I agree, but it is the end of the work week, just before thanksgiving.. This hasn't seen much volume in the past couple weeks, so I can understand REALLY LOW volume today.

Trading has not been suspended... Volume has been low for some time now. I'm not surprised that the day before thanksgiving that no shares have traded. I can still place trades however.

I've said this before: Many pinks have dtc chills and still trade well. If it is only a chill (which this is) it really doesn't mean too much. As long as the company is operating as per usual and building itself up.

A lot more pinkies than you think have DTC chills and they have been trading with them for a while. DTC chill in the end will not affect this ticker much. I have made, and continue to make money trading pinks with DTC chills.

If this is your first time "experiencing" a chill, do not worry. You really won't experience much in my opinion. I have seen it in the past that loading after a chill is discovered reaps major rewards for the buyer. It's not always the right move, but in many cases, it is. GLTA

This isn't crashing. Like someone else stated, some fear mongering is going on. I think .003 is holding pretty well. Don't allow people to affect your opinions or sway your emotions on these message boards.

I've picked up a few at .003 and .0029. The CBS story was really good, it convinced me to buy more. Support is so strong here, but so are the games being played. I don't think the games can last much longer as support is too strong. Load ~.003 as best you can. This will be at the next support level very soon. GLTA

Not enough said without proof. All pinks dilute, just try to avoid it like the rain... IMO trade tickers for what they are. RFMK is looking solid all around. There are few pink-sheets that look this good in terms of publicity. I hope you were able to trade this the past few days. You are interpreting the update as you would like to see it. It clearly states that they have $2 million lined up now, and if they need it, another $2 million. 2+2=4 if anyone is having trouble with math here. Also, it seems quite obvious that if shares are issued as collateral (which I'm sure they will be) they will be secured for a year. And even then there will probably be other limitations on the deal. Do you have the fine print? If you do, please post it. If not, the speculation to get people to sell doesn't help anything. Good luck

Well, you also should make decisions for yourself. You decided to buy, and who knows, it COULD have gone up another 100%, but hindsight is always 20/20. People were saying that even in 000's it was a bad buy... Well, I decided to buy anyway, and made some cash.

DO NOT listen to anyone on these boards. The only reason to interpret posts here is to be able to gauge at least a mild sense of what the psychology of trading at the moment is (bullish, bearish, etc.).

My main rule is to never buy if I'm feeling very uncertain of what the outcome is. Of course, you can never be 100% certain of anything, but you get the point. Without strong feelings, I do not trade.

I believe RFMK could swing in either direction at the moment. Certainly, if you do not sell, you haven't really lost anything. It could come back (and look how fast it launched from .0008 to .003). Just set your sell point and relax.

Bottom line is that RFMK is a solid trading vehicle at this point and I wouldn't be sad about your buy. If it goes down, you will have a chance to average down. No big deal. Hang in there, and good luck.

Taking a look at this company now. I will not buy, but the EOD here is one of the most impressive closes I've ever seen... Congrats to all who got in 00's. Too risky to load after a massive 140%, but I truly wish everyone the best of luck.

It's a pretty simple debate:

$4 million from outside funding > $2.2 million
((Conservative valuation))

So in affect, we are undervalued. Once the $4 million is in hand, that's it. Done. Company should easily be worth what they can get from other sources of funding.

Maybe. But this has not yet come to pass and I doubt even if funding is obtained using preferred shares as collateral, they won't hit the market soon. So I don't care.
