Attention is building on PRMO. Pitch: far underpriced gold mining company; the penny stock guru likes it (he stops promoting picks that don't turn out but he's been continuing to promote this one for months now); increase in board activity today; after a long silence by the company, two PR's have been made, on the 20th and 29th of December, keeping the pps churning at .0001 and .0002 bid of late; speculation is that PR's will continue on the subjects of gold inventory or sales, the attainment of a refinery, and/or share structure reform plans in 2011. Not my habit to pump but you can sense something's in the air on this one. Thought I'd do my part - aren't I nice guy?
Yeah. I can't see this running without help from the guru, some big news, and/or a reform of the share structure. But you know, none of those are too beyond our grasp at the moment. If we all email Dror like someone here said before, we might get him to buy up some of that float. The guru has been interested for a long time and with pr's and news for the first time since he's been writing about it, he'll be praising it again. The speculation is that their gold inventory has increased, as it has each new quarter, and if the refinery negotiation is worked out they'll be poised to make greater net profit in the future. It's gonna run one day but I don't know when the big dogs will get hungry.
Because. . . It'll be either 0002 or 0003 until we get running.
Check out vantillian's Top 25 Axioms of OTC Investing on the Rags to Riches forum:
"24. The CEO Is A Scumbag Axiom
Now I know we're all quick to defend our favorite CEO...but the truth is he or she is a scumbag. Now what level of scumbag she or he is I cannot say...but with confidence I can say that every OTC CEO is a scumbag. Deal with it."
How big of a scumbag is our CEO? It's alright with me if he fudges the time schedule, he just needs to deliver on the goods. With this kind of product, basically a healthy cigarette, it's worth the risk.
The PR from Sept. 18 is the sketchiest. Looking at mid-October production, huh? What happened to that? But, hey, the sample is real, the product is real. Not only that, the product has monster potential because it's unique and there are no carcinogens. Maybe we're good.
The fact that they mentioned elevating "production" is in a sense true, I should point out. AHN had to produce the samples after all. But if that's what they meant then it is deceptive and that's why I emailed SFIO and hope to get their reply soon.
Sorry if I jumped the gun coach:

Dear Mr. XXXXX,
thank you very much for your information. One department of AHN Biotechnologie GmbH is still working in the field of non-smoking cigarettes. We produce smokeless cigarettes under the brand name Similar in Europe together with our UK partner (distributor) TSCC. We have a world wide patent on binding of nicotine to special tobacco and non-tobacco flavours which are used in our Similar smokeless cigarettes. These cigarettes are sold successfully to European airlines like Ryan Air, Easy jet and others through TSCC. Also we are producing special nicotine and non-nicotine cartridges for an European company called Supersmoker B.V. in Belgium for their electronical cigarettes.
For Smokefree Innotec we have devellopped a special mouthfilter with a special inserted depot filter which contains the flavour and/or nicotine liquid for smokefree innotec electronical cigarettes. Also we have done an offer for production of these filters for Smokefree Innotec. We have send free samples of our devellopment for the Smokefree Innotec electronical cigarette to the US. Until today we don't have any order for production of the SFIO's filters. So we don't produce these filters at the moment. There are no production contracts between SFIO and AHN Biotechnologie GmbH. Some more information about us you can find under www.ahninno.com or www.ahn-bio.de or www.slc.de
If you have further questions or need more information don't hesitate to contact us. You are always welcome.
with best regards

Hello,
I'm a personal investor with a stake in Smokefree Innotec, Inc (SFIO), a company which a few weeks ago made a press release mentioning that AHN would be elevating "their production of complete mouthpieces for SFIO's high-tech cigarettes". I was simply hoping that you could confirm or deny this claim. Your response would be very much appreciated.
Sincerely,
XXXX
PS - If it interests you, here is the portion of the press release that concerns your company:
"Mr. Schroepfer [CEO of Smokefree Innotec] also revealed that 'In my recent conversations with the management of AHN Biotechnologie GmbH, our European supplier of our filters utilizing patented and proprietary nanotechnology to safely imbed controlled amounts of Nanobead-Flavour-Nicotine-Solution into the filters according to the DIN EN ISO9001:2000 standards (along with a number of new variety nicotine flavors), AHN has expressed enthusiasm in moving forward to elevate their production of complete mouthpieces for SFIO's high tech cigarettes to ship to SFIO's international and domestic production and final assembly facilities.'"
The email was supposedly from this Hans-Jurgen guy. What does TS have to do with anything?
"If there is something not correct with Smokefree Innotec please just inform us."
Why the hell are they asking you to figure it out?
This email has some signs that it's fabricated. It's suspiciously repetitive, not well written at all. It just doesn't have a professional feel.
Their only inventory is from gold and they stated that they withheld selling much of it for tax purposes. If that's true, given the increasing POG, that 15 million has probably increased by about 16% from September - that's 17,765,400 but in turn you would see an increase in shareholder equity. If we're conservative we can add about 2 million (+ 14 million = 16 million). That's another .0002 per share . . . now it's .0019 pps. With the refinery coming, maybe more. This is pretty shoddy bookkeeping but it gives an idea of where the value of this stock might be.
