Dump what you can... right at the bell.
LOL!
There's a "method to the madness"... guess you've figured it out now?
How about a level 2 quote update?
I want to see what happens after this 1,000,000 shares hits the market.
Might be time to initiate the sell with "two fists" approach.
Wagz, do you consider this filing to be good news?
There is nothing good in their report, believe what you want. After you get through the fluff, only two figures really matter; cash & net income. Neither of which, as reported by the company, show sustainability.
As the old saying goes in the world of law “He who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client” the same can be said here....
He who is his own financial advisor, and invests in IWDM, has a fool for a client.
How soon before we see 2012 Q1 results. LOL!
Have a good one.
They filed... AWESOME!
What next... "scoop 'em up"? "buy with two fists"?
What does level 2 look like? When can we bump off these $.046's?
LMFAO!
"timely filing of the Form 10-K impracticable without undue hardship and expense"
No money, no report.
Due diligence is listening to a radio personality that "promised" the golden ticket would be worth the value of the early enlistment, remember?
I don't go to my financial advisor for entertainment and certainly wouldn't listen to a radio host for financial advice.
"Buy with two fists" has moved on.
I made money on IWDM... duh, winning!
Maybe if you listened to the haters & losers... you could have said the same.
Just wait until they get the app released, right after Bubba's contract ends; they will blow the top off of this one, there's a method to the madness.
Unation, UYR, Chase=Michaels=Zell... lots of stuff being done behind the scenes.
Do your own due diligence, clearly based on my facetious facts above... you'll all be foolish for not scooping up as much as you can at these cheap prices.
Oh, and I forgot to through in this name too.... DeBartolo! This thing is going to run.
How much more before we bump off .047's? Who's got the level 2 updates?
LOL!
wagz, you've never posted your findings here. You tell us all to do our own due diligence.
If you have anything relevant, we'd love to hear it.
Perhaps this guy http://www.nytimes.com/2010/10/06/business/media/06tribune.html?_r=1 could use some personal coaching. Believable!
Good for you wagz, I honestly hate to see people lose their hard earned money.
I do not post negatively, I post factually. If you consider the facts to be negative, perhaps you should re-evaluate your holdings in IWDM.
Waiting for "the top to blow off this one" might not be the best investment strategy.... the roof will soon cave in.
GLTA!
Another greatness of the company assessment? Another do your own diligence assessment? Another the filings are fine assessment?
Foolish assessments again.
I will once again remind everyone... do some REAL due diligence and you will clearly see it's game over for IWDM.
It's obvious that filings will be in on time, why waste the time and energy to go fully reporting to not report? Just people trying to create fear and save everyone from the pennystock they have interest in IMO.

The funds were siphoned off through other companies held by insiders.
Look at the expenses... Why so high? Who are they being paid too? Who owns these companies?
Anyone that did true due diligence would understand. The expenses are laughable...
What size suite are they in? (who is this paid too?) How many employees do they have?
Let me break it down in layman's terms; IWDM's management are Jack McCallister(Alec Baldwin) and the public shareholders are Dick Harper(Jim Carrey). Watch and listen closely
They did not file the correct paperwork, they filed for an extension. The correct paperwork would have been a 10-Q & 10-K filed timely.
Be careful of what you wish for.... these filings are not going to benefit the shareholders. Lock it in.
Probably not, remember, most shareholders are also early enlisters. When informed the service they paid $300 for was now going to be free they thought that was great.
I'm sure the PPS is great for them too because they can now scoop up more.
Ignore any fundamental investment strategies... Bubba said! Bubba said!... remember? "I promise"
Push away all investors, drive the price down, initiate a buyback... insiders sell off the product/services & pocket all proceeds.
Profit from the initial pump, profit from the sale... "method to the madness"; just doesn't include current shareholders.
I say they initiate the buyback at sub $.01
My opinion of course.
That was a pretty neat trick... can't sell at .049, so change the ask to .050 and buy!? LOL!
Big spread, zero volume, no reporting... that's all you need to know.
I guess "the story of IWDM" is not going to be told. All of the "stuff being worked on behind the scenes" "that I know nothing about" will not be known at this time.
This board has come a long way, remember the days of:
49's are getting pounded - looks ready to bump again...
.51 is the next breakout level on the chart - hang on once we break that.
1 MM at .49
1 MM at .50
1 MM at .505
3 MM at .51 BMAS
1 MM at .54
1 MM at .55
1 MM at .58
1 MM at .85 DOMS
1 MM at 2.00
If there was good news, they would have reported already. I guess it's so bad, it's just better not report.
The rumors of "cash cow" & "plenty of cash on hand" can now be squashed.
Just curious; why were so many believing in the rumors, rather than the facts in the quarterly reports?
Daily charts are actually getting amusing!
No matter how hard someone tries, it's only going to end up one way in the long run.....

