Gross margins on these kits? Anyone have an idea??
Krays,
how much would a friendly entity have to pay in your estimate to pay off the converts in full by June??
Vero,
Can you explain further,,,"the ecosystem patent"?
Thanks
But aren't you expecting another more meaningful one?
Are you expecting another one? This is not the one you mentioned a while back that you thought was coming is it?
How important is this patent pop
Why do you say no more dilution next two months?
Good point but then why would you be buying tomorrow?
Right,
So we could expect their efforts to begin bearing fruit beginning now, right?
Pop in regards to this post...what quarter are we in now?
android 4.0 upgrade on sony phones

would this help us?
Also should we sue this company, aislebuyer

Press from mobile marketing re: lawsuit

Right, monetization as in licensing fees and lump sum settlements rather than selling to someone....show me again pops where IP Group got sells of IP rather than settlements and licensing fees going forward.....think it is the latter rather than the former
Vero, also this Samsung link just posted may involve our neo reader...do we have the neo reader preloaded on any phones like the Sony smartphone....also Sony manufacturer tv's don't they :)
This is a red laser qr code reader being used by tapping.com allowing customers to download the reader
Pop,
One question, does NeoMedia get paid by Sony (or any other carrier) each time someone buys one of their new smartphones that is preloaded with the NeoReader?
he didn't know, it was if they were applying/registering for new patents related to a closed loop system like what the Dr. describes in his videos and on his website.....it really piqued his interest...obviously all supposition on our collective parts about what the doctor might do but he felt their bar code technology that exists currently could be applied with the doctor's goals for the healthcare industry and something could be patented....It was like...."wish we had that relationship"
Interesting, I asked a friend of mine who is a CTO of a competitor
Who said if this doctor and neomedia get patents surrounding bar code technology
In the health care field it is game changer for the company....hmmm
Experia Sony smartphone on the tennis court advertisement at the Pro tennis tournament
on cable tv fyi

Launched in 2009, the know error® system delivers a new standard of patient safety and accuracy to the diagnostic testing cycle. Using bar coding, forensic principles, and DNA matching, the know error® system ensures that surgical biopsy samples being evaluated belong exclusively to the patient being diagnosed.
"using bar coding"
you know I have watched all the videos on his website and I don't know how anyone could not come to the conclusion that this man is brilliant and whatever he has in store behind his purchase of neoMedia stock will benefit NeoMedia and as a result common shareholders of which he is one.....he should be in charge of healthcare as as he would say health in the US and beyond.....To me NeoMedia's involvement is going to be centered around the patient being in control of his own health data which is going to be transmitted/updated/interacted/controlled by the individual through the use of a personalized/individually protected unique 'health object identifier" that will be housed on the cloud and called up and shared with whomever you give permission to through your smartphone Neoreader and unique QR code/barcode.
its all right there, here's hoping he can pull it off, whatever he has planned for our company
IS that provision "new" from previous??
didn't see that direct media report today you reference,
can you supply a link thanks
do we know how much typically a carrier will pay NeoMedia for every phone purchased by a consumer that has a neoreader already preinstalled like the Sony phone just released??
so you are telling me that calculates out to 3 billion shares they are entitled to?
right so how in the world do you get that YA will have 3 Billion shares upon conversion...that would be at an average of 1 cent where it seems to me the docs I saw gave them conversion rights at 10 cents adjusted for market prices
haven't been abe to get thru al the posts to see if this is factual....i dont believe they get shares at .01 per shares but .10 per share which would make it that for their 30 million of loans they get 300 million shares not 3 billion.....the stock is at a par value of .01 which has no relevance to how many shares they get...its the conversion price of 10 cents that is relevant
so how would the search patents apply to what our good Dr. wants to do in the
medical world??????
so are these the patents that relate to comparison shopping when you go in
a store, snap a picture of the bar code of a product and do comparison shopping for the
cheapest price in store or online of all vendors/sellers of the particular product
you are trying to buy......??
can you explain neosphere a little more...value proposition...because i am having a little difficulty in understanding the differences in the foundtional patents that NeoMedia has and Augme has....you familiar with that company?
what are the seach related patents and are they more valuable than the neoreader related patents?? and less recognized to date by the market, in your opinion??
does vodafone or verozon license or otherwise interact with NeoMedia
http://intellectualarbitrage.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Ebay/Ppal license agreement
anyone have an update on this relationship and its revenue potential
and the relevance of neomedia search patents which i did not realize they had
http://www.gomonews.com/neomedias-crystal-ball-misses-ebay/
where are we going....each individual around the world has their own personalized QR code with their medical information tied to it......what do we as individual pay to keep that updated...$1 per month....an apple app to house that like like the sighted app that the good doctor is selling thru
his other company
That's my thought to....I mean the conversion is at 10- 15 cents a share adjusted for lower stk price at time of each loan or some qualifier like that so it would not be difficult for the reasonable long time board members to disclose what the dilution would be or how much would have to be raised to pay off the sub debt....I know I can go and look at the 10q but don't have the energy tonight to find it when there is no reason the ones that know the true answer can disclose it publicly...
Has Ya loaned them 100 million...I don't think so....just give us the friggin condensed facts of the financings please
Does this sound reasonable to the board longs with true intentions?
No enlighten us
So YA has how many common shares based on the terms of the debentures and conversion price.....how much have they loaned them in total....10,000,000 at .10 cents 100 million shares or at .03 shares 300 million shares...?? Where is it anywhere close to 3 billion shares upon conversion...bought this investment back somewhere a. Yr or so ago at about 10 cents and know have averaged down twice in the 3 cent range is the good dr. Made his investment....just trying to understand his rationale...I believe he is a true visionary that has big plans with this company in the middle....but the control issue is of real concern re the true shares controlled by ya
