There is no official documentation of the merger completion yet, but, what say you about illume's product, Izup, being on the phoneguard website? IMO, that's pretty good evidence that the deal is done. But granted, there is no "official" documentation, so anything is possible I guess.
Also, the fact that Leo Hindery Jr, from the illume BOD, is now part of the OPMG BOD, which has official documentation,http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_pwwi/is_201112/ai_n58513076/ , is another give away to me that the deal is done.
The main reason I don't see a R/S happening is because the main reason companies do a R/S (at least in the pinksheets) is after major diluting they do a R/S so they can get the share price back up to attractive levels to dilute more. Now, if what this company wants to do it just dilute more but want to dilute at a higher price, all they have to do is release a PR with some good news on the merger and the stock will quickly go back up. Why go through all the paper work and hassle of a R/S when all you have to do is release a tiny little PR with some good news and it will essentially have the same effect. Now, if this company had no intention of having any sales or revenues and had no good news to speak of, then a R/S might be in order, but thats not the case here. imo
let's just pray they dont do a R/S so they can dilute more. Although i don't see that happening.
The other day in the mail I recieved a notice that one of the stocks I was in last year has a class action lawsuit against it for management being misleading and manipulating the stock. I would think that if the management here in OPMG is going to keep diluting, or do a R/S so they can dilute at better prices, they are setting themselves up for a lawsuit. Now, im not an expert on this topic but, I would think a lawsuit OF ANY KIND would be damaging to the reputations of the big big names involved. If the BOD was associated with a stock that was manipulating and taking advantage of shareholders, I would think that would hurt their future credability, and they don't want that bad rap to follow them. But again, im no expert on the topic. I also understand though that lawsuits are taken with a grain of salt in the business world and they happen left and right, so maybe it wouldn't do anything to their reputation because no one would hear about it. But I refuse to believe that all these big names would be involved in a company thats just going to dilute, R/S, dilute, R/S, dilute dilute dilute..... I refuse to believe this stock is like 99% of all other pinksheets who manipulate and decieve shareholders to make a quick buck, and I could potentially lose alot of money because of the belief I have in this company, but it's a risk Im willing to take, because on the other side it could be a life changer, no one knows for sure.
on the bright side (if there is one to be had) this will probably flush out everyone who isn't a long in this stock.
that is very true Ken, since its at or near the 52 week low, no one should be selling (at least for profit). I was unsure if diluting was going on or not a week ago, but now, it's pretty obvious. maybe this will turn around once the company stops, if the company stops.
OPMG long and strong
and i don't want to make it seem like im attacking you either, if it seems that way, im sorry, im not trying to attack you. Granted, when i say this stock will fly by .10 once sales and revenues starts coming in, im talking down the road, 9-12 months from now. The PPS here will keep decreasing until the company throws us a bone, and i will keep loading up and loading up, and laughing all the way to the bank once this takes off.
it wont hit .10 EVER AGIN? this stock hit .10 just on the hype of justin bieber. so once the company actually releases the product and sales and revenues start coming in, .10 will fly by quickly. I understand your here to most likely flip and thats fine, to each their own. but don't make assumtions about a company you know nothing about, you admitted to not knowing that you bought at the 52 week low until a few minutes after you did it, so you apparently dont know much about this stock or the company. I have nothing against flippers, i do it on occassion with certain momo plays, but I don't make assumptions that the PPS will NEVER hit it's 52 week high ever again without doing extensive DD on the company.
Definitely an exciting day to say the least. Im not sure what to make of the fact that we traded nearly 10x the shares we usually do in a single trading day and still ended 15% in the red. There were definitely alot of buys, but that 20mil sell really hurt. its good that OPMG finally had a high volume day, but bad it was on the wrong side of the previous close PPS. Excitement is profitable for flippers, no so profitable for longs.
OPMG long and strong
who ever dumped that 20mil shares definitely stalled the PPS for awhile, EOD it seemed to come back to life.
I've been in this stock awhile now and it never ceases to amaze me that this stock NEVER does what you think it will. A normal person would think that a stock that has had an average of about 3-5 million shares traded daily for the past couple weeks would have a pretty green day when it finally trades almost 50 million shares. Not with OPMG haha. But there is an upside to everything, this day did allow me to very easily load up a decent ammount, so there is always a silver lining. AS one of my favorite quotes stated:
“There are no bad days in the stock market. When the stock market is down, you’ve got bargains, and it’s lovely to think of what you are buying at such low prices. Unfortunately when the stock market is up, the bargains disappear, but on the bright side you’re now rich.” - Bruce Greenwald
Was able to load up a pretty decent ammount today and add to my mound of shares.
OPMG long and strong
Wow, very well spoken and thought out post. I can't help but agree with you. I also remember this statement being at the bottom of the all the PR's:
"The Company (OPMG) undertakes no obligation to publicly update any forward-looking statement, whether as a result of new information, future developments or otherwise, except as may be required by law."
So I think everyone is going to have to wait and find out about things like contracts in SEC filings that detail revenue, like they would in a normal company.
I have been invested here for awhile and still 100% believe in the company. Thank you for your post, and I hope all who believe in this company get handsomely rewarded
scottrade charges .5%, not 5% of the total principal, on top of the $7 fee. and as far as who is better between scottrade and fidelity, if your going to do penny stocks seems fidelity might be cheaper as far as trade fee's go.
I agree, all the company had to do is say "we are still testing the product and working out some bugs before it is ready to launch", giving investors "the silent treatment" doesn't do much good. I do believe that it costs a decent chunk of change for a company to release a PR through the major places like PRnewswire and to all the brokers, so maybe the company didn't want to use up capital on a PR stating things that investors should be aware of already? who knows. Whats done is done, and I still believe in this company and its management, but like I have said many times, everyones Patience will be tested.
Here's to hoping and holding.
OPMG
I've had no problems with Scottrade.
you also have to remember, Justin Bieber has ALOT more going on in his life than promoting OPMG. So from your previous statements it seems like your expecting JB to promote phoneguard on EVERY TV or public appearance he makes? thats not realistic, he is also a singer/songwriter who has to promote his albums. You can't expect him to mention phoneguard everytime someone interviews him.
Honestly, I don't know what people expect from this company. Of course the stock is going down (although its held pretty steady at around .0046-.005) The product they offer HAS NOT BEEN LAUNCHED YET. The stock is not going to do anything until they officially RELEASE THE PRODUCT. So until that day happens the stock will either stay steady or slowly go down. which is an ideal situation for longs and those who believe in the company, plenty of cheapies to be had until hard launch of the product.

