I thought this was the article from a few weeks back and I googled and saw it was new. Nice to see something written that doesn’t have compensation attached to it. I feel my negativity was poorly placed when I left the board a year ago. I couldn’t take that I knew something had to be there and all the positive/negative view input. I sat on the side and checked every once in a while. Glad I took that route and am finally truly positive that I spoke about this company for a decade to friends and family. Ive been getting flack for the buy Rec up to a few months ago.
I think eventually it will come out but not until it’s in full swing. If they are only at half capacity I don’t think they will want to take a picture as much as when Kim is walking around a facility at full capacity. That would make this move further upward.
Maybe they need money and selling that off for a really high price could get them the money so they could be where we now are, 5 years from now. 5 years too late.
I think the margins on this are going to be huge. We are not producing clothing we are producing a material. And we are the only ones that have the tech. Silk by anything other than a silk worm is not a comparable product.
They have produced something. The tech works. Bringing it to scale I another issue but that have produced something that works. Unlike Theranos.
They truly are. Had to walk away from the board until I saw something worth while and the last few weeks have definitely been worthwhile.
Congrats to all longs. It’s been a long road. Pun intended, but the light can now be seen after a decade. Ready to see this thing fly.
Sorry 2008
No PR. Because......that costs money and this is a penny stock. Until it isn’t, no one is going to mention it. Member 2009? I member.

You and I have both been here a long time. Seeing that the first harvest probably won’t be until next year I’m a bit disappointed. I don’t see this as great news. I see it as another point where things could have been further along but they aren’t. There are so many more hurdles to jump through to get to where it’s safe to say we are operational.
As truth says........
Nice find. Good production values as well. Unlike what we get from our company.
Not for the farming but for all the follow on processing.
If we reached full scale production the buyout price would be higher by multiples because their resources are not quite needed. This company needs a large infusion of cash, I would say somewhere north of a half billion, in order to bring this to scale. Remember, it was a big deal when we bought a 5k steam kettle to boil the leaves and another machine that basically looked like a cotton gin.
Wow. Nice find. 400 dollars gets you a 16 month wait for a bag.
Must have been esp just checked the news
Also is that a Stella McCartney endorsed product........oh those guys...
Theranos anyone?
True statement. KBLB’s time now.
Man sets out to milk some investors and buys basically a pos property in the middle of nowhere to rip off a company he started for like what....1500 a month? He’s really fleecing investors.
Well done Truth.
You don’t replace plates in the middle of a battle. You don’t carry replacement plates. They weigh you down. Ideally there would be no plates. In my head I have a completely different design then the fabric against the body. More mech warrior frame covered in this fabric.
I don’t think Vietnam feels all that rosey towards China. Their military practices for invasions by China. Not the US.
Could we talk about the idea that there are no market makers in this stock? Am I wrong? Market makers provide liquidity to stocks. Don’t they need to have agreements with said company in order to be the market maker. Interested in any knowledge any reputable sources have.
We will never get test or performance info. It will either be a new contract or we won’t hear anything again. My money is on the former obviously. The army would not want foreign governments to know what we have.
When invaded Iraq, tank crews were under the impression that an RPG could take out an Abrams. That was also what saddam thought. They started shooting them and realized they just bounced off the tanks. I am speaking specifically for an Abrams and not personnel carriers. But that’s what was revealed to the enemy. They are never gonna say this stops a 50 cal steel core, even if it does.
I think these have already been tested before being sent over. Kim moves slow enough and lawyers know to not ask questions you don’t already know the answers to. Same goes for testing. I’m sure they would be able to find a shooting range to test them himself if we did not use Warwick. I assume Warwick has their own test facilities. So that point is moot to me.
An NDA I’m sure. The military wouldn’t want their enemy to know their capabilities.
There are.........not “There is”
In summary bolt has no intention of being a technical fiber. They hope to make a fiber that is cheaper and more environmentally friendly then current clothing silk.
I don’t think revamped has as much to do with appearance as it does with content related to how the business has advanced.
The army is not yet a customer on scale. They are making this investment in Vietnam. I don’t think it’s only for the army. We are in the midst of the transition to actually get to scale. The reeling has been sorted. They have woven fabric. All of these things to time for R and D.
Things are coming together behind the scenes. Wish I had more powder available. This is going to shoot up multiples on some REAL news. Just a matter of time until that happens.
And they grow incredibly fast so if harvested in an organized manner they could constantly be harvesting and simply come back to the row they started with after they get through the whole field.
By this point they better have billions.
I truly feel this is about as big of a scaling up move we have made. We are going to be pumping out silk by the ton in a year.
My favorite part is 2500 hectares!
72 hours I believe to file it.
Brown field? Those are toxic sites. We need pristine.
Ugh. So here we go again. Is the new facility something different then the building we all know about? Because this facility just needed it’s final upgrades and finish installs. Sounds like we are going to build a new building with the 50 million investment level. Great job making things more confusing as usual Jon and Kim.
It’s so relevant! If a mortar explodes in your face you can still get your knife out and stab at it because the handle will work. Having a high tech handle is very important when you are trying to stab someone in the heart. Especially a mortar that could damage a solid metal handle.
Bahahaha
We might see it as a much bigger deal. In perspective no one else at that meeting was really a major person from the government. It wasn’t the interior minister or prime minister. I think the meeting that awarded us the certificate was big because it had so many central government officials. These were not very high up people as a whole. Or they wouldn’t have signed the documents outside at what looks like a little roadside restaurant.
Major news always came on a Friday at 430. Perhaps 50 mil in financing is that major.
Every word in Vietnam has 7 different meanings depending on the accent symbols. It’s a tonal language.
