This is a great post worthy of being repeated.
RIGHT ON!!!
What's the point of this post? It seems to be a copy of the earlier post which I questioned the information in terms of time and facts. Still looks outdated.
My thoughts too!!!
? ? ? How old is this? Makes no sense.
This is from the study funded by Colombia University Earth Engineering Center. It is actually the 2nd link in the list Koolmoto provides daily. I wasn't able to get the chart so Koolmoto loaded it. I found the following information in the findings and conclusion section of the paper.
"JBI Inc’s P2O process is advantageous compared to the pyrolysis technologies of Agilyx and CGI because it has the highest operating capacity at a low footprint, it has the highest oil production yield, and it has the least environmental impacts. Furthermore, JBI Inc. is the only company that has managed to successfully recycle all of its light combustible gaseous products of pyrolysis for energy use in its process. This significantly reduces the overall external energy demand of the process as well as overall CO2 emissions. The P2O process is an economically competitive alternative to landfill disposal because it has a low total estimated cost and it generates a significant net income per ton of plastic waste processed."
The chart in your post is excellent for showing the economic and environmental issues between JBI, Agilyx, and CGT Funded by Columbia University's Earth Engineering Center. This is a clear shot of the comparison chart. The one I have is hard to read but the one in your suppressed image is excellent.
100% agreement!!!
The following information is taken from the scientific research funded by Columbia University Earth Engineering Center. This thesis is found in the links provided by Koolmoto. An interesting comparison among JBI, Agilyx, and CGI can be found in a chart on page 70 of the scientific document.

Excellent paper to make comparison among JBI, Agilyx, and CGI
Anyone wanting to see the comparisons in one chart turn to page 70 in the thesis. The following is found in the conclusions section of this scientific paper.

JBI and crayola have a good green partnership. Landfill waste is a world wide problem...as is the use of fossil fuel. Making clean user end fuel from plastic is the answer for both. Thank you JBI for helping rid the world of these problems.
Good Morning to all environmental conscience posters. Today, Earth Day 2014, is the perfect time for JBI to share their successful “green” technology and future plans.
With the market closed tomorrow for Good Friday, today would be an excellent time for filing the 10k with a newsworthy press release.
The fact that I can accuse anyone for a crime, doesn't mean it is true. The problem comes when one wants to accuse, be the judge and jury, and convict; disregarding any due process.
It is constitutional law that a person is inocent until proven guilty, yet; in the case of JB the ALLEGATIONS (and that's all they were) are WITHDRAWN by a court but some posters on this smb consider themselves above the law and have accused and convicted John regardless of what the court system has ruled. Go figure,
These lawsuits are a perfect example of Desperate measures for desperate times by those wishing to see JBI fail. No matter what barriers are set in JBI's path to success, they have all been overcome. At one time you posted a list of all the osbticles JBI has successfully overcome. I'd like to see that posted again with the last lawsuite added.
Great Post. Not only has JBI successfully improved the techonolgy to the "flagship processor", the management has evolved from making fuel for sell, JV sites, to the realization they can meet all their environmental and energy goals by manufacturing and selling processors. We now have a great management team allowing the best technology and roll out of the product. Wating to see how our highly qualified CFO adds to the success.
¦Reputable independent labs have validated the P2O technology including IsleChem (process engineering) and Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (emissions stack test).
¦JBI has been issued all necessary permits to operate by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).
¦JBI has been issued an exemption from Air Permitting in the state where the first site will be located for the agreement with Rock-Tenn Company ("RockTenn").
¦Engineering report performed by SAIC validates and verifies the technology and economics.
Taken from the source provided by Zardiw and found on JBI's website.
Comparing Chinnok Energy Pyrolysis to JBI is like comparing apples to oranges. Is it even a traded stock. If not it shouldn't be discussed on this page. As I see it they are possibly where JBI was a year ago and according to the post that first introduced this topic they have another year catch up to JBI's current technology and production. Do they have the permits? that Is quite time consuming as we all know, who independently tested their process and outcome, etc. . . We all know the barriers JBI successfully dealt with during it's growth perion.
