Said I wasn't buying or selling awhile back but I couldn't resist the idea of reducing my cost basis substantially. Must be the gambler in me. lol
To be fair, I believe it was said that the question of govt. approval would be answered in the Sept.- Oct. time-frame.
Makes sense to me.
I'm not an expert on anything except what I used to do for a living (shipyard rigger) so I'm not second guessing anything Jan has done. Don't think I'm qualified to be a Monday morning quarterback but I can observe results and they don't seem to be too good right now.lol "Never fall in love with a stock" and "Never bet more than you can afford to lose." (words of wisdom that I read somewhere) This seemed to me like a good stock to put some money on to try for a home run. Don't think we've struck out yet but it kinda looks like a 3 and 2 count to me right now. Not buying but not selling either. Got to see how it plays out. GLTU
I'm definitely in your camp on this. Sure glad I didn't bet the farm here.
Such as govt. approval for the Cielo Mar project. If I'm the lender I'm not going through with it until that happens.
It's been said before. Government approval is the key. We'll know in Sept.-Oct. time frame.
I still don't think that's going to happen until the lender sees that the Cielo Mar project has been approved by the government. Was there an estimate given on how long that might take?
"Not a word about the status of the conventional loans post June 5th tweet. Not much was mentioned about CieloMar project as well."
I'm no expert on any of this as I recently proved with my lack of knowledge about the annual report extension. However, wouldn't any prospective conventional lender first inquire as to whether or not Pro Green has governmental approval for this project before putting up any money? I know I would.

Sorry, thought it was due on the 25th. Thanks to UK for explaining.
Just talked with Jan via phone and to be honest I couldn't understand him very well. I asked him about the 10-K and he said it wouldn't be out today but it will be out shortly, whatever shortly means. I think he said they were having some problems with it but if he specified what they were I couldn't make it out. Maybe a combination of accent, his rapid fire delivery, the phone and my 72 year old ears but that's the best I can do. Thanked him and ended the call. Bottom line is no 10-K today.
Annual Report tomorrow?
Credibility can be valuable commodity.
Wow!!! Jazz 5 has an order filled at 170,963 shares
Rio Grande 44 has one filled at 70,963 shares.
RedSky 5 has one filled at 229,963 shares.
What are the odds that three different people on three different orders could come up with numbers like that? Especially with the last three digits of the orders being exactly the same. Must be astronomical. lol
Assets and revenue is as close to a sure thing as you're going to get in the OTC. A transparent CEO is a bonus. A good bet in my book.
You're right. We've got more going for us than most. I think I'm going to throw the dice and buy some more next week. Proper financing and governmental approval and I'm betting we go right back up.
I hope that's the case. Need to get these elephants out of the room.
I'm thinking Tigerpac was right in his last post. I'm also thinking we should have already had an update in regards to the notes that were extended to July 10th.
I think you're right and upon reflection I think your elephant is probably bigger than mine.
I think the elephant in the room is the question of governmental approval for the Cielo Mar project. There is an element of uncertainty there whether we want to admit it or not. That being said I still think it's a good gamble. It won't surprise me to see the share price languishing until Sept. or Oct. when the govt. decision is supposed to occur. More time to accumulate. glta

SAN DIEGO, July 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ProGreen US, Inc. (ProGreen) (OTCQB:PGUS) announced today that the Phase I Execution Plan for Cielo Mar has been completed for presenting to authorities this week.

The Phase I Execution Plan presentation includes an overview drawing, numerous additional drawings, the detailed environmental impact statement, photos, videos and other information. The presentation of the plan to the authorities is a major milestone for the Cielo Mar development. When approved (indicated to be Sept-Oct), the land will be changed from "rustic" to "development" land, and work on the infrastructure can begin within weeks.
The Phase I plan overview drawing and a descriptive presentation have been posted on the Cielo Mar website. Architects and engineers are now working on the more detailed designs of the landscape and structures within the first phase.
"We are very excited about the overall plan for Phase I at Cielo Mar, with what we now see to become a truly amazing community already in its first phase," said Jan Telander, CEO of ProGreen. "We're happy to have reached this point now, where the clock is ticking more predictably toward the time that we will be able to break ground on the Cielo Mar development. And now that we have completed what is needed for initial approvals by the authorities, we can turn our focus to the more detailed designs and logistical planning of the project,
That would be a nice way to end the week.
Amen to that.
The answer to your question is in the disclaimers at the end of the article.
That's Okay. My position here is increasing as a result and I'm not selling. Kermit was wrong. It is easy being green.
Exploitation and govt. approval are nagging questions for sure. Still...there are only two things for certain in this life and we all know what they are. Just got to bet that Jan, with his experience, can get this done.
I agree with you. I've only been here since Huy Fong deal was announced and am accumulating for the long term. Although I enjoy seeing the share price rise I am just as happy to buy cheap shares when it goes down. "Keep that cost basis down" is my motto. I'm in the green and enjoying it. GLTU and all.
You really ought to learn how to read. What has your last post got to do with what I posted? I think it was me who exposed the fact that the Global Builders Group's domain name was for sale on Go Daddy and Garrett Hale supposedly knew nothing about it. That is when I became convinced that SNEY was a scam and sold all of my shares. The money I had left is now in another penny that has me up over 115% and I'm pretty optimistic about recouping all the money I lost on this scam called Sunergy. Live and learn.
Followed your lead with what little money I left here with and said "what the heck" and rolled the dice with another penny. I've made a few more buys into it along the way and today I'm up 115 percent. It's pretty nice to be in the green for a change. Should have left this one long before I did. I don't post much anymore but I have posted two or three times on my new long shot's board.
10Q should show by Wednesday, the fifth calendar day beyond the due date.
Took my initial position here after the Huy Fong deal was announced and had my mind made up to buy no more until the Cielo Mar master plan had governmental approval................... I've been drawn in. Just made my fifth purchase today since then. I think it's got something to do with not wanting to miss the train. lol
Meant no offense to anyone. Just throwing some food for thought out there. We get official approval and I'm all in. GLTA
That was the reason for my initial investment. I have a brother in law who was a real estate broker and developer in Oregon. He stuck his neck out a mile on a project because he thought approval was in the bag. He was wrong and ended up in bankruptcy. I think confirmation of governmental approval will move the price. At least that's what I want to see before I invest anymore.
I believe tigerpac's earlier comments about a lack of final governmental approval of a master plan has a lot to do with where the share price is at present. I'm in this with an initial investment as a gamble that the plan will be approved. I will add more when we see it in black and white.
I stumbled onto this stock purely by accident several months ago and have been watching ever since. The Huy Fong deal prompted me to finally get in yesterday. I don't think there are enough eyes on this yet but maybe that's a good thing for guys like me in regards to accumulation time. GLTA
Plug now rated a strong buy by Tipranks.

Anyone noticed today's news alert?
I wonder how much of today's drop in PLUG can be attributed to the huge drop in all of the markets today. Just a thought.
