If you bought in at .025, I added at that same pps btw, then buying some more at .014 should be a no brainer.
btw2, I also added at .019 and again for, for a good amount, at .0119. I don't mind getting discounted prices for a company I believe in.
It would be nice to know where PHOT didn't follow the rules. Their company has been around for a while, Apparently, they were following the rules. All of a sudden they decided not to? Ok, how didn't they follow SEC rules after doing so for years?
Keeping tabs here. I can't believe I sold at .013, and thought I might be making a mistake.
What happened to this company? Where in the world is it going?
I've always believed that this government action was to go after the top dog in the MJ industry, just to show the lessor ones that they could.
All this minutia that the SEC wouldn't of done what they did without just cause, we are talking about companies that deal with a product that the feds still consider illegal.
To get the most bang for the limited bucks, the SEC went after the company well regarded in the industry. That has the effect of putting the lessor ones on notice, without spending any additional capital or manpower.
It is hard to prove a negative that some are so positive happened here.
Some here didn't even believe the 10k would be produced. So the fact that it was is a non non-event.
Lighten up Francis. Taps isn't playing anytime soon, well at least not for EWSI.
So you don't think anyone would just hang around to secure as many shares as they could for as cheaply as they could, after working their magic?
That's my hypothesis, and I'm sticking to it. It will be funny to see if anyone posts on the long side, that has been posting on the other side all this time.
I'm thinking .0001 to no bid myself.
Some have executed their job very well over the last few months. You have to give them credit for that.
The float has been around 100 million less than the O/S for a while now. That would put the float around 245 million currently. If it was 80 million 8 months ago, that's about 3 times as high.
Issued and Outstanding Shares 345,691,874 as of 4/09/2014.
Got a little ways to go before a billion is reached.
If it is found that PHOT has not violated any security laws, does everything go back to the way it was? Or does the SEC get to pick and choose which companies their actions might very well destroy?
If there was fraudulent activity connected to PHOT, then they deserve whatever comes their way. If there is determined that no fraud has been undertaken by this company, then they deserve to be reinstated to the trading market they were in prior, with bids and asks taken and posted.
Unless, of course, the SEC gets to pick and choose without any follow through to make sure the company is restored to its previous market level.
If PHOT is cleared and not restored, I would definitely like to join a class action suit against the SEC. I will be looking forward to all these law firms coming forward with that lawsuit, like they are doing so against the company now.
Again, if PHOT is guilty, so be it. If not, any monetary damage I suffer because of the SEC action resulting in this company not being restored to the OTC market, with bids and asks accepted and posted, like before, I will await the law firm stepping forward to seek damages from the SEC.
Agree. This is sell before the news situation.
Also can't figure out how the volume is so low with all that buying, adding to one's position, and dilution going on.
I would think that if some entity wants to see the pot industry, and the companies trying to take advantage of it, die, then this will die.
If some other entity wants to see the pot industry get a foothold and prosper, then this will find its way back, because this was/is one of the best pot stocks out there.
It depends upon what the sentiment for pot stocks is going forward, IMO.
IMO, you made a wise decision. I added today also. Didn't double my position, but if someone wants to sell at a little over 2 cents, I don't mind buying.
Looks like the SEC went after the alpha male in this industry. Go after the top, the rest will get the message. Now if PHOT comes up clean and go to go, wouldn't that be something.

What Happens After a Trading Suspension Ends?
Historically, most companies subject to trading suspensions by the SEC have been quoted in the over-the counter (OTC) market on the OTC Bulletin Board or other broker-dealer operated systems prior to the suspension—and most SEC suspensions are based on a lack of current information about the company. The end of a trading suspension does not mean that quoting and trading automatically start again for OTC stocks. Instead, certain requirements in SEC Rule 15c2-11 must be met. A broker must also file a form with FINRA that needs to be approved before quoting can resume. The broker can file the form after it obtains and reviews current information about the company, including:
the company’s organization, operations and certain control affiliates;
the title and class of securities outstanding and being traded; and
the company’s most recent balance sheet and profit and loss and retained earnings statement.
It would not appear that the Grey market is a foregone conclusion.
It was the same one guy. Do not know the % of his holdings that this sells represent.
It looks like the same guy in all of those notices.
I can hang for a couple of weeks. I know that's an eternity for some, a blink of the eye for others.
So this suspension will last until April 24th. A two week suspension.
I bet that might of taken a few shares to get up and running.
Probably why the large increase from Jan to March for the O/S in 2014.
The increase has slowed from March to April, as you would expect it to.
Agreed. Very manageable O/S. When you add what the increase was used for to grow the business, extremely manageable.
EWSI added 13 million to the O/S from 3/05 to 4/09.
Here's the updated numbers:
As of Wednesday, April 9, 2014:
Issued and Outstanding Shares 345,691,874
So from 3/05 to 4/09 the O/S went from 332.5 million to 345.5 million. That is an increase of 13 million shares. A couple of days ago, I guessed around 340 million, so I was a little low.
Did anyone think it was going to a 44 million increase again?
A long time to try and take advantage of the situation. The annual report should shake off the cobwebs.
Why do you think that person is an idiot, and not someone that just doesn't want to see the pps rise? If someone doesn't want the pps to rise, they could have a reason for that, and not be an idiot.
I see the typical Monday action. I think it has been at least seven weeks straight, or more, that Monday's have been down.
Anyone have any thoughts why that would be?
I understand that. I just wanted to see the reduction in volume on my screen. I'll be un-removing them shortly.
Bored today, rainy and cold, can't go out to play, so trying a little experiment.
Same thing, at roughly the time, happened yesterday also.
Another day above .60. when some thought it would not get above .60, and especially not stay above .60.
It looks like this is the new holding pps for a while, until it makes its next move upward.
The low 70's will be the next holding pps.
I don't either, so what did I PM you?
It makes you a smart investor, IMO.
And then .777. Patience, all will come in due time.
I think I might of gotten some of those sub .025 shares. Nice to know folks will sell at the last minute, and accommodate those of us looking to do the opposite.
I'd prefer PHOT be off shore when the hurricane hits, so it is the only MJ left standing. Is that what you mean?
Not a bad decade. The 60's may be turbulent though.
There is no method to the madness. The affliction just has to run its course. The best way to innuculate yourself is to take in small doses of the disease, i.e., add more shares during this time, especially at these prices, just like any vaccination works.
Those that run around telling everyone how bad it is, without themselves getting innuculated, will succumb to the disease, probably just as the mania dissipates.
