Hi Sorta...
...gold?! Hell, why not?!!! Good ole Walter is also looking for rare earth elements; perhaps he'll find some plutonium that he can sell to some not-so-friendly countries, eh?! I suspect oil and gas exploration will be next. The saga never ends...
There's a sucker born every minute...
Oh, you "rose-colored glasses" folks are simply wonderful...
...Delta is just going to kick ass!!! Please do let all of us know how you're doing twelve months from now, won't ya'???!!! In other words, please post something cogent around 08/03/2007.
No news, no activity, no digging, no nothing...
But, I have to hand it to you...your optimism is infectious...like a very bad disease...
Have fun all!!!
Man, I just love you "pump and dumpers"...
...so glad you supposedly "bought on Thursday and Friday"...how wonderful for you! So glad you have some "great charts" on this one. Hehehe!!!
Please do get back to us in 6-12 months or so and tell us how you made a killing on this POS!
I suspect that...
...any buying and selling of this POS stock is being done by either totally uninformed investors (i.e., stooges) and/or Stunder and his "family" of thieves.
You're right:
No work.
No digging.
No communication.
No results.
And, I might add...no cogent business plan, no financials!
As for the FTC (or SEC for that matter), this is just way to small on their radar (most probably not even on their radar). That's why so many of these schmucks can get away with it.
De-listed???!!! It's a damn Pink Sheet stock with no reporting requirements. This piece of crap will only be de-listed when Walter decides to fold up shop, liquidate the company, and start another Pink Sheet scam (and taking all the the investors' money in the process). Lord knows...he's done it before!!!
Oh Man!!! When does this BS! ever end...
Carol Hinnant, QBID, ADNL, ANTV, whatever...
More spin-offs, more "spin", more BS!, more "give me your money and I'll make 'me' rich"...
...what a freakin' crock!!!
Frank Olsen...
...should be hanged by (what's left of) his balls!!!
That lying, conniving, piece of sh!t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Geez...ain't it fun...
...to see where Walter is going next with his fly-by-night company?!!!
For those of you still holding this crappy stock...get out, at whatever price you can. For those of you considering in investing in this POS stock...don't.
[I am not a pumper nor a basher...I am simply one (of many) who got snickered into buying into this damn thing 2-3 years ago. It's a total POS. So, just get out now, if you can. Walter Stunder (President & CEO) has NO cogent business plan (have you ever seen or heard of one?!) and has never posted any financials. Diamond exploration, retail diamond sales, exploration for rare earth elements...and on and on. Total BS!]
This son-of-a-bitch is simply living off of un-informed investors. He should be investigated (and prosecuted) by the SEC, IRS, and FBI...and then tarred and feathered for fleecing so many well-intentioned investors.
Sad, but no one knows...
...what's really going on with this one. Hell, we haven't heard a peep from them since 02/22/2006.
Once again, just another fly-by-night scam!
Hi Ben!
I have the feeling that you have plenty of company!
Hey...she's at the "BB's Penny Haven" board...
...touting yet another BS penny stock!!!
For any of you...
who were also in QBID and/or NSDM...doesn't this POS seem like just another scam???!!!
C'mon...be honest...at least more honest than the management of DMXP have been!!!
Just love how everyone is fighting among themselves...
...when that total POS Olsen is the one that should be receiving everyone's wrath!
What is WITH you folks???!!!
The Fish Rots from the Head...
Don't post here too often anymore (I'm sure some folks are glad about that), but still lurk.
Why do so many folks feel the need to know all the "whys" of what happened?! It happened. Period. And it happened because of a completely fraudulent, secretive, and inept CEO. Nuff said.
Also, why do people here feel like they are obliged to attack another's perspective/viewpoint?! What does it matter at this point?! (other than being able to vent one's frustrations at this atrocious breach of trust). Why fight with each other when the real fight is with Der Fuhrer?!
A great deal of good-faith investor money has been lost, all because of the greed of that purported great "visionary" - Herr Olsen.
Nothing we say here on iHub is going to advance the cause of investors who have lost thousands. Nor is it going to further the hope that the SEC and/or IRS will investigate and prosecute Herr Olsen. Honestly, does anyone actually think that the SEC reads this crap?!
I wish the answer to this mess were easy. But, it's not. IMHO, it's going to take a few large investors (who lost plenty and can adequately document it as such) to bring a suit against Herr Olsen and who don't mind spending a bundle on legal fees. After the losses we've all suffered, who wants to do that?! (I hope someone does!)
As I said, The Fish Rots from the Head...we should all be focused on Frank Olsen and not on each other at this point.
OT: Very sad, actually...
Here we have a very up-and-coming quarterback, who thinks he's indestructable (kind of like the Kennedy family). He's only 24 and is riding around on a very powerful motor-bike without a helmet. Totally stupid! Yeah, Pennsylvania law (as of 2003) does not require helmets for motorcyclists (again, stupid!), but so what?!
When will people (of any fame or fortune!) learn that they are not more resiliant than the machines which they build/ride?!!!
Very sad...
[Humbly submitted by a Patriots fan.]
Sorry smokey...no offense meant! (eom)
Good God! At this point...
