Rick Deitch is a very talented CEO He has manages to take every company he touches to sub one penny and there are many companies he hsa started. What a rare talent. Rick shoud get a Nobel prize in economics. What a disaster.
Bullish or bullshi....

What happened to your assurances, you said with certainty that the commercials will come in December, where are they.
What is up with Rick Deitch and DMHI?
"The vast majority of people who are calling are calling to order"
Jonathan Flicker CEO of New Vitality in recent video interview discussing Pet Pain Away and Nyloxin.
I just called new vitality and they are selling nyloxin $39.95 plus shipping. Please do not post untrue statements. The video is very explicit about the intentions of the company and it is very positive.
If that is the case why does nyloxin not appear on their web site?
Has anyone heard any more radio advertising for nyloxin?
Watch newvitality.com website. If within the next month they put nyloxin up for sale on the site you know it is selling. If they do not put it on the site all bets are off.
I have been watching this company for over 3 years. Management is struggling to do the right thing. They fail again and again but this alliance with New Vitality seems to be the right fit. I have been using nyloxin and it is effective. If new vitality can't make the sales then the company will have to fold. At this price and with this alliance the stock is a good gamble. I have purchased more shares this month.
Just called to purchase nyloxin and when i hesitated making the purchase the salesperson read me all the info, offered me Money back guarantee. He tried everything to get me to buy. Very aggressive . I was impressed.
I called New Vitality sales 8882601141 and they are selling Nyloxin very aggressively. There is hope.
I called New Vitality sales and they are selling Nyloxin very aggressively. There is hope!!!!the phone number is 8882601141
There is a sucker born every minute, not to worry.
Your analysis is right on the money. I wish I had seen this board and your analysis before i lost all of my money. Keep up the good work. By the way do you do investment analysis professionally?
I was looking for a board that features this company. WOW I can't believe that it is still trading. This company does not exist. Who is trading the stock and why would anybody be buying it. I still have a few shares , are there really buyers? The drug that they were selling is not real. The company is not real How can the stock be trading? I am so flabbergasted that I am repeating myself.
Innovatix is a company that sells but does not advertise or promote a product. How will the health care providers even know that the product is being sold? I went to the Schein site and punched in Nyloxin and got no results. I called my schein rep and he came up with nothing. Exactly how is this product being introduced to the public?
The $9,800,000 is money they can use to produce and sell product. If they can sell enough to be profitable they stay in business and the stock appreciates in value. If they squander the money and can not make a profit they go out of business. This money is the last chance they have to make the business succeed. Schein is a good fit to sell the product because of their successful business model and penetration in the medical market. No one will give Nutra Pharma any money if they can not make a go of it, this money is probabally their last possible line of credit.
If you look at page 29 of the 10K there is a discussion of a $9,800,000. line of credit. Granted, it requires dilution of the stock, but it still gives them money to operate. If they can't produce a revenue stream after using the line of credit the dilution is irrelevant, they will go out of business. If they do begin to sell then the dilution is still irrelevant because the shares will necessarily increase in value.
I am a dentist and purchase supplies from Schein. They are effective when it comes to selling.Your point about this product being a small niche product is well taken, but remember how Botox was percieved at the inception. I know that Botox has FDA approval but there is a very large market for alternative drug products and FDA approval is not always a plus in this market. Schein would not accept a product if they ever thought it wouldn't sell. The fact that Schein is selling means they have market tested it and find it an attractive product. That is a very encouraging thing. At this stock price you have very little to lose and if Schein is correct in its assessment, a lot to gain. I am a buyer of this stock at this price.I am also a user of this product as are my assistants, my wife and anyone I recommend the product to. It works. Good luck to all.
One more piece of information that should play a big part in this new anelgesics success. People are looking for a product that is not addictive, does not cause stomach upset and is not a controlled substance. There is a new peovision in the Obama care bill that would require a physicians prescription for aspirin, anacin etc.. All present over the counter analgesics, by edict of obama care, will eventually require a prescription. Cobroxin and Nyloxin are not included in this edict. That alone should make this a very attractive product.

I have been buying more stock on the way down. I found cobroxin on the internet when i was searching for anything new in anelgesics. I was skeptical at first, but then I tried it. It lived up to all the claims. I am a dentist and I now recommend it to my patients. My son is a Physician who deals with pain management and I am trying to convince him to recommend it to his patients. My trainer now uses it and he has been recommending it to his friends and clients. I live in New york and find that CVS is constantly selling out. I speak to people in Florida and they tell me that it is the same there. If these trends are wide spread I can't see how this company can not make a profit, even though it seems they are not that savvy when it comes to making a profit. If they can just capture one percent of the pain market they will make a fortune. Why the stock is seling off is any ones guess, I see it a buying opportunity.
