Yes I agree, its not over, the company starts making alot of money now. Jacksonville is built out and starts adding to the pile of cash. With the SEC case red flag removed Institutional funds will come in.
And the other lawsuits circle the bowl into the abyss.
and companies like Agigoo try to sell whats left of their machines and hazmat suits on ebay.
So PARKING TICKET
we had already known about John stepping down to clear the way for a settlement those that didn't see that and kept crying SEC wolf just didn't realize the light at the end of the tunnel was a train.
Also no disgorgement of illgotten gains as others had implied...
Company moves on to bigger and better things.
I would imagine that Irwin’s case will be circling the bowl now as well.
LOL seems to be a picture of people that were hoping for doom.
Better luck next time....
LOL
Where are all of the people that were predicting doom for JBI due to the SEC case?
I think some concrete was poured over the SEC case.
Some people see Sanford and Son and other people see a Gold Mine.
Some people see the glass half empty and others half full.
Some people people hear the SAIC report shouldn't be relied upon as bad, Some people hear that and say the improvments on the equipment has made that report obsolete and if things were so good during that report it is significantly better now.
I will continue to buy and hold shares.
Thanks for your opinion.
I wonder how you get plastic from huge companies like Crysler without having clout?
Has 1 yard of concrete even been poured?
Does any concrete need to be poured?
Do you know?
What could they possibly be thinking??
I thought this was a SCAM????
has even 1 yard of concrete been poured in Jacksonville?
WOW WHAT A HUGE SALE!!!! I'M SO SCARED
THEY OWN 626,000 SHARES AND SOLD 29,600 SHARES
I'M SHAKING IN MY BOOTS.......
4K added 6k more at .78
Imagine that, how perplexing......
Some traders like to wait to make sure it is a safe trade.
Those are the ones that we will rely on later to push the stock in those large green bars when its vertical.
It would be interesting to see a poll of board members to see how many actually think its a scam.
Amazing that this many real organizations have been duped by JBII.
is that just your opinion or do you actually have proof from somewhere?
I keep checking my mail for these fabled promotions of JBII but I never seem to get any of the mailings but all of the other ones show up.
It doesn't seem to be going any lower so time to cover. Their dreams of sub penny won't be coming true.
Looks like someone is worried.....
Nice!
They must be shivering in their boots with the overhang of those media credits.....
All those fabled lies......
All the Juice
I can't imagine what they were thinking.....
Has a yard of concrete been poured yet?
The question is....
Has even 1 yard of concrete even been poured in Jacksonville?
I'd bet it doesn't matter looking at the satellite view.
nobody will care about media credits, or any of the other things that are being brought up.
Well designed machines producting fuel to sell, that's what its all about!
I wonder what the price would be if the SEC case is settled in combination with that....
Its my understanding that Agigoo doesn't make oil at all its a near oil product, by their own admission. If there is oil made from the goo they make it would be the refiners oil.(assuming they can get someone to actually refine it)
Maybe after Agigoo goes out of business JBI will take on some of the layed off employees, after all it would be a big upgrade for them since they won't have to wear toxic waste suits or risk their lives working on a high pressure system.
you mean near crude oil that nobody wants.
Sadly it won't matter for Agigoo if they have outsiders or VC money because they will be out of business soon.
Your obviously not informed about the site since your asking if the Pad was poured.
How about JBI gets together with people/companies interested in having processors, have them front the cash for the build and give them 5-6 % interest on that money, then that money will be paid back to them has a higher percentage of the fuel sales until the orginal balance plus interest is paid off. At that point they go back to their normal % of the fuel sales.
It appears they are no longer under water and the only ones in the headlights are the shorts and people sitting on the sidelines trying to make sure its a safe bet.
Not only have they been sucked into the SCAM but they want MORE!
4K FYI
2100 at .67 @ 9:36 to fill remaining 3k order from friday
Guess nobody wants to sell into the close
No fill on the other 2100 will leave them sit
4K FYI
I placed an order for 3100 GTC @ .67 only 1k filled so far
Well, bust my buttons! Why didn't you say that in the first place? That's a horse of a different color! Come on in!
"Guardian of the Emerald City Gates"
LOL
was it true that Michelle Draeger had a friend or family member that was invested in JBI and that was why she took interest in
the company or was that just a rumor?
I wonder if she can be sued by JBI for damages.
Just think what happens if the SEC case is settled!
So your not interested in Agigoo and your comments lead me to believe that you think JBI is an investable stock.
Is that right?
just because you say they need one doesn't make it so.......
Maybe you should call and complain.
Anyone see the big drop in WM share price today?

Wonder if that will effect the Agigoo deal.....
Its hard to tell anything since its not a public company and you can't see their books. I had seen that they actually sold a machine but I think it ended up being to a near defunct public company that couldn't come up with the cash to actually pay for it so if thats the same deal I'm not sure how you book a sale without getting paid for it. Since they are private I guess they can say what ever they want similar to their fraudulent production numbers.
So it would seem that Agigoo is failing to execute on their business plan and are attempting to sell what they can to survive(if they can).