Strictly just my opinion.
I believe it is because of the technical difficulties. The ask is still showing on my brokerage account.
Did anyone contact IO Worldmedia's corporate headquarters and get an estimated time of release for the reports?
It's been posted on this board that:
They will report in a timely fashion....period
It's obvious that filings will be in on time, why waste the time and energy to go fully reporting to not report?
According to their Q3 2011 reporting:
Nine Months Ended
September 30,
Operating expenses:
Selling and general and administrative $1,344,152
If one were to dig deep into the "selling and general and administrative" generalized expenses... I would assume they would find some very disturbing & questionable expenses.
That is what I would call proper due diligence.
Someone dumped their "golden ticket". LOL!
Who's still a believer? Chime in... why?
Convince me to put my "smart money" in and "scoop em up" at this "cheap price".
"Tip of the iceberg" is my ship going to sink or sail?
1) Bubba the Love Sponge - Added, no PPS value.
2) Chase=Michaels=Nothing, no PPS value.
3) Unation = U nothing.
4) UYR - Still don't have any idea what this is. Anyone?
5) Sony Deal - Added, no PPS value.
6) iPhone & Droid app - Still not released... Bubba launched 1+ year ago.
7) Year End & Q4 Reports - Nowhere to be seen.
8) Wall Street - They saw, they didn't buy.
Did I miss any of the great news?
Proof of:
1) More Revenue
2) Less Expenses
All of which could be verified in the Q4 results... however we haven't heard a peep from management that this report will be reported timely, if at all.
Respectfully, I have to once again disagree...
1) They cannot raise all the cash they need
2) They cannot whenever they need it
3) The cash situation is and always has been a real problem
When Q4 results are posted, feel free to post a link to it, and prove me wrong.
Cash, end of period:
$761,494 Q1
$420,051 Q2
$155,333 Q3
$???,??? Q4
All verifiable in the quarterly reports.
IWDM's attorney? You're kidding right? Laughable! The shareholders would love to get the management tied up in depositions. I'm sure IWDM management/insiders will stay as far away from any court room as possible.
Now back to that bankruptcy....
"We may continue to experience net operating losses. Historically, we have relied upon outside investor funds to maintain our operations and develop our business. We anticipate raising additional capital within the next twelve months from investors for working capital as well as business expansion and we can provide no assurance that additional investor funds will be available on terms acceptable to us. If we are unable to obtain additional financing to meet our working capital requirements, we may have to curtail our business."
Fair enough answer.... perhaps they will see fit to not report.
You're right though, I know nothing, that's why I want to see Q4.
You say the company is going bankrupt, why dump money into having new apps built and other things they are working on????
One question Wagz....
When are they going to report Q4?
Of course there's "not a whole lot of selling going on", there's no buyers.
I've explained this before; you cannot sell if no one is buying.
1) Not a very good sign of things to come
2) Michaels and Chase are on board - Made no difference
3) Sony deal is done - Made no difference
4) Patience has not paid off
Post a link proving me wrong.
Respectfully, I strongly disagree with your "Patience pays" opinion.
My opinion, based solely on the product, management, insiders, and quarterly reports; is those that are patient or continue to be patient, do not get paid.
IWDM's chart below proves so. Those that bought this stock in January of 2011 continue to lose money. Based on the history of IWDM, the price should continue to correct itself back to pre 2011 levels. Don't forget to adjust for the dilution during the last 1-1/2 years.
Explain why.
1) The price and volume continue to drop.
2) According to Q3 results they would be out of cash in 3-6 months.
3) Looks like they aren't going to file Q4 results.
Why does your opinion remain "Scoop emm up while you can"? What can you tell us that would justify a buy recommendation?
Benjamin Homel, aka Randy Michaels, was given 15 million shares and became a strategic advisor.
The next time you'll here about him is after the buyback and the restructuring.
"There's a method to the madness"
Unfortunately, those that bought into this didn't understand the chess game being played. They bought the stock, sat back, and watched their position dwindled to near zero. The management/insiders were making all of the moves in the background setting themselves up nicely for a future payday.
It's over, the stock will continue to dip.... checkmate.
What gets released first:
A) Q4 Quarterly Report
B) iPhone & Android Application
C) Neither A or B are released
Post your thoughts.
FWIW - My opinion is C
30 million on the open market? Wow, I guess the management/insiders aren't so inept. They sold that 30 million into the market during the pump and made quite a nice profit.
Now they can drive the price below .01 & buyback the 30 million for less than $300,000. Again, my opinion; they don't report, continue to drive the PPS down and do a buyback when the price is right (for them of course). Management/Insiders now hold all shares, reorganize, sell, build it back up, whatever they decide.
Profit, buyback, profit... brilliant, checkmate!
As Willy Wonka once said: YOU GET NOTHING!
