Looks like some really specific valve maybe. Lots of them are used to frack the rock, horizontally drill to get the the raw hydrocarbons out of the ground, like the last X we saw. Then, refine the raw into usable fuels, then transport them to the customers, many times over thousands of miles. MVNT is supplying valves and tech at each and every stage; IoT recurring profit tech too. I think watching them grow this company will be rewarding.
I see it that way too. They protected this investment vehicle with kid gloves during that nasty period and it pissed us all off. I believe we will all be thankful that they protected their interest in the long term, because we all benefit.
How does the world really work? Probably has nothing to do with our stock, but the interesting part starts at about 1:30 if anyone is interested in global dynamics and energy.
Take heart, we have all seen the OTC do things differently many times and not follow the rules of the other markets.
I experienced that too. I hope it fades away like New Coke did.
Even the guy that is owned by the banks, that own Black Rock, Vanguard and State Street, admits oil isn't going anywhere. In fact, he alludes to the idea that they will pipe their empty oil cavers full of carbon and make money on the other side too. That's rich.
No doubt, the rich men North of Richmond.
Before the pandemic in 2020, it was 9+ million. I hope things are coming back now and the MVNT tech is part of that comeback, lots of forward looking hopeful things in this adventure.
This type of horizontal drilling is really complicated, injecting drilling mud, pressure monitoring etc..., hence the need for MVNT automation.
They are like the fracking boom in the Dakotas before Biden, but overseas.
USR Drilling is the oil and gas industry’s sole and exclusive provider of Ultra Short Radius Drilling (USRD) and Completion Technologies. Management, Engineering and Drilling personnel possess, on average, more than 25 years of experience with USRD, beginning in the late 1980s with early development and testing of the initial prototype tools.
Our expertise is the re-entry of existing wellbores to exploit bypassed reserves in mature fields. Our proprietary well-intervention technologies were specifically designed to exploit remaining reserves, increase production from marginal wells and restore production from shut-in wells.
We are the only directional drilling company that specializes in the planning, drilling and completion of Ultra Short Radius (USR) and Short Radius (SR) wells. Our focus is on the market segment requiring a very tight radius of curvature (27-60 feet) and a slim hole (3 7/8 to 4 1/2 inches).
My 30,000 foot view - USR lost nearly 40% of their revenue when Covid hit in 2020 because nobody was buying oil, but now you see record profits in the oil sector as the economy returns to something resembling normal. Our management team (MVNT), did all they could do, which was (1). keep their mouth shut about the innovation and (2). don't try and sell shares on the open market. In my opinion, they did that flawlessly. This new tech of MVNT that automates the complex tasks of horizontal drilling seems to me, arrived at the right time and more mature, as the energy sector recovers. I love that audit and up list thing SooS suggested, with no press release until the completion.
I'm guessing it's relatively new technology. The IoT and SaaS stuff is designed to replace employees. Customers will want a bunch of them if it does what they say it does and saves on employees benefits and salaries. Does anybody else have a better insight into the injection stuff at working oil wells? I'm a manager and replacing employees sounds really good for a lot of reasons, no offence to the oil field employees.
Either way, the logic works. Prove us wrong!
I agree, we have SaaS, IoT, custom hardware; This stuff bills monthly or yearly with recurring revenue, it's why it's all the rage. Customers save money by making their process remote, robots are always cheaper than employees, we make money, customers save money. I'm just stating the obvious but this is Capitalism at its finest if they can pull it off.
I like that little chart today.
We are going to break the statistical significance for long term holders who eventually make bank. That was a hard slog, but I'm convinced it will be worth it.
It's an amalgamation of market sentiment sometimes and/or facts and a combination of forward looking statements by the company combined with the market and technical analysis blah, blah, blah...
As long as they aren't crooks, which these guys obviously are not crooks, we are good for the long haul investment and we are buying into what they are bought into. Can anyone describe this scenario differently? PR failures aside, I like that this thing is genuine.
All very good points, they made promises of transparency in the past and the follow through was less than Stellar. However, they were busy putting together what appears to be a very high-tech product and a giant revenue growing monster like Pemex has chosen to purchase it. All this was done over several years without one peep to the pump or dump. That's worthy of a mention in the burgeoning penny stock world. They have failed the PR battle but they stuck the landing for the long run.
