MHR to list on NYSE good exposure for NGAS too. http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/news/2010/12/29/magnum-hunter-to-list-on-nyse.html
NGAS value could grow (.0846 of MHR PPS) as MHR progresses, there is more room for NGAS to move up. MHR pre-market now is 7.7 translates to .65 for NGAS. Also due low O/S, better managament efficiencies of MHR and more buyers of MHR are pouring in could bode well for NGAS.
Thanks Gamma1848 for the quality post with facts - very helpful. Hope the deal is good enough to take it to higher PPs this time.
The Law suit stated an analyst price target of $1.00. PPS could go higher?

I'm new to this board. Looking at the low 46.4M outsatnding shares it could reinforce the PPS in addition to the deal. Go NGAS!
new to this board. EPCT's PR, pharma drug approval in Israel seems positive to me and there are other follow-ups in EU to come it says. But it is little noticed stock so far. That could change?
company selling to raise money, unfortunately got in higher teens. my last post.
8K is good news, adding revenue. $4.75M payment in 6 months time not too much.
Its good to find out if something don't look right about a stock. Keeps the company on the alert if they know there are concerns out there so they don't go too far. They like to know what are the reaction out there about their actions.
looks like a scam: pump then dilute, force buyers to sell. no real company, I called number on website, 1866-787-3588, but was an answering service. Anyone spoke to them before?
company is too silent, nice pictures, acquisitions with similar company names, smokes and screens?. It appears they are diluting.
Now that there is an active IND the company is eligible to apply for grant money for the study, possibly $400,000.00 a year.
“Phase 1 studies are eligible for up to $200,000 per year for up to 3 years. Phase 2 and 3 studies are eligible for up to $400,000 per year for up to 4 years.”
http://www.fda.gov/ForIndustry/DevelopingProductsforRareDiseasesConditions/WhomtoContactaboutOrphanProductDevelopment/ucm224956.htm
It’s more correctly stated as “response” instead of “approval” especially for IND with safety issues to correct. If FDA found no safety issues with the IND the trial could start after waiting 30 days. Thanks for heads-up. http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/DevelopmentApprovalProcess/HowDrugsareDevelopedandApproved/ApprovalApplications/InvestigationalNewDrugINDApplication/default.htm
The FDA approval for the IND submission is normally within 30 calendar days after submission but could be approved earlier because of the accelerated status. They figured 12 patients with the target disesase will be enough for the phaseI/II safety and tolerance study at this point. A marketing phase III study will involve a larger population.
The study needs only 12 patients total at multiple sites, at least 4 sites have been already identified. The first patient enrolled could be a news item. Access to grant funding is available - another news item when they get the grant. May not need to sell stocks fund te studies. .2 pps could be around the corner. http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20101122005442/en/Advanced-Cell-Technology-Receives-FDA-Clearance-Clinical
last 3 days total volume, about 116M+ is more than the whole of last month's 115.8M shares. More buys today but pps remains level. MM accumulating shares...

Imo APCX is just leading folks on; massive dilution has kept on folks waiting for a chance to recoup something which is never happening. So much so, the new Jesus app released was like nothing happened. Jesus app on Apple appstore uses an optical illusion trick: a user looks at a caricature picture and then stares at a blank wall to see "Jesus". Similar Jesus illusion app already exists, By the way Jesus is for real not an illusion.

PPS performance has been overpowered by the dilution, even the new App approval news didn’t make a dent. I recount 2.2B o/s several months earlier and recently raised to 4B o/s and just now they added 1.5B o/s totaling 5.5B o/s if I’m right. As soon as the o/s is getting closer to being maxed out then they add more. Looking at the year-to-date MM shares alone from the link below comes to roughly 3B. I suspect they may do a r/s early next year. Or perhaps they may revise down the o/s to a smaller number, which could help boost the pps. Anyone seeing a more positive view?

pre-market up 0.0108 x 0.0109
APCX's see Jesus app will be good for Christmas stock.
Up 02x024 1 left. Moving up on low volume. PR will boost higher.
Is the company dumping shares to raise capital?
SEC 14C filed Oct 22, 2010.
1) To seek shareholder approval to an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the Company's authorized capital to 310,000,000 shares comprising 300,000,000 shares of Common Stock par value $.001 per share and 10,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock par value $0.001 per share; and

Still holding unfortunately. The PR to lunch new app is delayed, wondering how long? A bullish news is needed to revive APCX.
Probably may pick up after PR to lunch new app.
APCX shares volume: 240,619,436 OCT 2010. Roughly 2.9B shares year-to-date. Slowly new apps info may be getting around. Had it been 3 months back it would have been explosive.

Good milestone for first Apps approved.
Looks like Apple approved Jesus Apps 10/29/10. No PR so far.
Good news!. http://www.148apps.com/app/390978360

Unless some phantom shares are waiting to be dumped at .0004/0005 it could start uptrend with a PR. (imao)
I was getting weary about the depressed pps. Fortunately the company CEO responded to my email:
We do have several apps to follow the "Jesus App" but we are waiting for Apple to approve the first app we submitted. In addition, we are working with app developers so that we can port the applications to the other operating systems.
We are going through difficult times regarding our share price but I am very hopeful that we will soon begin a momentum that I believe will significantly help our share price.
Thanks….
...Eric
It’s good to reassure about what they are doing.
This is a good board, moderator (Grawsha) is doing a good job and knowledgeable. Jesus Apps could be approved anytime from now all going well. The advantage of Jesus Apps is that it could translate into other languages with a multiplication effect. There are many Apps out there in about 24 different categories but Jesus Apps could stand out in the competition when approved.
The small percentage of investors (especially the long held) who actually bought into APCX, probably form about 10%, has paid their dues in supporting the company to raise part of the money for its operations. The understanding is to recover some loss when it bounces back without incurring further loss. Hope that happens.
Boy what a long stretch! with all the good stuff in the pipeline, pps should heading north by now.
Ok Thanks.
If Officers resign would they return their alloted shares (if any) to APCX or keep them?.
Jesus Apps could be approved anytime from now. Average approval time last month was 3.95 days! With the new less restrictive guidelines from Apple, the approval could come anytime from now.

Apps approval time for last month: Maximum delay was 35 days; average delay, 3.95 days.

Thanks, good reading!. Jesus App could be approved sooner.
