No they are not fake but they do not own those depicted here on this site.>http://www.greenshift.com/corn-oil-extraction/ Sunoco owns it. Just run the mouse over it.
Shareholders can take control ?
Definition of 'Controlling Interest' When one shareholder or a group acting in kind holds a high enough percentage of ownership in a company to enact changes
That will never happen here.
I was trying to find a good reason why I should buy stock in this. I found this indirectly from skunks site from 2008 Here>
http://greenshift-gers.blogspot.com/2008/05/nextdiesel-bio-diesel.html On page 30 and on.
Which then led me to here> http://www.forbes.com/free_forbes/2007/0226/078.html
It is a history but it must be known aka the other side of the coin. Deleting this page will answer my other concern.
Everyone here talks about patents. How many employees work for them other then the chiefs, Do you really think the company is going to be paid indefinitely with those patents. Just makes no sense.
ANYONE well versed in the biodiesel/corn oil/ethanol industry knows that.
I am sorry did I miss something here. I bought some of GSHF now GERS back in 2007 which is more or less none due to reverse SPLITS. Being well versed I will admit is not one of my strong points in this company. You see I did NOT get married to this company like some here. But is still peaks my interest on the outcome. This is the only lottery ticket I own. Other stocks I own have a foundation intact. Still looking for a bottom. 99% of the people here are low to middle income at best. If they were upper income, you would have seen it. 50 k shares are not a big block at this price as some would think. Now the 2 mill plus trade would a good chunk for a sub penny stock but it was on the sell side. Anyone that bet the farm on this only have themselves to blame. I learned that the hard way some 18 years ago. Diversification is the right way to go and also keeps your kids college tuition intact. Over time one gets sick of hearing about trials and hearings. I bought this,
GreenShift develops and commercializes clean technologies designed to address the financial and environmental needs of its clients by decreasing raw material needs, facilitating co-product reuse, and reducing the generation of wastes and emissions.
NOT THIS, COURT TV=Court TV is a 24-hour cable network that takes viewers inside courtrooms across the country and around the world with live coverage of important and dramatic trials.
Your analogy at best is like saying I invented the ice cube. Everyone that makes and uses a freezer to make it is infringing. Sounds ridiculous because it is.
Go here to really learn about Patents.

Slash. I do not believe your statement as to new customer to be correct or even probable, also that PR was NOV 2012 sir. Old news
I agree there was a few. There also are some to seem to twist a post or PR to make it spin in a way to make it related. Being repetitive in posting does nothing. Omitting part of anything that is written in PR or web page on other websites in some cases a violation of copyright laws. This type of DD I can do without.
Depends on the individuals logic I would think. Ok I just invested 50 k and now I have only 4 k. One would have to ask why they bought this in the first place. If nothing has changed and in the words of Warren Buffet,(if it turns you on, buy it) If that sentiment has changed then it is obvious what needs to be done.
And here I thought that was a PR for Green Plains. My mistake.
Slash said (I believe GERS will have another 900% gain)
Slash would this gain you talk about happen in late dec 07?
Well I am glad to hear Green Plains is doing good. Would be nice to get something out of Greenshift now.
I'm proud GERS is able to compensate their talented staff. Retaining these individuals is key. The highest yields in the industry is a direct result of their labors. Paying them a respectable salary(AFTER YEARS OF SUBPAR PAY,
Good you pay them. I was bottom fishing for this but I see it is an abyss. You can not say after 4 reverse splits something is fishy.
(There is never only one side to a story!)
I agree with the above.
non-existing lawsuits?
Fact is there are lawsuits. Some post here seem to make the plaintiff look like the defendant or the other way around. By the same token even if they do prevail. I do not think the common share holder will ever see a penny of this. I have never bought into anything based on a lawsuit. I bought what I thought was technological breakthrough on how to get every drop for your buck. I still believe in the product only.
Too funny when a person dumps their hard earned money by making the mistake of trusting another. I see nothing funny in this for those that have lost here. I learned many years to ago. Boards like this are for entertainment purposes only.
One must ask themselves. Why do some here deliberately omit parts of blog. Greenshift has been around for many years. I guess if you like to bottom fish, make sure you have a lot of line. Some want to look at it intellectually by posting about the industry just to add a spin to make it look related to GERS when in fact Greenshift was never even mentioned. I think common sense come in to play here. What is a persons true agenda that does this.
Again we all have our opinions.
Seems to me we have an issue here. I am not saying slash is right or wrong in what he is saying. I have also looked at the 10k. If you compare this year with last years, To me it looks like things have gotten worse rather then better . In regards to massive dilution, we all know that was the case this past year. They are paying all their bills with the common stockholder shares aka dilution. I see they gave themselves a raise. Why not take it in part stock. Taxes are cheaper. If and when they stop paying their bills in stock will is when anyone will see daylight. Slash, My post is not an attack on you but rather total disagreement in what you have posted. It would be nice to see a post like the late Paul Harvey. And now the rest of the story. Seems to me it will never happens. There is nothing wrong with being positive, But if one is going to dive in, they should check and see if the water is deep enough first. The truth shall set you free. Good luck.
There are some that seem to follow then to do their own DD. After reading here from skunks site which I say again I do not support any one person or site to buy or sell a stock.