My reasoning for the lack of carrying out the fuel production with the extended continuous runs is the possibility the roll out plan changed from production to sells. John had plans of increasing production; but, the emphasis changed to meet the needs of the prospective buyers. Lets say an interested buyer requests to test their own type of plastic. To meet the request of the buyers, the company used #3 to demonstrate the specific type of plastic source and specific fule according to the needs of the buyer. The fuel production by JBI only occurred when not testing for customers. Once again, the plan changed to meet the current roll out of machines instead of production. This is simply thinking out loud. We will not know why the company production #'s are not as great as expected until we get the information from the company.
Great synopsis of the changes in technology at JBI. Each new addition gave the company a chance to see what the best roll out will be. No wonder they are now interested in selling the processors.
I believe the information from the AGN stated #3 was their flagship for showing interested parties. #4 & #5 were 75% completed at that time; we don't know it they have completed them by now or if the other 25% will be the on site installation process.
Great post that shows the dedication and patience Mr. Heddle brings to his work. I particularly like the section demonstrating how he runs a "tight ship".
Anyone wanting factual DD please read the links in Zardiw's post.
Good Post
I am an investor have been since 2009 when I made my first JBII purchase. Have bought more shares since and am very content with my shares. I can state with absolute assurance I have not nor will I sell any of my shares at this time. IMHO the longs are investors not traders; we're holding and not selling.
I wasn't aware of the facebook page until I read your post. Impressive stuff. I'm not a fan of facebook, now, I set up a page shortly after I retired and couldn't keep up with the posts. It felt more like work than fun.
I keep watching for an update on the website but still shows last update as Nov. 2013. The information is good and can't fault the company for not keeping it up to date. I assume the are very busy with the current marketing issues.
In all honesty, I have been following JBI and this smb since late 2009. Every time news is published, good or bad, the stock seems to be attacked and lowered. Seems to be an organized raid, but glad to say it makes a good come back in a few days.
Is this an attempt at humor? LOL!!! The company is fine. There are numerous links to sing the praise of JBI by independent authors. I suggest you update yourself to see how humorous your opinion is compared to the research collected and presented on this board by Zardiw and Koolmoto.
Anyone wanting accurate information (with links to the source) have the information readily available thanks to both you and Koolmoto's "if new to JBI read these links". It is the responsibility of all investors to do their own DD (e.g. attending company AGM's, Conference Call's, and reading all available information regarding JBI and the plastic waste problems in our world.) Thanks to both you and Koolmoto the search for printed material can be found readily available in two posts usually provided daily on this board.
Been through every one of "it will never happen" claims. JBI has proven each and every one wrong. Likewise, with the new focus and direction of JBI, I believe the last "it will never happen" wil be proven wrong.
I take it the post was a joke.
Hans
Is the museum close to the Falls. If so hope to visit during my trip to the next AGM.
. . . or since the 75% completion announcement at the last AGM total completion has been accomplished.
Pretty impressive. I missed Part I. Any indication of why he moved the sub to land?
Anyone truly interested in the facts and evolution of our world's waste and energy problems I refer you to post 262755 on this small message board. I am referring to Koolmoto's links about the landfill garbage problem - and how JBI is not only able to assist with the garbage problem but use the garbage to help with the energy problem. JBI has changed the emphasis of their technology to best meet the needs of the problems. The facts are presented in the links. Koolmoto has provided facts in one location. Anyone truly interested in making decisions and statements about JBI (based on facts) should do their own DD and read the facts. Do not base decisions on unqualified statements and opinions on a smb.
Frustrating isn't it; many have tried and many have failed.
It wouldn't be necessary to respond to these false opinions if all posters were required to print facts supported by links. All the information regarding the false claims are provided in the links provided by Koolmoto. One's DD goes a long way in understanding the truth. By the way, except for the links showing the history of landfill problems in our world; the links are dated 2013 and 2014. Thus, the information relates to the current garbage and energy problems. JBI (thankfully) is able to make changes to adapt the current needs. If you are relying on others to do the DD for you, you are only hurting yourself. The information is provided daily, educate yourself to the truth.
How true for the JBI Miracle.
