over 1000 stores have been filled with RMH product
much more coming.
that's pretty impressive considering they got started mid 2015.
Carolina Hemp Company is cranking out new stores every week...
M&S Distribution Co is cranking out new stores every week...
Venessa Adams on the west coast is single handedly cranking out new stores every week.
check out activity on the RMH facebook page.
Ms. Adams is maintaining that page but don't expect to get stock related questions answered there.
It's a GREAT place to watch new accounts being generated from week to week.
RMH distribution direct links are found here:
https://www.facebook.com/carolinahempcompany/?fref=ts
https://www.facebook.com/M-S-Up-North-Distributing-1464415437190445/?fref=ts
https://www.facebook.com/Latinfirechild?fref=ts
i know that and u know that but nobody else knows that - hehehehe. it's gonna be great.
V. Adams will smoke the west coast with 30% of them.
the best part is now they can't hide stuff under the table.
the old days are done. transparency from here on.
new blood is entering into RMHB and people like Venessa Adams are
running sales out here in California.
She just tagged up with a rapper who's got connections.
(whole new market underground w/ san Diego & New York connections)
https://www.facebook.com/Latinfirechild?pnref=lhc.friends
Oh yeah. she'a also running the RMH facebook page. Don't expect to get any stock related questions answered. That site is the best place to map out those 1000 stores that Rodger alluded to earlier. It's all on facebook if anyone want to dig back in time and list all of the stores now. Venessa alone has racked up 200 stores now, mostly all by herself.
those refridgerators are showing up in high traffic areas in san diego.
thanks to venessa adams, product is getting into some great high-exposure areas.
check out her progress directly on her facebook page.

RMHB in 7-11 Las Vegas
facebook page says it all

7-11 in talks with RMHB..
Just the fact that RMHB was able to meet with 7-11 management and have them start taste testing RMH drinks is huge. It's a matter of time before 7-11 picks up RMHB as one of their products, imo. Just a matter of time.
7-11 giving RMH drinks a taste test….
somebody from another board went down to RMHB headquarters and gave his report today…
from another board, quote::::
"Back home from Texas - had a great trip down for race - I didn't get a chance to stop by RMHB till yesterday morning. Dave Seeberger gave us a few minutes at HQ. The new digs off LBJ freeway a big step up from the spartan offices they had downtown. I'll list a few topics we covered while there:
Their focus as well as goals are now solidly behind branding -distribution of RMHB beverages across North America. As far as alcohol bev it sounded like that will be back in play once we've gained solid traction in the bev market.
This past weekend the production run was completed and product is in transportation . Canning took place in Tenn and we had gotten pushed back in que by a 1mm case order that jumped in front of us. ( may that be RMHB someday )
Wasn't quite clear regarding India but sounded like the distributor was the one making headway there.
Just completing artwork/ graphics for the bi-lingual cans for Canada and that 1mm can run should commence next couple weeks. Canada wants only the leaf can. Dave did mention that end result in USA will hopefully end up all leaf cans down road too once major distributors feel the US population is tolerant and educated vs the snowflake can.
No definitive time when in 2016 when we switch to 16oz products which we all know will be product friendly as well as consumer friendly with lower costs.
Before I got to ask about the audited financials - Dave asked how is public perception with delayed audit coming - plain English told him not well with the continued delays. He said that they feel the delayed pain just like us and he described it as more or less a forensics audit where just besides the #'s they look at a multitude of other things - checking behind every rock and tree and Paritz won't sign off till they are 100% satisfied with their report or risk their company rushing the completed audit - but again any day. I then asked when completed can we look for a possible upgrade off the pinks roughly 60 days time frame after. He smiled and stated Dave you sure have done your homework on us and said he legally couldn't answer but if I read the Sec form they'll file for up listing upon completed audit I should find my answer.
The quarterly financials will be released next Mon the 16'th due to the 15'th being Sunday.
What I found quite interesting was dealings with 7/11 -- they are just completing taste tests with 7/11 management for consideration of product placement.. This IMHO is a big one as after my research if we can capture 7/11 even with only a 5 can a day sale at each 7/11 that acct alone worth over 250K cans sales per day
{ 7-Eleven, Inc. is the world's largest convenience store chain operating, franchising and licensing more than 56,600 stores in 18 countries, of which nearly 10,500 are in North America. The company has more outlets than any other retailer or food service provider.}
The one question I forgot to ask was would they ever consider a retail investor for a possible board seat going forward as I've seen this work well with co's allowing retail a seat for an unbiased viewpoint that needs to be considered.
