This is a pretty quiet time for HVYW shares. QMMG sort of popped a little then settled down, VIVI is in mid-pump-and-dump but somebody seems pretty intent on pumping it further still.
I wonder if VIVI is still linked to HVYW somehow, as far as the pump-machine and the MM scamming is concerned.
FYI, QMMG got a whole lot of buzz today. I bet that puts HVYW on Chiaramonte's back burner.
Maybe Chiaramonte is too busy with QMMB. There has been an increase in the buzz on it in the last couple days.
Interesting news. Rearranging the deck chairs on the ... um er ... Hindenburg?
I'd be impressed, but it seems like all VIVI ever was was a couple of guys, a beat-up desk, maybe a rolodex and a scratchpad. They have more official titles than they have employees, fer crissake.
Doesn't mean there isn't another pump-and-dump possible, but it will be short-lived because this company is and always will be pure BS.
The 'health concerns' is a new angle. Maybe all the amoral scumminess finally sickened Scott like it would sicken most normal people ... naaaah!
There goes the 'dump' part of 'pump and dump'. Inevitably it ends lower than it started because insiders sell shares into the rally, hence the PR to keep it aloft. LOL
Somebody is trying to boost it:
http://www.smallcapcenter.com/story.asp?mysection=headlines&mypage=newsalerts.asp&ticker=HVY...
Notice how the peak price coincided with the PR. That's been Chiaramonte's MO for a long time.
I see Chiaramonte has worked his wonders on QMMG too. LOL
Not lately. Maybe HVYW will wake up again when Chiaramonte needs something to pump. Maybe he is concentrating on QMMG. If you study the insiders of QMMG, VIVI, and HVYW, you get some interesting connections of people. I bet these guys are all drifters who network with each other and go to wherever there are rubes to be conned and pockets to be picked.
Check this one out:

HVYW is not on that page anywhere any more, even if you "GOOGLE" it. LOLOL
Chiaramonte is busy with QMMG? EOM
At this point, it's probably getting tough to think up a good fake PR.
Interesting stuff from the last 10QSB for QMMG:
"Federal and state law enforcement authorities are investigating the activities of Mr. Runyon, Ms. Holbrook, and other apparent co-conspirators. According to news reports, on or about May 5, 2006, four people were charged Friday with kiting checks in a scheme that federal prosecutors said cost a bank more than $1 million. According to the reports, a federal grand jury indicted Mr. Runyon, Ms. Holbrook, James Daniel Stollings, and Quest's President and Chief Executive Officer, William R. Wheeler. The four are charged with bank fraud. According to the reports, Federal prosecutors said that Wheeler, Stollings, and Runyon were business associates with Quest when they convinced Holbrook, a branch manager for Community Trust Bank to issue unfunded cashier's checks. According to the Federal prosecutors, the cashier's checks covered bad checks written by Quest subsidiaries. No court date has been scheduled for any of the four. Both Mr. Wheeler and Quest deny any wrongdoing in connection with these matters.
The Federal Insurance Company, the insurer for Community Trust Bank, has notified Quest Energy that is seeking to obtain subrogation of monies it has paid to Community Trust Bank and repayment of deductibles by the bank as a part of an alleged criminal scheme and conspiracy by former employees of the bank and other individuals. The Federal Insurance Company has alleged that former employees or associates of Quest Energy, including Mr. Runyon, were primarily involved in the alleged scheme, that Quest Energy is accordingly responsible for the actions of these former employees and associates, and that Quest Energy obtained a substantial material benefit as a result of this alleged scheme. Quest Energy denies that it had any involvement with or responsibility for any of the actions alleged by the Federal Insurance Company, and it further denies that it has benefited from any such alleged scheme. Further, Quest Energy contends that the negligent actions and inactions by Community Trust Bank caused severe damage and loss to Quest Energy. There is currently no action pending with respect to this matter."
Maybe Eugene Chiaramonte is too busy pumping QMMG instead:

Perhaps he is going back to his roots. AXGI was a mining stock before it was a car wax stock, phone card stock, etc.
Nah. It means I thought it was total BS, like nearly everything else that has ever come out from VIVI.
Yep total BS
HVYW and VIVI are about the same price. I hope the similarity ends there.
Eugene Chiaramonte has been doing this for years in his previous incarnation as the CEO of AXGI (Auxer Group), now known as VIVI (Viva Airlines) and run by two other even worse weasels.
