The header of this board may be misreporting the OS by a factor of 2 or more. Today would be a good day to update it with current information.
RCP if you don't allow sonjam's information to be read, then people can not vet it for themselves. Just let people see it and determine for themselves what's going on via the company or transfer agent, etc.
Watch RCP and Spence go to work trying to cover up the share structure information.
And where do you think thos shares came from RCP? That's $2100 bucks you just gave to FM or Big Apple, and if you're really fast on your feet, you might get half of it back in a couple of weeks.
Maybe the Cyber Shields are in the same boat with the Cyber Rads and the Under Vehicle device, as in just announced for the sake of hype and forgotten. Maybe it's all "in development." Armor plating, bullet proof glass, radiation detection...some of the largest and most technically advanced companies in the United States are working on this now and have been since World War II...and Frank Moody comes along fresh out of the outdoor billboard business and he's going to be a player? Sandan, I DID post a list of deals that are delayed or apparently have fallen through and I DID post my specific opinion of the selling strategy by insiders and Big Apple. In fact, I posted these things over and over, but most got deleted! So dunno what else I can do???? The truth is out there but it's not allowed on this board.
Be specific. Stop with the generalizations. Show me any lie I've posted. Get over your problem with me and address the DD. You can start by explaining how the proposed RM with EVSI is not a de facto RS. I'm not the only one who has come to that conclusion.
THE DOG I've been calling the dividend a "de-facto reverse split" for months, and that's what it is. You have to wonder why FM went to the all the trouble of cancelling his uplisting application for HISC and buying a shell for half a million bucks. Think about it. I believe it's to let HISC wither on the vine and he'll take all the products and profit centers to the new company. Hence he has pulled off the same result as a reverse split AND the shenanigans at HISC are never known to the public. The only thing that can trip up the plan? The Actsoft acquisition falling through. Stay Tuned.
RCP, Spence, why is it OK for RCP to post this argument against GHLT but the same scrutiny of HISC is not allowed here? You deleted discussion very valuable to the overall DD of the stock. You are going way overboard on the censorship and trying to hide valid content that others might want to see.

Ward, there is no problem getting action in HISC. Just go at the Ask or higher and go big. Put as much as you can spare into HISC. Keep us posted on Monday.
Then don't sweat it. Just pump as much money as you can into HISC. Take every last dollar and all the margin leverage you can muster and put it into HISC. Put me on ignore and do your thing. My opinion doesn't matter so please don't respond. Just put everything you have into HISC--that's all I ask of you--spend evey last nickel you have on this stock.

The weakness you mention, dropped cell signals, applies exactly to the CT as well, given situation per given situation. Remember the CT is Comet Tracker enabled. The sales pitches laid side to side are almost identical. The CT, an after market app on the original Actsoft software, does bring a few features to the table. Ruggedness, stealth if hidden, stack regharging, the KIOSK vending (if they ever find an application for that). Any 'new" product does bring new features and the CT has a few. Let's stop pushing the idea that it is "better" than a GPS equipped cell phone because it clearly isn't. The Actsoft software is the main event here, and if HISC.PK can pull off the acquisition, they've got something valuable in EVSI.
I think you should buy more. Since you know so much about the CT and comparably equipped cell phones and are so sure of your investment here. Actsoft's original product with 45,000 customers is Comet Tracker software for cell phones. The CT's selling points match item for item except for the expensive and esoteric add-ons for sensing tire pressure, etc. Mortgage the double-wide and buy more!

Cell phones are tracking devices. This is Actsoft's main market by a long shot. The CT has a very narrow niche despite Frank's push in the teen and boy scout markets.
Keep pumping Ward. I thik the push to talk/walkie talkie function has been available on cell phones since about fall 2003. But it's cutting edge tech on the CT, right?

You have it right IMHO. One unit bought. A 30% deposit on 20 more which haven't been fully paid for or delivered yet. So, of the 200 originally announced, HISC.PK actually bought one, and somewhere between 180 and 199 have been delayed or have fallen through.
It's the same kind of operation run by the same people (Big Apple), and the product faces the same wide array of competitors. So how is HISC.PK different, especially with 1.5 Billion OS?