To sum up -- we are definitely on right track - no more irons trying to gain capture product sales in all potential avenues. They are sticking to "Hemp" roots - Capture brand identity as well as sales in NA Then we can pursue different growth avenues. The new hires marketing should help pave way for stores to open doors our way. We are just coming out of incubation phase. I look forward to this stock currently like a newborn child starting to crawl . We soon should be taking our 1st steps to try standing up and walking - If patience given we'll be running on an unlisted board sometime 2016
I walked away somewhat satisfied with answers - grateful they shared with us personal time. Dave said Dave (BTW we both have same name) If we remain investors we will be handsomely rewarded and suggested as he legally couldn't say we're headed up near term - but we'd be remiss if we didn't allow them time to complete their business model and that's Namely getting brand name recognition and sales in NA. The snowflake cans that will be distributed via major distribution channels ( aka they don't like being called big boxes ) will be potential huge can runs for us."
no.
it's actually people taking profit. why not?
more to dump tomorrow & then back below 10 cents by the end of this week.
sorry, this thing's a bust.
company is totally worthless imo.
10M float. crazy.
that was the best one so far…
low-calorie Rocky Mountain High coconut-lime is awesome.
(except to folks that don't like superfoods like coconuts)
yum. this RMG Mango stuff's the new buzz underground.
more on that later.
RMH Rocks!
that isn't DIRECT evidence.
show us the electronic funds transfer &/or cancelled check between microcap daily & RMHB.
thanks in advance.
have direct evidence to make that claim?
that article is old (february) and written by someone who never even tried a RMH drink.
now it's roctober and things have changed.
if you have not tried a RMH drink, then you don't know what a good product it is this time and they definately have a real good winner this time around with a grass roots subculture that is actively spreading the word about RMH & Hemp via all of the trendy internet vehicles such as facebook, instagram, twitter.
word is spreading - and anyone who has not tried a taste of the drinks, in all fairness, should do so.
but ya, tuna hot dogs - LOL
scroll to the bottom of the article to see the RMHB disclosure…
"Disclosure: we hold no position in RMHB either long or short and we have not been compensated for this article."
**** great microcap writeup ****

that is NOT what i stated.
what i stated, and DO pay attention, was that the July 15'th order and today's announced run are NOT the canadian order.
fyi, the canadians cans are printed in french.
the July 15'th order is the OLD can design - printed in english
today's announcement is the NEW can design - printed in english.
3 separate and independant purchase orders.
Todays 96,000 case production run IS a new order.
Just confirmed.
The July production order of 96,000 cases (not including the Canadian run) was of the OLD can design with the leaf on the can. It was also announced in that news report that the total cans produced was 2.8M cans.
The 4Q report started numbers based on 1.7M cans and so that report did not include the July 15 order and subsequent run.
Todays news article of 96,000 cases to be produced is for the NEW snowflake can design.
(and before people herein attempt to twist this, no this is not the canadian order either)
It also turns out that 96,000 is a standard order size so be prepared to see more of the same number (or multiples thereof) of cases to be ordered in the future.
consider that a 96,000 case order constitutes a full pallet.
if that is the case, then it would not be uncommon to see 96,000 case orders.
also, consider that a company doesn't have to PR every single purchase order.
so heh, it still remains an unknown if the two news events relate to the same 96000 pallet or not.
you would have to call the company up and ask Tom himself.
(of course, feel free to spin it any way ya want - everyone herein does that anyways)
no.
i did not say that this production RUN is the execution of the production ORDER that was announced in july.
it is unknown if they are related or not.
no.
it is NOT the same thing.
read VERY CAREFULLY
a production ORDER and a production RUN are not the same thing.
an ORDER is just that, a purchase order.
a production RUN is just that, physically manufacturing an item that has been ordered.
<eom>
a production ORDER and a production RUN are not the same thing.
"A record breaking expanded production run of 96,000 cases will be produced this week," said Tom Shuman, President and CEO of RMHB. "The production run will now allow us to move into Phase 2 of our marketing strategy. Phase 1 was to change the corporate name from Totally Hemp Crazy to Rocky Mountain High Brands to provide the company easier access to larger corporate retail accounts, and to build brand equity in one brand name -- Rocky Mountain High. The second part of the plan is to introduce the new Snow Flake can design to Regional and National Accounts in an effort to expand our original target market beyond just 18-34 year olds, and to provide all retailers with a consumer friendly can that will experience less resistance to 'family oriented' retail operations that sell products with a more diverse age demographic. Rocky Mountain High will continue to produce the 'Hemp Leaf' can, and carry two separate inventories of our products, so as to also satisfy those retailers that wish to portray a bit more 'edgy' version of our brand and beverages. We also plan to increase the size of our can to 16 ounces in the not too distant future."