Buy 65000 MVNT @ Limit $0.008, Day
I had a buy order in today at .008, but I don't have level II so I don't know what the stack looked like. Does anyone know if there is a big change in how Schwab does things over how TD used to act? I always felt like I got filled on slow days with TD.
LOL, for real!

What if Soros already whipped our A** and there is never even so much as a DOJ inquiry of all those things in the laptop, IRS reports and Durham report? How many millions of votes is Biden going to win over Trump the next time he stays in the basement and doesn't campaign? Reality might already be nixed, and the answers are out side of what we once knew as reality. Is the world getting really weird, or is it just me?
I'm Bullish because in reality, oil makes the world economy happen, until they change
the Physics books of course. Considering what I have seen, I'm honestly expecting that next.
The most interesting thing about this company is that they are "interesting"; By that I mean they are not your typical pink stock by any Stretch. I think they know what they are doing, even after so many false starts, they are beginning to roll value into the public part of the company we all own stock in. I could be wrong, Is there a bearish angle to what they are doing,? some nefarious scheme? I don't see anything "normal pinky" nefarious like all the others, just chaotic positioning over more years than we all are comfortable with. That's my positive vibe for a Friday.
Yeah, the world wide investors only know what media tells the sheep about the idea that carbon is over and that the globalists' nonsense is the future. If the truth about our need for real energy does not get back to the sane investors by politics, we are fiddling while Rome burns.
Yeah, I don't think the spiral into sub-penny was intentional, this group of folks have limited resources with big aspirations. The stock is still really clean to roll some value into it and everybody make money. Just look at the valuations of some pink stocks on the high end, when they are done with integrity, anything is possible.
That's funny Shadow, even if it's all going to hell in a hand basket.
Wait what; You sure that was Ralph that said that?
Not only will it be around for decades, The automobile industry is taking the government subsides and pretending to agree with this globalist climate change nonsense. One of the chief globalists Warren Buffet, famously said: Buy when nobody wants it, sell when everybody has to have it. Who is making money here? Me and you? Nope! Who will make money in the end? Those of us who own stock that gives real actual energy, and everybody has to have it!... E=MC2. The push for climate change taxes will push everyone to pay their fair share but the reality of having to crank your Internal combustion engine to get to work, will expose the truth of the lies, that the globalists are pushing on us.
Yeah, you are exactly right. It's an anomaly what they are doing with this obvious asset. Neglecting it? Too ignorant to see it? What are their intentions? Ugh!
We all wonder what's going on in the principles heads, with more to lose than we do. It's quite the bubble of stress and anxiety from the outside looking in. Not to mention the world has gone nuts since they attempted to go public. Who knows what is gong on, they haven't told us anything.
I hope these guys are taking this wonderful opportunity as seriously as we are. Just saying!
All in favor say Aye, those opposed Nay.
Aye!
Opine, which the company never does, works for the first word.
Savey investors know all the carbon neutral investment is for the "Big Guy" and his ilk. E=MC2 will always drive capitalism; If and when they vote that socialist, climate change tax, electric car nonsense out of power.
I'm gonna be really surprised if this thing isn't exactly what the principles said it would be to friends and family. It's an excruciating wait and see from the common share holders.
It doesn't mean they intend to fail either. (Cup half full)

The whore thing devolved into chaos while you were gone. When you get caught up on posts, I want your take on it please.
Is there a chance of reverse merger? Or should there be public filings and quiet periods for that? Anybody know the rules?
Forgive my confusion, I see your point.
The world went obtuse after Trump. I'm positive the oil industry is coming back as the golden child investment again. Valve manufacturers and refining industry servicing joining forces, makes a whole bunch of common sense for investors. IMO. I mean who powers the Tesla's and hybrid cars? Natural Gas. If the Right wins, they will cut all those subsidies to the alternate energy nonsense. If the Left wins, they will just funnel more into it. Either way, wind and solar can't meet the needs of the nation, you need fossil fuels to power anything over time.
Just a quip about the six years of wiretaps, informants testimony, etc about Russian Collusion and now, to your point, of course a President can declassify anything they want. The President of the United States is the main consumer of all intelligence.
