their Qs and Ks? Did management pay anything in consideration to CVIA shareholders to obtain control of this trading shell/company? Did management pay Keith Anderson, Ray Hall, etc. either directly or via another business entity anything in consideration for them obtaining control over CVIA's trading shell and assets?
These are questions that are being asked by...
Is this your idea tomodachi of a post that conforms with your standard of appropriateness?
You, me and the SEC.
I think the purpose of a message board is to post messages, is it not, Pete?
Pete, maybe you can tell me; what business is CVIA in?
No, eugene, you got that wrong.
A $5 million cash injection into CVIA would have helped all shareholders, including you.
Don't let personalities get in the way of what makes business sense.
Can you tell me one or two things that this management has done to increase shareholder value?
Rocky,
What business is CVIA in?
Another Eugene Johnson comment highlight:
You are so brilliant man-
Thank you Eugene for the compliment, EJ.
A Eugene Johnson comment highlight, brought to you Dissemblers Incorporated:
Greg - Why would this management want to work
for you? Answer is: They dont give a
crap about you and your thoughts.
Hey, Gene-E-Us, you finally got something right.
CVIA Management and Bill Tuorto
are you guilty of violating Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act?
hotelier, I have a prediction.
My prediction is that if you continue to make more posts like this you fill our days with more laughs and make this a happier place to meet.
Good post!!!!!
That is not answer johnson.
I'm not as fascinated about being in bed Bill Tuorto as you. You're the one who needs to feel they know about all functions of the body management, not me.
Once again you fail to offer a meaningful response.
Obviously, you are incapable of supporting the company you supposedly have so much faith and money invested in.
Defenders of the company such as yourself do nothing to help. In fact, you do me and all shareholders a disservice every time you post.
johnson the only thing you do is disagree, hurl venom, make caustic remarks, get ornery, or you tell lies and mislead others who read this board about the prospects of CVIA and/or its stock, but you never answer the real questions about this company and why its a good investment -- no instead you turn it into some meaningless invective aimed at campe, , mikep, ANGLR or myself as if that's a way of supporting the company.
Well this kind of juvenile behavior as a person and as an investor does nothing to persuade anyone of your positive investment case for CVIA.
Hey look, I can be persuaded, I just haven't heard or seen anything to be persuaded of -- so let's see if you're capable of something besides contempt and misplaced anger, and let's hear about why you think CVIA is a good investment.
This not a trick question; it's not a game; it's the kind of real question that someone reading this board wants to have answered.
So, here's your chance to persuade...let's hear what you have to say.
That's sanctimony...
Give me a break John. That's just poppycock what you're saying.
Don't answer the questions, please just keep espousing your poppycock...that'll impress the folks on this board. Yeah, boy, you got the right approach.
Avoid the real questions, but in the silence of your of your private santimony, er I mean santuary ask yourself the following: Has this current management done anything to justify your investment and put money in your pocket?
Why can't you answer these questions, John?
-------------
We were told that Stony's represented a $40 million revenue stream.
Question 1: And yet we could not service our factor obligation...how could that be John unless someone was stupid or lying?
Question 2: Look at the coupon on the the Systran note...there should have been plenty of money there to service that debt.
Why wasn't there?
Question 3: So are we in the royalty business now with Jezco, or something more?
I did not state as a fact that Jezco was no more. I said it was a No Go.
As to the rest of your post, once again you sidestep the question.
Look John, the point is not to inform me, the point is if you can't answer these questions then you don't know what you're invested in.
Maybe you can answer this: What has this current management done to increase shareholder value in a measurable way since they took over?
John, do we have contracts in place for all this waste hauling?
What's the value of the contract win or wins?
How big is the pie for what we are doing?
What's your sense of the pro forma P&L for what we are doing; i.e. there no development cost for Jezco; are we using trucks that we own, or once again using independent operators?
Give me the business case and the value proposition for this endeavor; and how does it get financed?
We were told that Stony's represented a $40 million revenue stream.

1Jezco is a No Go
2These guys have time to check out me, but not Stony's and all the rest. I strongly disagree, John. I saw immediately the BS involved, pointed it out, said that there were no real earnings there. So, if it's that obvious from such a remote distance, it should have been obvious to management from such close proximity. They knew what a dog it was; that's why it suited there purposes of advancing their shell game.
JMFO
Let me make it simple for you:
What business is CVIA in?
How do explain a $40 million revenue company not making money for its CVIA parent?
If you mean the stock price going up...I'm all for that.