Keywester, good post. Appreciate your opinions and appraisal. I would add that there is a provision to radically increase the OS of EVSI. Your thoughts on that? I find the best time to buy an RM'd shell is after the post split downdraft that so often happens. But perhaps the "big if" completion of the Actsoft acquisition could affect that pattern here. Your post will probably be deleted when RCP wakes up from his nap but thanks for trying to introduce some logical and pertinent dialogue.
You are out to lunch on how an RS works and what an IPO is. Nothing is disappearing and nothing will be "new." The share structure will change, and, if new BOD so chooses, they can apply for a new ticker symbol upon completing the RM.
RCP, why do you continue to delete the list of deal PR's from HISC.PK. Why do you feel this information should be hidden?
Sniper, this was something that opened my eyes: I went to the Actsoft site and compared the sales pitch for what they are doing via cell and smart phones with the CT sales pitch. They're almost identical until you get to the esoteric add-ons like vehicle sensors. So, on the low end, the consumer end, cell phone tracking applications are the ticket and Actsoft and others are on the case. On the higher end the CT has competitive features but the installation costs put them at a disadvantage to On Star, etc. This is not to say that HISC.PK won't find a niche for the CT, but IMHO, they remain a white elephant on the general market.
Except for the sale of "the first demo unit" to ProSec, PR'd on 10/5/05, per publicly available information, none of these "sales" has gone through. Some announcements are almost a year old. If any of these orders "have either been filled or are currently being filled" as you say then please share your information and source. I think this week we should also start posting reactions, solicited via telephone, from some of these companies said to have spent Millions on HISC products.

Spencer, they absolutely do need an Export License for the CT. Check out the GPS listings under EAR Navigation and Avionics. The GPS constellation was originally a military project and it is is still controlled by the Government. It would appear though if the Dept of Commerce is featuring the CT and CR, that maybe a license has been granted or is forthcoming. Bottom line is I guess, no it hasn't been received or formally awarded, but it may still be on the way? I'm sure Big Apple will make quite a show of it when it happens.

Hey, good find. The denied list is not an indicator because that's bad guys who didn't qualify. Under EAR Cat. 7, Navigation and Avionics we know GPS systems need a license, but there was never confirmation that HISC got one. However, this link to featured exporters implies that they did. You'd think that would have been worth a PR?

Or we can go through the HISC PRs one by one and see what was promised and what actually happened and then you can tell me who the liars are. OK? You're long on insults but short on DD I think. Let's start, say, one year back?
Pretty good summary given what precious little we really know about the merger dynamics. I do think HISC.PK will eventually be swept under the rug and the new company (assuming the Actsoft acquisition goes through) will ride off into the sunset. Frank and Big Apple will want to keep selling shares in the pinkie as long as they can but eventually they will have to cover their tracks. And if Actsoft doesn't come on board as announced...the whole thing will crumble...both companies will be hard pressed to justify their existence.

Jimmy, what are the items you think are made up or lies? Let's take these one by one and see where it goes. It's easy to generalize and sling insults but maybe the DD itself, instead of the posters offering it, should be the subject of your inquiry? Just a thought.
IMX announced receipt of a deposit on 20 units from HISC some time ago. I haven't seen any follow through on that, or any other aspect of the ProSec deal either.
But when you consider that Barry Bennet has a Washington office and is promoting HISC (not true), and Rudy Guluiani is "on board!" (not true). And that Franks says HISC will earn $50 Million in 2006 (better hurry), and that HISC.PK will be uplisted (didn't work out), and that the acquisition of Actsoft is a done deal (really?). The CT works inside the Chunnel (right). The product is perfect for boy scouts and teenagers (one giveaway no sales). And how about those deals going back and forth with other Big Apple clients? Even one of those fell through!
Whew! Pass the Kool-Aid.
