It’s hilarious when people complain about transparency. This company is very transparent. People are just lazy and impatient and prefer to blame the company.

I see why you would think that and if I had bought in earlier I would probably be disgruntled like you also. The fact of the matter is this company is extremely transparent and is making moves to grow and put a solid footprint down. If this was an insider enrichment scheme they wouldn’t be so transparent. OTC stocks don’t have to file like TRTC does, many don’t. Has the company’s execs made some money? Yes, but I think this is a stock you will see worth much more in the not so distant future.

Have you looked at the most current 10K? The CEO making $360,000 is not a bloated salary. You might wanna check what your Canuck CEOs are making before you say their salaries are too high.

What makes you think this company is a scam?

I guess all these up and coming companies have parasites on their boards trying to push them down and out. They always get quiet when the stock goes up.

Remember just recently when the stock hit $2.50? Remember kicking yourself for not buying more at the low cause you knew it was going back up? I think you know what to do, I sure am.

It won’t be long before we see the results of all of the current projects. It’s been said over and over that the promise land was just around the corner but things are actually happening and more and more is happening with legalization.

Can’t go down forever. It’s tough to point out exactly why it’s going down other than all the big news in Canada and little news here is drawing attention and money away.

Everyone watching these Canadian Pot stocks? Look back before legalization and see the condition they were in. When legalization is in the works here in the states you’ll see TRTC skyrocket.

Because they are building new dispensarys, grow ops, and a campus in Santa Anna. Also they are acquiring new licenses. This ain’t the black market so comparing a kid selling weed is way off.

I know they sometimes issue more stock to raise capital. While that is stock dilution if people are buying it isn’t that a sign that this stock is desired and has significant value?

So many people bash TRTC and DP but the company is pretty open about everything. Frequent 8k filings, quarterly updates via phone conferences, upgraded to a major auditing firm, and some pretty solid forward looking statements backed by actions to make them happen.

Thanks but as a retired rocket scientist / retired stock broker / current CEO of a Fortune 500 business I would rather listen to a retired cop. See, I can play the look at me game too. Sell if you have any stock and move along. Your DD is needed elsewhere.

That’s the best way to recoup your money from a stock. Talk trash and drive it down...... That just tells me it’s a bunch of shorts. You and the rest of the kiddies knew the risks. None taken, it’s all speculation. I speculate NJ will be a decent profit but not close to the profit from NV and CA. You speculate NJ is better than I say. If we knew for sure we’d all be rich.
The thing I don’t get is why people get on this forum and bash TRTC unless they are shorts or they have been burned and are bitter. Otherwise why waste the time?

Don’t see the market for weed in Jersey being what you claim. New York is already heading towards legalization and that would chop off the legs of NJs weed market. The fact that Maine and Mass have already legalized show a tread in the NE. Legal weed in DC and Maryland heading that way also. I just hope EG doesn’t go completely weed. Just see the NJ weed market as over rated. It’s just something that almost has to happen for TRTC since they have the infrastructure already there.

If you listen to any of the conference calls from DP the focus is on NV and CA. NJ is a focus also, but because they already have all the infrastructure there. If EG wasn’t in NJ TRTC wouldn’t be in NJ. The weed market in NJ will be minuscule compared to NV and CA. I for one don’t want TRTC to get too heavily invested in NJ. The idea that NJ will be the place that surrounding states go to for weed is inaccurate. Other states in the NE are in the process of legalization. They should change the name Garden State to Garbage State.

The chemicals added are irrelevant. You could grow tobacco, dry it, and roll your own cigarettes. But, people choose to buy packs. That’s because people are, in general, lazy and don’t wanna do the work. The ability to grow good weed at home is irrelevant.
Instead of casting out negativity, you should enjoy the low price of the stock now and load up. I, along with many others, expect big things in the coming future.

If your idea of being able to grow your own weed will kill weed company’s how come tobacco company’s flourished so much. You can grow all the tobacco you want.

If TRTC is a scam then how come they are so diligent at filing all the correct paperwork and getting audits done correctly. A scam business wouldn’t bother with making sure everything was done right. A scam would just make their money and bail. Seen it before and it doesn’t look like this. Plus weed is illegal, until it becomes legal this stock will have problems. That’s why this is for the longs. Once it is legal, if this company isn’t doing much better, you can talk your trash.

I assume when it makes a comeback, which it surely will, you will feel differently.
The man likely hired his wife because she can do the job well and he knows exactly what he will get from her vs hiring and unknown with unknown results.
A big reason the stock stays low is people talking trash. It scares people and they sell at low stock prices. I don’t mind it cause it’s a great opportunity for longs. The way the company is being run is not the reason for the current price.

Try to remember that DP said a while back this is not going to happen fast. If you’re in this stock you need to prepare for the long haul. There will be some ups and downs. This is a company that, currently, is basically a public traded illegal drug dealer. When MJ becomes legal or big steps are made towards that, you will see the stock make the moves we are all awaiting.

It’s insane how a group of people on a clown of a website (FuzzyPanda) can drive a stock so low with false info but man it worked. People are bailing like crazy and losing their shirts. I spoke with the investor relations guy from the TRTC website and he said nothing new has happened other than the FuzzyPanda thing to cause this. TRTC is still the same company it was before the drop. All I can say is enjoy the low prices and don’t panic. I kinda did panic but I held fast and am excited for the opportunity to snag some cheap shares.

Then why are you here? Why do you waste your time posting on a board of a company that has little to no worth to you? If it’s not just cause you like to troll then what is it? Did you get burnt? Do you or did you have some affiliation with TRTC? Just doesn’t make sense. I wouldn’t waste my time posting about a company I didn’t care about.

The market is large enough for more than one company. Having some infrastructure in place beforehand greatly increases the chances of TRTC being a big player in that market when legalization happens. But that isn’t something a troll would be interested in.

This is not the company you’re looking for.....move along, move along.

Tomorrow I want everyone who doesn’t like this stock anymore to dump it. Dump it and dump it all! Drive the price sub $2. Then I will buy it up. BUT, it won’t happen. Why?
