both Nevada registry links for bayport and bayside are the same officers with no change. if may 11 was when all of this went down i would think that its been long enough that if they updated the officers it would of showed by now... imo

So May 11, 2011 was when Lou and Jim Porter and all of the others were removed... but later on in the month was when everything was sent to the firna, according to Lou atleast. So we continue to get emails from Lou and Jim stating everything is on its way, should be finished soon and so on... why would they be claiming these things if they were removed already? They arent getting anything out of emailing us and talking to ppl on the phone, if they were removed and i was them i would of deleted my email address or never responded at all. The report we read could be true, or it could be a big hoax.

I sent him a email back just saying thanks and replied , "your welcome. l". Maybe its a off day for him, maybe he doesnt know he isnt part of the company anymore, maybe we just need a PR lol

I sent lou a email as soon as i read the report, i knew he would reply because he always does. I really do not know what to think about everything but i thought the board should be able to see this. So my questions are, would he really lie to us? and Jim? and why would he reply to me if he wasnt part of the deal...

This was on the bayside corp website... it talks about the R/M. The website is down... and has been down since the thursday before memorial day weekend, somewhere around that time frame.

This is a chart smpark shared with the board and emailed it in a pdf or word document to a lot of the investors on here. I sent the document to Lou through email and he verfied it... his statement was "generally correct". So for the most part what you see on his post is right... So thats what smpark has done for the board.

I havent read all of the posts on the board yet today... but i just want to say that i dont think smpark is pumping at all! He may have said before this is the last day to get these prices cheap before and the PPS ended up going back down, oh well... he cant tell the future but he is just assuming and guessing and when you assume/guess you can easily end up being wrong. The volume today is under 800k so if he was pumping imo we would atleast be at like 2mil or more. If you go and look at his posts he only posts on this board and only this board. Hes just a happy enthusiastic guy who has a lot of faith in the companies that are coming together. Plus he hasnt mentioned bringing his "army", and i doubt he will ever say anything like that... its funny that scar came in with his "army" and its cute that scar thinks he has a army and that he thinks hes a General.. that guy is the only one who ever pumped this stock and maybe CJ. Last week or whenever we went up the only reason we went up was because our chart looked good and all the technical traders were jumping on board, if you typed "bysd" into search ihub and looked at all posts "bysd" popped up on a lot of boards that the technical traders use. Also its getting annoying when ppl bash others for the way they write, read or whatever.

I will let TBEagle answer that question, this is my first R/M and i have only seen what some other companies have done in the past. Actually i take that back, i was in another company that R/M and it made like a penny gain when i was in it but they didnt really give to many PRs and it wasnt very exciting, its more exciting to be in this stock during its pump and dump than it was to be in that one... DEGH. Dont know what they trade at now but doubt its anything good. But TB has been in some R/Ms that worked out pretty good for him. Honestly nobody knows what the stock will do.. just hope/want/dream and i do all 3 of those. Go and read Stervc post and there is some good info on his post but nobody knowssssssss. oh and you feel free to eat his underwear. You are entitled to your statements and opinions lol.

Right now ihub shows bayside at .0001 lol...its all messed up. Go to a reliable internet site it does not show this... they did they awhile go and when buys started coming in it showed like a 2000% gain when really it was 20% gain.. GlER is showing a 4800% gain right now with a low of .0049 and a high of .0050...so maybe ihub is going down hill now.

If its a scam they sure didnt make much money off of it, and we would of got some fake PRs.

Bayside corp, cemg, and gilded lady.... really good thing or could be bad.. atleast all of them are down and we have been waiting for them to get updated for awhile now. The only one that is up is cosmic energy group one which is kind of old.. last update for it was dec 23
