Rene is long gone..
Over and above all that, there’s a significant point to note – this isn’t just a Windows-based product. Intel are pitching this as a value-add feature for MeeGo too and that means tablets, smart devices, smartphones, Smart TV, Google TV, MeeGo TV and products like Boxee that have announced they will ship a product on Intel Atom. Total addressable market for AppUp is quoted as about 500 million end user devices by end of 2013. With sales of netbooks due to reach 200M by that time. Develop today and you could be looking at some serious opportunities by end of 2011.
Yes.. I did see that.
All past contracts are dead. The new business model is apps through Intel. It won't take much buying to lift the sp high enough to exercise the .0625 warrants.. Dilution is inevitable. The cash from the warrants will be used to build lots of apps to generate revs.
The deal was never finalized.. The only notice was from WASP that the deal was cancelled..
Costs are minimal in order to build out apps for new content..
Yes anyone can join.. It will be the content that drives this story.. No relations to either..
The wasp deal was dead a long time ago.. I unfortunately do not have fins but there's nothing to show at this time. The company is still moving forward with a new business model ie. Building apps... the 80mm tax loss carry forward will have a meaningful value once the revenues begin..
AppUp is a software front end that's mainly for Windows netbooks running on Intel's Atom processor, but it also works with desktops and laptops running Windows 7 or XP
Intel has also announced additional AppUp stores with Dixon electronics in Europe. Croma retail in India, Best Buy and ASUS and more
The folks who are now on AppUp say it all.
Angry Birds, Mashable, Nook, Ancient Frog, Cogs, Slingo, Soma Games (ahem), and several other projects with big recognizable names also in the works that we happen to know about.
The store is now built into tons of new hardware from Best Buy to Asus, Dell to Samsung. It's pretty fantastic really.
Angry Birds on AppUp. Angry Birds migrated from ARM to X86 this week as Intel announced that the popular phone game was available on their AppUp store. That makes it available to some 100 million netbook and notebook customers and will have driven a large number of installations of the AppUp store that doesn’t yet come pre-installed on netbooks. Clearly Intel has bought-in the app to help drive adoption.
AppUp is out of beta and available for Windows and Moblin .

http://www.protips4u.com/ is the company that UVUM is doing business with.. As per the warrants.. There are 2 warrants that will come into play at sometime in the future. 1) @.0625 and the another @.15 If the warrants are exercised at .0625(roughly 20mm shares or so)it will bring around 1.2mm into the coffers. The strike @.15 is paying .08% but is callable at .245 if the common trades for 20 consecutive days above that price.. Thats would bring in about 4.5mm. Not expecting those to be exercised for sometime..Current shares outstanding are roughly 130mm at this time. It's a LT play but one that is worth being vested.. Intel has projected 500mm potential users by 2013
"We are excited that uVuMobile has optimized their video platform for the Intel Atom microarchitecture and has brought compelling applications to the Intel AppUp center such as the ProTips Sports," said Scott Apeland, director, Developer Network, Intel. "We look forward to working with uVuMobile on future ProTips applications and other video services."

