Balancing the books.........Does the math work.?
It is jmho,but when people post here ,they are giving their opinions,they may try to quote some Austin real estate news paper for authenticity but in reality they are trying to reinforce their point of view,

Some people feel,every thing is fine with the QTMM,and that it will start production in near future,they talk of a state of the Art, Park,of vetting,of samples that have been sent ,of people that will be coming.

Some time in future,,,,,,,,,,,,,If and when it happens.

In the mean time value of the company is being eroded,shares outstanding moved from 70 million to 400 million.People are being paid highly without producing anything.?

Have some people started having second thoughts about this investment,any doubts showing up,if not why.?
WHAT PEODUCTS WILL WE HAVE AND WHEN.6 months 1 year or medical 7 years.

Looking at 10 Q's,and the continued silence of SS would it be a fair assesment ,to say that he has received more than what he has given back to the qtmm.
He made some noise about solar business,making a new subdivision,but no start up.The investor are lucky that some thing might come of from unintended part of those qmc's.

But SS being SS lost no time in signing new contracts and giving himself signing bonuses.Why could 'nt he wait to do this till new business as touted could start.

He gove away 3 million shares for PR,how does it benefit qtmm.Once started he might have to do it again.?

Peole writting good thing about the company have done a wonderful thing to keep up the share value,indeed if they were not to do it,share value,might go down.Collectively they have done more work than the whole managament team.Why does't SS give those 5 million shares to those well wishers for 3.5 cents as he did when he got shares for 2.5Cents and gave them to others for 5 cents.

Bloomberg resume'shows that SS got a job at a reputed company but in mid 80,either he left the job or fired,reasons may be important when one is doing DD for such an important person as a CEO of a company.He did not apply for a job or could not get one,but he started a company which later taken on by others.

Bloomberg further shows that he got interested in qtmm in 1998.Resume'further says he has extensive knowledge and experience in starting new businesses.;education not shown.

His background,knowledge of qtmm since 1998.what is to show???????The last 10Q says........................no sales....in 5years....

Any thing that happens with regard to this company ,good or bad....Can it be said is due to him(SS)....it is his...doing..

How many people have said or raised a question...What is going on?Obviously these people are not working in accordance with the wishes of SS.Could it be an accurate inference.?
And than there are those that see no wrong and always find some thing good to say about the company.Can it be said they act according to the wishes of SS.

1.Steve did not give any guaranttees.
2. Look at the positive statements that have come out,LATELY.
Than another guy says Steve had a 5 year plan.Meaning may be,every thing is under control.He is in full control,every thing happening according to his mechanizations.

So do we want to see,what has been achieved,or positive statement are enough and to avoid cross eyed condition we should look at the carrot which is hanging just 3.6 ....months away.

First five year plan by ss is almost over,what has happened during this time:

1.The patent was defective,needing almost two year,and further expense,to set it right.

Was this company created with the sole idea of creating a source of income for some people for as long as it worked.Pennyland style.?

So would it be proper to say,it may not be proper to call it investment but we would like to take a chance,because some of the new companies have to succeed.so we do our dd pick a few with likelyhood of success.

In the real world there are sheep and there are shephard.And it works because both of them do there jobs,properly.In penny land,there are people who suffice to say,just take advantage of others.

Some have more risk tolerance than others.If some body is here,it says some thing about him/her.They have taken a risk.?

SS,started the ball rolling,bought shell,patent,and went public,offering shares for sale.....which can we say,he is kind of declaring that it is his belief that he has done all the due dilligence that project is doable and he will start production in good faith.

Can good faith be interpretted as soon as any legitimate business can be started.

On june 22nd,2013,when a new summer starts can we say that qtmm,
has a product to sell?,has a production facilty.?

How many year,since inception.?Is it 13 million in the drain,if bonuses are given for good performance.???

Dr. Wong completed his reaearch, he and his coworkers at the University,thought it can give rise to viable business,so they filed for patenting his methods and techniques etc,he may have gotten his patent sometime in 2007 depending on how much time this process took he might have completed his research sometime in 2004,2005 or 2006.

Steve was looking for something worth while to do in his life,he liked this idea,maybe, so he bought a shell,bought this patent,lo and behold......a new entity is born.

This thing started in 2008,with the objective;

Solar energy production,Soltrra born.Would it be fair to say,project solterra has been abandoned or placed in limbo,or just no info is forthcoming.?

This was bought and paid for,can it be said, if, so much time effort and money was spent on it,maybe , some one, made a mistake along the way.

When I was deciding to buy this stock I thought about the idea,the solar angle.And than about the man.After all I was buying into a penny stock.Rightly or wrongly I feel that success of a pennystock,depends on the quality of the man.

