Is "swapping" shares the same as "trading" shares? Can someone explain why Level 2 shows shares exchanging hands?

Are they just unsettled trades that are settled out after the close?

I called them twice yesterday and didn't get anywhere with the guy who answered the phone. I didn't even believe the few words that did come out of his mouth. I believe the offer to be bogus, IMO.

This does not mean that I don't believe in CWRN. I am still holding every single share.

He tried to pull off a fake bid offer for CWRN. I'm sure he's not the only one in on it. He's full of it. I wouldn't listen to anything he says.