...who the f*ck cares!!!
Interesting historical reminder of the day...
...thanks! Amazing how one's personal problems and challenges of the moment seem to pale by comparison to truly world-changing events of the past.
Seems like this year, the markets are conforming to that old saw: "Sell in May and go away".
Rumors don't mean sh!t...
We've all heard rumors before...and look where they got us! If you actually know something (that can be backed up with factual information), then for God's sake spill it! Otherwise, shut up! You have added nothing, repeat nothing(!), to this board, other than trying to bring attention to yourself. Well...you've done it...congratulations!
Interesting column on PlanetOut.com...

As far as this "play" is concerned...
...it's already "gone". Unfortunately, most folks here just don't realize it yet!
For years...
...we've heard (via various PRs) that this "company" (in quotes since it really is simply W. Stunder) is gonna do something...whatever. And, for years, it has done very little, or even nothing, with regard to certain projects.
This one's a lottery ticket...one-in-a-gozillian odds of making it.
Pink Sheet stocks totally suck...
...pure and simple. No financials, no nothing. Total rip-off.
Hey, send me a message back in about 12-18 months and tell me how "we're" doing.
There are no "big" boys...
...this thing is TOAST!!!
But, hey, it's just so fun...
...to keep slinging shit at this POS stock!
DITTO! my friend! I have...have you???
rfitz...yup, me too...
...plenty of gray hair (that is, whatever hair I have left! Hehehe!)
Best to ya'
Hey, c'mon folks...
This thing is "tracking"...to coin a phrase from the ultimate (ignorant!) "pumper".
Oh, I forgot, that particular "pumper" is now retired on QBID shares and doesn't care what happens from this point forward. He/she has moved on...maybe we should all do the same.
What an amazing "ride" this has been, eh?!
Ditto!!!(eom)
Hey, why dredge up old posts...
...they do nothing to explain or alleviate the current situation!
Nope!...take your loss and move on...
[see my post #255239]
At this point...who the f*ck gives a sh!t!
Ja...das ist gut!!!(eom)
Hey rfitz...
...you're showing your age my friend. I remember that show's "sign off" (so I'm showing my age too!). But, quite appropriate nonetheless!
From a shareholder's perspective...
RESULTS, NO EXCUSES!!!
Facts be damned!!!
Hey junkmasterg...
...please don't take my comments too literally. Of course, all of that stuff does matter, but with the Pinkies, it's damn near impossible to find out about it: no financials, vague PRs, etc.
As shareholders, we need RESULTS, in order to see our investment appreciate to any extent.
Best to ya'
If you can sell at 0.0001, fine...
But, "selling" at 0.0000 makes no sense. Don't bother. [See my post #255239]
Hi IRISH...
I keep thinking back to something that the CEO of a large pharmaceutical company I used to work for said many times (essentially it was his mantra): "Results, no excuses".
Such a viewpoint puts great challenges upon the company's employees, all the way to the top. But, inherent of such a view is the desire to provide a good return for investors, stable well-paying jobs for employees, and the ability to react as needed to various market conditions.
Now, I know that the Q was never anything like a large pharmaceutical company, but it WAS a publically traded company, and as such, it had responsibilities to its shareholders. (It would have been a far different story had it been a private, venture-capital-backed company. In that case, I suspect Frank would have gotten a visit from "uncle Guido" and his boys a long time ago.)
So, as far as the "facts" surrounding "all the shady shit going on behind the scenes" is concerned, as investors, I don't think that matters too much. Suffice to say, the "results" just plain sucked. To the average investor, that's what truly matters.
Bankruptcy and tax loss issues...
A Chapter 11 filing would imply that the company would continue to operate while it attempts to work out a solution to its debt problems. Often, the stock continues to trade. This scenario does not seem likely for QBID.
That leaves a Chapter 7 filing, in which a trustee is appointed to oversee the liquidation (sale) of all of the company's assets and the distribution of the proceeds to the company's creditors.
There are strict rules about how the money is distributed. As a shareholder you are the owner of the company and entitled to any value left over after all other debts have been discharged. That's usually not much. In fact, it's usually not anything. Secured creditors get paid first (banks, mortgages, etc.). Unsecured creditors, including bondholders, are next. Shareholders are last on the list. They stood to make the most if the company were successful, so they lose the most when it is not.
If a company you own stock in declares a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you don't have much in the way of options. The only good news is that you get a tax deduction -- and that really isn't such terrific news. The procedure for claiming the loss is the same as if you'd sold the stock, except that you use the last day of the year in which the stock became worthless as the sale date, and you write "worthless" for your sale price. Your capital loss will be equal to the cost of the stock including commissions. This loss will be used to offset any capital gains you may have had that year.
If you end up with a net capital loss on all stock transactions for the year, up to $3,000 of that loss can be used as a tax deduction against your ordinary income. If the total capital loss is greater than $3,000, it can be carried forward year after year to offset future gains as well as a $3,000 deduction against each year's ordinary income until it is used up.
If you are holding the bankrupt stock in an IRA, you can't deduct your loss at all. (No capital gains, thus no capital losses.)