In the last quarterly report they listed the shareholder equity at 14+ million. I calculated it before and came up with a .0017 pps book value. Obviously, things have happened since September so I think the book value is, and will continue to be, even greater than that. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.
Already 25 million in volume. . . just wondering: how much more do you think it will take to break .0003?
Carrying value and book value are synonymous.
The stockholder equity as of September 2010, according to their quarterly report, was 14,054,674.
14,054,674/8,418,197,564 shares outstanding = .0017
That's the pps that we're aiming for, and with the profits growing every quarter it's understandable that people are excited about the stock. A little publicity and it could take off.
Here is the formula for the book value of a company:
Net Book Value (NBV) = Total Asset - Intangible Assets - Liabilities
With the stated 2009 assets, the value of the company far exceeds .0003 ps.
What's up logical? Sorry, all I have is the L2 so I can't private reply. What does that tell you? Yes, I'm an amateur. I'm not an idiot, however, and as far as I can tell this stock is poised for a jump with some news which we are all expecting early or mid January. Long term - given the patents, the military contracts, and the opening US market (the FDA appeal is doomed), I think it'll be a really big year. P.S. for all you English majors out there, "guizmo" was a typo so you can quit wondering.
The Minneapolis (go Vikings) Star Trib just let out a Monday article on e-cigs. First page of the Variety section: "Forget smoking - vaping is what's hot". In the article they talk about Johnny Depp's new movie "The Tourist" in which he explains the "guizmo" to Angelina Jolie while he puffs away on a train, mentioning that he's quitting smoking. How's that for a legal loophole? It also mentions Leo DiCaprio, Tom Petty, Katherine Heigle and Grammy gift bags in which the e-cigs made an appearance this year. For e-cigs, it seems, the stars are aligned. . .
Then it's not pure gold. It's ore - zinc, lead, rock, whatever, with gold mixed in. There is no way a company worth a third of a billion dollars is trading at .0001.
Speaking of MM's, is it a good sign that there is only 1 @ .01 ask. . . then .0106 . . . .0117 . . . ?
Right before the 248 there was an order for 10,752 shares ( + 248 = 11,000) and then a 9,000 shares order (= 20,000). I don't know why it happens but sometimes orders are broken up by whatever institution is doing the trading.
Just wanted to throw something out there... I think the nicotine product could have some interesting marketing choices in the future if the (few) benefits of tobacco can be ascribed to nicotine alone and therefore to the e-cig. Hunger suppression, alzheimer's prevention (people who smoke and drink coffee have some protection from the disease), and increased focus were the ones I was thinking of. Along with its function as a tobacco substitute, it could be marketed as an herbal supplement of sorts. The weight loss industry alone was good for 46.3 billion dollars in 2009... that's not too shabby.
I don't know. Shorting these pumps could be pretty high odds. Better odds than buying. Anyway, I should have listened to the skeptics. Sold yesterday just before the bottom fell out... but I took a hit.
Yeah, can someone explain that? And two days in a row now, someone has been making a 911 sell, then 9 mill shares are sold along with a trail of smaller sells. Later, 9 mil shares are bought, along with a trail of smaller buys. Is someone trying to create volume or what?
"SAE@ was a scam, and it was a gold mining company. APGA is also a gold mining company, therefore it's a scam." I'm sorry, this logic doesn't work for me. Could someone give me a real reason why this stock is a loser. Just for kicks, I emailed WGM, the company that was hired to assist in the assessment of the Kisita gold property and they confirmed it was true.
The CEO of APGA is Hugh Aird, a highly credentialed business man and Harvard grad, also on the board of directors for American Lithium Minerals. I assume they gained the rights to the properties due to geological evidence of gold deposits. Is it really so obvious then that this company and its investors are headed for disaster?
I thought it wasn't possible for regular joe's to short a penny stock. Why are you suggesting it? As stated explicitly in their 10-K report, they are in the exploration stage of the mining process. If they find this Kisita mine to be profitable (not to mention the other properties), then they'll invest in the tools and manpower needed to exploit it. Also, I don't see anyone here pumping it. That's not to say it isn't a pump, just that all the pumps I've dealt with have promoters at this site. However, I'm not very experienced as an investor and realize I might be taking all of this the wrong way. Could you explain your opinion to sell a little further?
Thank you for that. Pretty definitive stuff, imo. I just had to say that though I'm fine with the idea of shorting a scam stock, I don't think it's ethical to buy in and contribute to the pump. You add to that bullish trend, you help dupe the suckers into holding the bag, and I don't think "It's immoral to let a sucker keep his money". Maybe I'm being too soft...
I'm a complete newbie, but let me give you my opinion. I thought this was a sure thing on Thursday and put my whole wad in SAEI, buying it on the way down from .66 so that I had a .54 average - stupid, I know. I was devastated when I lost over a thousand dollars in a day. The next morning the news came that they bought up another Ukraine property and after what happened the day before and all of the "this is run and dun" sentiment I thought, "Wow, that might be too convenient." Luckily I put in a limit sell at .58 before I went to work on Friday which I didn't expect to be put through. I'm happy I made a few hundred dollars, and happy as hell I've got my money out.
I'm a newbie but I was hoping someone could explain how the closing price is .0044, the bid .0031, and the ask .0061? Is the MM trying to create a huge downtrend or uptrend?