OPMG will be a tax loss write off for flippers and the impatient. But long term investors with cojones will be rewarded.
I think the people making Phoneguards PSA's should take an approach like this ad from a couple years ago:
seems like there is alot going down in the next couple months for Distracted Driving. RAB Annual awareness day, Distracted Driving Forum in Washington D.C., The Concert in April. This Awareness on Distracted Driving is starting to become a big movement it seems.
Go OPMG
He never said it was 24 million, the link says 24 million because in a URL you cant put a period between the 2 and the 4. And since the merger IMO, IS DONE(Izup on the Phoneguard website), Illume revenues=Phoneguard Revenues
wow, and that artice is over a year old. So Im sure they have used their leadership of the DDSA to their advantage and get lots of contracts to date.
If you think Phoneguard would put a competitors product (Izup if the merger wasn't completed) on their website, then I don't know what to tell you. The evidence is pretty conclusive, phoneguard would NOT put Izup on their website if the deal was not done, simple as that. Granted, since the company hasnt "officially" announced the merger (I think phoneguard putting Izup on their website is a pretty official announcement) with documentation, then you can call it speculation, but the evidence is clear as day.
Too many positive's here for this to just be another POS pinky. We have 3 full DD threads of nothing but positive DD, how can you argue that? This is going to be big people. Patience will be tested though. But as the Great Warren Buffett once said :
"The stock market is designed to transfer money from the active to the patient."
it's not that we dont care about the share price dropping. it's that if your long, what the PPS does tomorrow or in a week shouldn't really matter to you, as long as you believe in the company and that the PPS will be higher down the road, what it does tomorrow means nothing.
If ANYONE is in this stock for ANYTHING BUT the long-term, its going to be a very harsh ride. I know where this company is headed and it has a bright future ahead of it. I've been invested in this company for awhile now and have not lost one ounce of faith in them, in fact, through all this turmoil and bashing I have been increasing my position significantly and I believe it will pay off. Granted, it's not going to pay off next week, but a year or two down the road I (and the few other longs) will be laughing all the way to the bank. The posts from people saying where this stock will be in a couple weeks is irrelevant, it's where the stock will be in a years time or more that really matters. The Posts from CJ about his convo's with IR just reiterate what some people on here believe, this is a LONG-TERM investment. The Bieber fever pump is over and in the past, a run that fast is NOT going to happen again. This company is building a solid foundation and building the company one brick at a time. So if your not in this stock for the Long-Term, save yourself some heartache and sleepless nights and just sell and move on.

They didnt HAVE to complete the merger by the 12th, that was just the date that either of the parties could back out if nothing was completed by then. Doesnt meant either of them did back out though. Maybe the merger was just completed a couple days ago? or maybe it was completed when they updated their site that now features Izup on it. Or maybe its not quite finalized yet, but one thing is for certain, Izup is on the PHONEGUARD website, so if the two companies couldnt come to agreement, phoneguard sure as S*&% wouldn't have put Izup on there.
just looking at that picture makes my heart skip a beat hahah.
Hahaha, Wow. I did not know that. Interesting.

The new Site looks great, and now i can breathe a small sigh of relief seeing Izup on the new website. Little by little things are coming together, lets hope that those of us who truly believe in this company can get as many shares as we can all afford before this thing fly's.
Dont know if this has been posted yet, But i was at the movies the other night, watching Safe House, and before the movie started Allstate had an Anti-Texting while driving commercial and said to go to this site:
http://www.allstate.com/XtheTXT
Click on the picture that says "Find safe driving mobile phone Apps"
Izup and a couple others show up.
