The photo on Google Maps is from 2007 with the same sign. That place has been up for Sale / Lease for over 4 years???
The current occupants in the building are http://www.northlineindustrial.com/ContactForm.aspx
How is AFTC moving into that building?
Do we know what other office space he currently owns? -- An Address?
Can this be looked up in the Michigan Tax Records?
Here is what is across the street:

Not sure how they are going to occupy a space that another operating company is currently in??
Hopefully the PR is days? Not months / years?
I currently have an order in to sell 292,380 shares at a limit of 0.0021.
Any takers? I need to move $604.01 out of my Roth IRA...accidentally overfunded the stupid thing.
Sturman was awarded a Phase II SBIR for A09-199.

Phase III SBIR Competition:
A09-199 Sturman Industries, Inc. Ultra High Pressure Jet Propellant-8 (JP-8) Fuel Injection
A09-199 Alternative Fuel Technology, LLC Ultra High Pressure Jet Propellant-8 (JP-8) Fuel Injection
Anyone know much about the Sturman Company?
The common and preferred stock a company is authorized to issue, according to their corporate charter.
Capital stock are normally listed on a company's balance sheet.
In financial statement analysis, an increasing capital stock account tends to be a sign of economic health since the company can use the additional proceeds to invest in projects or machinery that will increase corporate profits and/or efficiency.
Therefore, the CEO has invested $960,000 into the company and the capital stocks are the corresponding shares issued in exchange for that capital investment.
You sound like a short?!
How do you guys feel about these financials?
I am somewhere between concerned and neutral. I had a hard time pulling from the cash flows statement any indication of increased business on the horizon. Did I miss something?
And how many shares are currently outstanding?
Thanks!
JTORENCE,
Comments like that are not welcome on this board. They are neither constructive nor accurate. IMO
A self-incriminating testimony. Can we take that as an admission of guilty?
Long GBE.

Excerpt from Obama's State of the Union Speech:
".....It means continued investment in advanced biofuels and clean coal technologies. And yes, it means passing a comprehensive energy and climate bill with incentives that will finally make clean energy the profitable kind of energy in America."
This company if my memory serves correctly was established in 2008. It takes many years to develop an engineering product and many more years for industry to adopt it.
So, long a stock in the case of this type of company could reasonably be 5+ years. So...to everyone constantly checking this stock...sit back...forget you bought this stock...log back in a couple years from now and hopefully you will find a surprise.
I think you are beginning to request too much. We are lucky enough that the CEO is even willing to reply directly to Shareholder's emails. I guarantee you will not find that level of interaction from any other CEO.
Leave the guy alone and let him get his work done.
Anyone know why KATX boards would be following AFTC developments?

Alternative Fuel Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AFTC) announced yesterday that they have received a $50,000 option to their Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract with the US Army.

"Unofficially" an SBIR farm refers to companies that live off of SBIRs and have never been able to commercialize a product. The government loves giving away money...any these companies love taking it.
AFTC does not seem to be one of those companies.
Finger crossed that AFT can generate sufficient revenue in the near-term to a least make the payments on the loan...cause it doesn't look like raising additional capital through selling more shares is much of an option anymore.
Ok same as OTCmarkets.com
Thank you for the quick reply.
I found it oddly interesting that the shell company happened to be in the same location as the new legal representation.
Do you know if they have legal representation to operate in Michigan?
Plus, it may have been too costly to buy out AFT compared to the AFTC stock ticker. I am just trying to avoid any confirmation bias.
Are you able to post the direct link to the AFTC's current Short Interest from the FINRA website? I have been tracking the short sales through OTCmarkets.com
Hey Guys,
I have been reading your posts for quite sometime now.
Stock Owner = 3.6M
One of the things that bothers me the most is that the stock valuation does not reflect the potential of this company. As someone said in an earlier post today, "who is going to lend Jim money?" This is a scary prospect for shareholders such as ourselves. If AFTC goes illiquid and cannot continue operations then GAME OVER for all of us, regardless how "promising" of a product AFTC may have developed.
A couple questions for the community:
1) Does anyone have circumstantial evidence that the naked or manipulative short sales have slowed?
2) Are we sure this company is not an SBIR farm? As in it lives off SBIR funding, but never is able to commercialize a product. This is btw...very very common.
3) Can anyone explain the name change...when companies due this it raises serious suspicions...especially when the owner has preferred shares and can walk away after bankruptcy.
Formerly=Cresset Precious Metals Inc. until 3-2008
Last Known Address (10-24-02): 3838 Camino Del Rio North, Suite 333, San Diego, CA 92108
This is 20 miles down from where the current legal representation is listed.
11995 El Camino Real, Suite 301, San Diego, CA 92130.
Has anyone called this legal office to confirm? Why does AFTC have a legal office in state that is so many miles away from Michigan where their operations are located?
I am not trying to stir up any negative sentiment. These are concerns I have been unable to reconcile.