Todd Kornely, Vice President of RMHB Sales, stated, "Producing an alternative can design to increase distribution, sales and market share is straight from the playbook of the 'Big Soda Companies' like Coke, Pepsi and Dr Pepper. We have already received pre-orders from a number of our distributors for the 'Snow Flake' can graphic; stay tuned as we will be making announcements very soon regarding new distribution partners and retailers, as soon as they receive the new product and are able to stock them on store shelves. Due to pre-orders for the new 'family-friendly' can design, we anticipate the current production run will sell out in record time."
that's a good start….
now compare these caffeine levels with what else there is out there that the public consumes...
how about coffee- ya drink coffee?
look at the levels…
http://www.cspinet.org/new/cafchart.htm?gclid=CIat1YPs3MgCFUVufgodAzEMiA
starbucks coffee, 12fl.oz. 260mg.
starbucks iced coffee, 16fl.oz. 165mg.
can of coke, 40mg
redbull, 80mg
monster energy, 160mg
green tea, 8fl.oz. 60mg… etc…etc…etc…
to that effect, i say this - so what.
SOME of the rocky mountain high drinks made by RMHB are going to 100mg. on the hemp oil and 120mg. on the caffeine.
some people will care.
many others won't care..
in the current line of RMHB drinks, the caffeine levels published on the food labels are as follows:
1. hemp energy, 80mg caffeine (25mg of guarana contributes some caffeine to the total)
2. iced tea, whatever is in the black tea extract they use. maybe 40mg? it doesn't specify.
3. lemonade, none.
4. coconut-lime, none.
will these original recipes be changing to the levels that mango will use?
the message to which this post is responding makes it seem like they will all have these horrendous levels - heaven forbid!
mango, having these levels of hemp extract and caffeine, does not mean ALL of the other recipes will follow suit.
perhaps only the 2 energy drinks (mango energy & hemp energy.) will have these levels.
tell ya what, when the snowflake cans become available, let's look at ALL of the food labels on the cans and publish another comparison of the food labels on each one, k?
but once again, i say so what.
there is always going to be a certain percentage of the population that doesn't want caffine in their diet, period… the problem is when they start making claims on the internet that caffeine is a bad bad thing - and they will hollar that out for all to hear - lol - yes, there will be a certain percentage of people who are extremists - just look at politicians.
anyway, it's a personal decision to like or dislike caffeine.
on the evening news recently, there has been medical evidence that caffeine is good for you and that having a few cups (no more than 4 cups) of coffee a day is a good thing - but like anything else, too much eventually starts doing bad things to you. wine's another example… it's been said that a little alcohol in the form of wine is good for you but ya, but like anything else, too much and it can become an issue.
like anything else, people just decide for themselves - and no, beliefs should not be pushed onto others just because a few people say so.
check back later on the can labels.
"And one wonders why devotees of hemp seed and its extract wouldn’t satisfy their requirement for it by buying it directly from alternative medicine shops and other suppliers. Why not ingest it direct for its alleged wondrous health benefits without also taking in a whole lot of other superfluous content?"
The answer to this question could be founf in this:
Why do people buy beer when it's so much more cost effective to just buy ever clear to get the same alcohol dose?
BECAUSE ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH DRINKS TASTE BETTER.
only the hemp seed extract is being doubled to 100mg.
please indicate just how much caffine is in all 4 of the current drinks.
also, please indicate where the caffine comes from - thanks in advance.
"Folks must have been asking “where’s the kick in this stuff?” for them to want to double the hemp seed extract and caffeine quantity."
that is a typical comment stemming from little or no education on what hemp seed oil actually does. a lot of people think that anything related to mj is supposed to get you high. but that isn't nessessarily true. it is the thc in mj that gets you high but there is also a lot of different cbd's in mj that does not get you high. it is the cbd's that have unique health and medical properties and hemp seed oil is one of the places where you can find them.
read up -
http://draxe.com/7-hemp-seed-benefits-nutrition-profile/
heh, next time you get a head cold like i had last week, buy an RMH lemonade and try it (the hot toddie) out.
many people on the negative side of the coin herein have never even tried out the product. jerry may have had a shady past but this time, they really do have an excellent product and there is a whole slew of young people on facebook who are working to market these RMH products behind the scenes that nobody herein is even aware of.
the diet drinks are realy very very good and much more refreshing than monster. red bull's pretty good imo, but RMH is superior to monster or rockstar. it's just a matter of time before the RMH drinks catch on BIG… and they will.

*KABOOM* coming SOON!
RMHB drinks Rock!
for those of you that have not tried RMH drinks - GET SOME thru Amazon
for those of you who are health conscious, try coconut-lime.
IT's AWESOME and WAY WAY better than coconut water. low calorie mango to come out next week.
Rocky Mountain High Brands $RMHB -- GET SOME!!
the beginning of a huge following on Facebook (with Twitter & Instagram tie-ins) is emerging in a real grass roots effort to promote hemp based foods and drinks. this is very real and RMHB is being actively marketed thru the use of these internet resources. the word is spreading like wildfire as social media marketing is the new age of better things to come.
Mango flavor is going to ROCK as that drink alone will bring in a whole new demographic of diet/health conscious consumers - especially the female population - and the diet industry is HUGE.
this is a new target audience in addition to the younger demographic.