Intel is accelerating its Atom product line to move faster than Moore's law, bringing new products to market on three process technologies in the next 3 years.
Atom platforms harness Intel's unique "operating system of choice" strategy for Google* Chrome* and Android*, MeeGo* and Windows*, delivering personalized experiences.
SANTA CLARA, Calif., April 11, 2011 - Intel Corporation today announced that the Intel® Atomâ„¢ platform, formerly codenamed "Oak Trail," is now available and will be in devices starting in May and throughout 2011. Over 35 innovative tablet and hybrid designs from companies including Evolve III*, Fujitsu Limited*, Lenovo*, Motion Computing*, Razer*, and Viliv* are based on "Oak Trail" and running a variety of operating systems.
In addition, at the Intel Developer Forum in Beijing, the company will give a sneak peak of its next-generation, 32nm Intel Atom platform, currently codenamed "Cedar Trail." This solution will help to enable a new wave of fanless, cool and quiet, sleek and innovative netbooks, entry-level desktops and all-in-one designs.
"The new Intel Atom 'Oak Trail' platform, with 'Cedar Trail' to follow, are examples of our continued commitment to bring amazing personal and mobile experiences to netbook and tablet devices, delivering architectural enhancements for longer battery life and greater performance," said Doug Davis, vice president and general manager of the Netbook and Tablet Group at Intel. "We are accelerating the Intel Atom product line to now move faster than Moore's law, bringing new products to market on three process technologies in the next 3 years."
The new Intel® Atomâ„¢ processor Z670, part of the "Oak Trail" platform, delivers improved video playback, fast Internet browsing and longer battery life, without sacrificing performance. The rich media experience available with "Oak Trail" includes support for 1080p video decode, as well as HDMI. The platform also supports Adobe* Flash, enabling rich content and Flash-based gaming.
With these significant improvements in power-efficient performance, the Intel Atom processor Z670 allows applications to run on various operating systems, including Google* Android*, MeeGo* and Windows*. This unique flexibility delivers both new experiences and more choice when it comes to tablets and hybrid designs that combine the best features of the netbook and tablet together.
The platform also helps deliver smaller, thinner and more efficient devices by packing integrated graphics and the memory controller directly onto the processor die. The processor is 60 percent smaller than previous generations with a lower-power design for fanless devices as well as up to all-day battery life1. Additional features include Intel® Enhanced Deeper Sleep that saves more power during periods of inactivity as well as optimized Intel SpeedStep® technology. An integrated HD decode engine enables smooth 1080p HD video playback at a fraction of the power consumption.
In addition, Intel Atom Z670 processors come with the Intel® SM35 Express Chipset, delivering a lead-free2, halogen-free3 design with high-speed USB 2.0 for greater performance and Intel® High-Definition Audio to enable premium home theater sound.
Also ideal for small form-factor and portable embedded designs, the platform provides an excellent solution for a range of tablets in retail, medical and industrial applications. Solutions such as mobile clinical assistants allow medical staff to directly input data into patients' electronic files and avoid paper charting. This can result in a reduction in errors, better workflow, higher productivity and reduced paper handling and overhead costs. In addition to the Intel Atom Z670, Intel is offering the Intel® Atomâ„¢ processor Z650 for embedded devices with 7-year lifecycle support on Windows and MeeGo operating systems.
Based on Intel's leading-edge 32nm process technology, the next-generation "Cedar Trail" platform will feature improvements in graphics capabilities including Blu-ray 2.0 support, a dedicated media engine for full 1080p playback and additional digital display options including HDMI output and DisplayPort. New features will include Intel® Wireless Music, Intel® Wireless Display, PC Synch and Fast Boot. In addition, the enhancements made in power consumption and TDP will enable fanless designs with longer battery life. This means great acoustics without the hum of a fan and improved ruggedness and aesthetics of the design. Intel is currently sampling "Cedar Trail" to all major OEMs and ODMs. Users can look forward to a new generation of innovative mobile and desktop designs based on the "Cedar Trail" platform in the second half of 2011.

With an 80mm tax carry loss.. that alone should be worth 10mm to a potential suitor. With only 130mm shares outstanding it makes the current PPS look very attractive..

Pods are charged per office when listing but the 2nd and 3rd are often sold at half the price.. They discount for multiple sites..
Most if not all of those new subs are podiatrists.. They attended 2 conferences in the last couple of months
YEXT is probably a pay per click deal adding a small revenue stream per month to EYSM's bottom line
KC.. Where can you find the number of subs under each profession.. I can't seem to find it/ How many pods did they sign up over the weekend? They started at 196 last week..
How many Pods did they sign up this weekend.. Anyone know what they were selling them for?? I heard they were discounting..
the business model has changed.. 80mm tax loss is worth something? Protips4u and other new apps on the Intel AppUp store will deliver revenues to an ever increasing universe of worldwide viewers over the next 2 years..