This company had a real chance to make it work. The sad part is does look they did indeed run out of money. On the other hand they may need to look at their own reflection for this. It seems that as it is my opinion only. They spent more on themselves then doing the right thing. It pretty much says it all in the first line of the introductions. Clean Techs repeated failure to honor its contractual obligations.
Corn oil extraction is in full operation adding nearly $600,000 to our revenue stream since October"
Please explain ( our revenue ) . As it does not say GERS. This post may mislead others. Clarification is in order please.
I do have to agree with some where there is not mention of Greenshift.

This link shows a little more detail on the tricks of the trade with MM.
I find some of your post amusing on the fact/fiction part
What does one do then Peta? Do we just sit on and average down. A panic sale was an observation. Right now looking at the PPS then and now. Was not such a bad idea. If one indeed did sell back at .03. Look how many more shares they get. 3/1 is not bad. But we all have our own opinion.
I guess you could look at it that way. Going from -50% to -35% is a little better kinda. Still a tuff pill to swallow.
I have to ask some of you here, why do you feel the cause of going sub penny again is anything but the obvious to some.. You must ask yourself that this may all be nothing but smoke. I can not buy more on a law suit. At this point in time that is all they have. Companies get sued everyday but they still keep their product moving. Some will even say this is a startup company, for 10 years? We can find a reason why this is happening and ignore the real reason because we live on the river nile. Well I live in AZ. We are in a drought here and so is this company.I asked nobody last year about what GERS has to do if GS wins the suit. I have already found that answer out. Why do they even have a sub company and parent companies. One goes down, it is very hard to take the parent with you. There is a 2 way street to this. Why was there never a PR that Kevin has every intention of sharring in the proceeds by means of a buy back or something along those lines. He is not obligated to do so. This is my reason for what is happening. This my observation only and must be taken as such. Buying and selling a stock should never be decided here.
Market Makers must be compensated for the risk they take; what if he buys your shares in IBM then IBM's stock price begins to fall before a willing buyer has purchased the shares? To prevent this, the market maker maintains a spread on each stock he covers. Using our previous example, the market maker may purchase your shares of IBM from you for $100 each (the ask price) and then offer to sell them to a buyer at $100.05 (bid). The difference between the ask and bid price is only $.05, but by trading millions of shares a day, he's managed to pocket a significant chunk of change to offset his risk. Not sure where you got your info from.
I find is amussing for anyone to use the word redundant relating to this company. The summer reruns are now over. Time for something new otherwise this show will get canceled.
Here is the entire wording on a summary judgment. I am sorry Slash but you seem to only post part of it.
http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Summary+Judgment
Can someone look at this and tell me what effects this will have on GERS. Also how the patents come into play going forward if corn becomes a thing of the past?
http://www.epecholdings.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=9&Itemid=8
My issue is all that is talked about is this law suit. I do not post much here. I see very little talk about the product. I hope everyone here is not depending the suit. Companies get sued everyday but they still supply a product.
Now if you can get the PPS to react.
One needs to buy on their own DD only. Those that buy on what is posted here have themselves to blame when and if they lose their investment. There are some here that post good info that can be verified. There are others that create rumor. I have seen this before and anyone here that has bought high risk stocks in the past has too.I choose to buy based on my facts. Why on earth would anyone do otherwise. I have a small amount left.
Very rare that a R/S does any good. Matter of fact you yourself felt that way back on post 13899. Greenshift is in a death spin. Hard to take in anything else. I lost a fair amount of money here.
Not going to keep chasing it down to make money for some one else other then a share holder.
No one will answer this question.
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:GERS.ob - News) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, GS CleanTech Corporation ("GreenShift"), has commenced legal action in the United States District Court, District of Connecticut, against Flottweg AG and Flottweg Separation Technologies, Inc. (collectively, “Flottweg”) for inducing infringement of GreenShift’s U.S. patent covering corn oil extraction technology.
GS Cleantech won all those cases, we all agree on this. Now does the parent company have a legal obligation to share in what a sub company gets?? GS Cleantech is the company that filed this case. This is a legitimate question that everyone seems to side step.
I hope for your sake that was a typo when you say you bought 250 k at 0012 when the ask is .0002
Greenshift was never at a dollar in 08. You need to look again as this may be a reflection of 1 of several reverse splits this company has done. There are also some here as on the yahoo board promoting GERS but not disclosing that they are paid promoters. SEC says they are breaking the rules but there are so many out there, they can not keep up with them. Read the history on this company before investing.
After today it is dilution that continues to hurt the PPS. Seems like history repeating it self again.
Looks like a sell off to me based on this site.
Being greenshift is not named here but gs cleantech is. Does greenshift have to share if it collects proceeds from those suits or settlements to greenshifts shareholders for what gs clean tech gets???. No one can seem to answer this.