He has a chance for a fresh start here, but so far he seems to have operated it as yet another pump-and-dump. Maybe you can't teach an old dog new tricks. With CEOs of penny stocks: 'Sincerity is very important - Once you can fake that you've got it made!'
Its the lure of easy money, namely ours. I plan on doing nothing until he makes good on a promise from that earlier blizzard of PRs.
"... markets it will serve ... are planned to debut ... or soon thereafter ... initial routes will ... prepares to ... is securing the necessary approvals ... planned ... will be ... is expected ... we can ... under study ... future route ... will soon be evident ... we'll be offering ... now in the late development ... upcoming launch ... will be ... Future plans"
Sounds very optimistic. LOLOL
LOL, Mr Breeze you're right! That was the post when I was conned by the basically "fake" plane. They had bought a surplus L1011, painted it with a VIVI logo, and parked it on the tarmac. Paint is cheap. They later flew it somewhere else, never used it, and disposed of it. All part of the con, I guess, and I was the mark who made it work by spotting it.
The price and volume history tells all.
The only way to make money on anything is to sell it for more than you bought it for, over some time frame or another. For AXGI and VIVI, that time frame is usually around a week max, else you become one of the legion of "stuck-holders". Anybody can read the price history and convince themselves of that without my help.
Tomsable, you've been around here long enough as a loyal poster that I'm guessing you are currently a stuck-holder too, hence, there have been no profits for your most recent transaction. LOL. I've been around since before Dobie. Thats okay. A lot of us are in the same boat.
I tell you what: If you can convince me of a REAL honest-to-goodness impending rise in price, I will gladly buy tens maybe hundreds of thousands of shares. However, these guys are nothing if not good at the Old Shell Game. Like the smart carney, they always keep you guessing. I am utterly convinced that they are complete weasels. This being the OTCBB, hotbed of fraud, I assume they are also in cahoots with the MMs, so it will take a lot of convincing for me to jump ever again.
But, hey, stranger things have been known to happen.
Right now, these guys are worth more to me as a tax loss. :)
I honestly wonder how I was ever stupid enough to buy a nickels worth of VIVI.
Gosh, only one R/S? That settles it! I'm buying VIVI.
LOL ;)
Ambergris Caye is northeast of Belize city right at the mexican border. Town of San Pedro has sand street and loads of golf carts. Straight shot east to the Blue Hole and the boobie sanctuary. I havent been south of Belize City yet, or to Costa Rica.
Been to Ambergris Caye? Very Nice. Fabulous diving. Plan to go back. Going to Roatan again in a few months. Very nice too.
Congratulations all. I still won't touch this stock anymore; lost enough on this POS. Buying in crossed my mind fleetingly, which in the past usually means that the rally is over. LOL. These guys are good at the old shell game, and the MMs are really just another bunch of insider traders. Should be outlawed. If you do stay in, good luck to you and I hope you have Level II and know when to jump. Usually if VIVI is at the top of the Bollinger band it's a bad idea to buy. Also, ignore the fundamentals, there are none, the debt is huge, the income is not, and these guys couldn't give a rats a** about shareholders except to milk them.
It'd be nice, but most likely its just the old shell game, with the help of the MMs. I'm sure not gonna chase it.
Almost zero shares traded since the 10th. Coincidence?
Maybe they should try something entirely new. That would mean no gold mines, car wax, pay phones, phone cards, airplane resales, or airlines.
... or locked themselves in a jail cell until they have hammered out some rocks.
I'm still wondering what that screwball letter was all about.
With VIVI, investor loyaly can be defined as an unwillingness to sell for less than you bought.
what a rollercoaster
so whats going on? soon off the pinks maybe?
At times like this a fresh new pumper usually makes an appearance.
smoke and mirrors
I wonder if this is the same "Brookstreet Securities":
http://www.investmentloss.com/BrookstreetSecuritiesCorporation.htm
Maybe next week.
FAST, youre assuming it will pop come new years when HVYW allegedly makes it off the pink sheets. Not a bad gamble but its a gamble nonetheless. That last rise to almost a buck was accompanied by a whole lot of paid pumping, so the whole thing could be vintage Chiaramonte shinola. I'll start to believe in a pop when I see some more of that paid pumping. As for a true investment in a successful company, LOL, thats a real knee-slapper.