He had a good background,experience and qualification.Falling out with previous management could have been due to hormones and too much ego,or fair ammount of confidence and self assuredness.Only time will answer this question.

I knew when I buy this stock,there will be no going back whether I want it or not I won't be able to change the Leadership.?

NORMALS BUSINESSES depend on bottom line or profits for apprecation of share value.
To try to keep up share value by simple promotions,who benefits by that?

Why not have one person take care of business and hire people as needed.Than we don't need to sell as many shares to pay exorbitant
salaries.But than they have already protected themselves for such eventuality.Looks like there is too much work and present management cannot handle the extra work.

One of the reasons for not taking off was that the technology is too far ahead ofthe times,industries have to learn how to use our product.

Why waste company's resources,on useless promotions.We laid low for three years,wait one more year.

Money was to be spent on pr from January to June this year,who has been paid that money. has any of it been paid to people on this board.

1. If they join you in promoting this stock,you will be able to increase the share price of this stock,irrespective of or whether the company has a product or not.
2. that money has been made by these manipulations and can be made.Obviosly this money will be made by participants,not neccessarily trusting simple share holders.
Than you are saying that they are keeping the share price of this stock low bacause they want to irritate you.

What is the location out of which the officers and the 'topbrass' operate are they all in the same town,how and how often do they come face to face?

Dr. J went to SA dont know what has been done about scaling up and optimization but this money is owed.

Next agreement is with Arizona university about Screen Printing Techniques for fabrication of oleds and printing of organic component minimum royalities need to be paid.

A2F that can enable qtmm to scale of production they must have spent lot of money to develope microreactor processes,can not ascertain if they have been paid any thing?

I really believe that the share price qtmm enjoys is mainly due to the good work done by you guys,Otherwise our investmrnt in the company would have been down the drain by now.At a price of around .002 and the amount of share company had to sell we could easily have reached o/s of 2-3 billion and that would have been the end.

What ever means but it worked ,you brought the real QTMM where it is today.High degree of confidence that you built along with the morale you kept up,helped to keep the share price where it is today. Every one is so keyed up that they wont sell their shares they may sink with the ship but they will keep whatever they have. Had it gone to its reaistic sub penney value management selling shares to pay bills o/s would have gone to billions and we dead in water.
People in management have sometimes to make tough decisions,if the technology is too far ahead of times it may be better to lay low rather thantrying to blast ahead.

looks like there are two,QTMM companies.
One run by ss,as ceo,and the other one under the aegis of our mods.
I was looking at 10-q/a of the real QTMM.looking at financial it shows $12,822,476 dollars of share holders money has been spent.That is almost thirteen million dollars gone.
What do we have to show for it.

May 31 2012 was to start production on Solar...probably shelved.
Netherland people spent so much money to develope printing...may be gone with solterra.
Dr.J was to work on optimization at Arizona,when he moved to Saudi Arabia certain sums were to be paid to Arizona,in limbo.

As to the other QTMM it looks like it will bo going to atleast $30/- per share with a dividend of at least $2/-.

Jabbour must have put a lot of thought and studied how the flow of electrons can be facilitated.When you study a slide you donot go looking for things you expect to see there,You just record what you are seing.

When I wrote that open letter to Art,I said Dr.Bob seems to,than I thought about why should he feel like that,he is a reasonable man.Than I remembered that I wrote some thing.
Let me try to explain the facts as I saw them at thattime.Towards the end of 2009,it seemed the company was ready to roll full steam ahead,
there was a award for the best research idea something.
there was going to be a presentation with Lux.
There was going to be a presentation at Saudi Arabia.
There was some kind of assocaition for carbon credits.
Talk of may be a plant set up in Saudi Arabia.
And that paper at L.A.
With all these on the plate,maybe our CEO felt,deficiecy in patent, needs to be taken care before other thing.Every thing was put on hold.Every thing was cancelled,it was a bold move,why waste money when things depend on the outcome of patent.
So you did not go to L.A.and offerd yourself to be the scapegoat.It was a very noble thing to do.
But just look at it from investers point of view,it is just a pennystock,these guys havent done any thing so far etc etc.

So as an adult I say to you,lets us forget what happened and why it happened,you are an officer of a company we have invested in,SS has every right to work according to his schedule,we have experienced first hand that you are intelligent and can run things independantly.
Dr.Bob too it seems is under the impression that people unfairly said things about him.Only thing I can say is company started in 2008.......there were delays it seems they have been taken care off so why not welcome this auspicious season and a new year with a new understading.
You have better understanding with the rulers on this board may be you can influence them to tone down a little,instead of them showing the company what it can do,let us for a while let the company lead us.
