quite common business and legal term...google it.
it means taking a plan, business move, legislation, etc back to a point prior. "point prior" means a particular situation at a particular time, a "prior" time. "prior" means before, in terms of time.
who's saying either podcasts/tweets are results?
the "feeling" that things are happening (wanting "moves" for the sake of saying things are happening to yourself) isn't going to build a better company, product, etc. It's more about what actually is happening, or will. If Thomas is working too slow for your liking, you'll either have to live with it and daily express frustration, or exit (ignore), or accept the timeline present.
I read countless folks advising "live in reality", face reality...if the timeline is what it is, and this is the style of the CEO, why isn't the mantra the same for that aspect?
oh, another thing... how exactly is the walking back of the PTEL/MMX deal not a change, driven by Thomas in conjunction with new PTEL mgmt?

Thomas as CEO seems committed to ..taking ENTI forward, by walking back some things while moving forward on a parallel path with others (e.g., walking back the mmx move to ptel, while pursuing parallel efforts like getting new TA, addressing issues with Pacific, and addressing share structure).
I expect a gradual movement as we've seen thus far.
i think first and foremost, Thomas is doing house cleaning in terms of understanding where ENTI is now, who's involved, was involved, how..etc, and how to create the environment Thomas wants to work within.
... moving forward with any product is dependent, IMO, on having a good foundation/environment that Thomas feels the products will thrive within..
Structure (literally and figuratively) first, product and growth in parallel but launched only after structure secure.. IMO.

...no matter how share structure is dealt with, it'll be a long term plan we'll see (based on Thomas' continual references to creating real value and not just quick spikes created by "news", etc).
comfortable with watching and seeing how things go..
can't say (based on number of shares i hold) i'll mind anything that creates a stable environment where ENTI can grow.

Sure..i see what you're saying...
...i just think making 'good' the enemy of 'great' is a mistake, especially with penny stocks...
'good' is, IMO, that there was / is an effort to address concerns, open up to communicating, and sharing when appropriate..
including podcasts, PRs (of course), tweets, whatever...
keep it legal, and then all the above are good.
realistically... outlining what would be "great", is good to do... but then, one must work with what you've got.

Certainly, it seems Thomas (ENTI CEO) isn't shy about making moves that he believes make ENTI a better company. I'm very comfortable with watching him do that....and expect more changes to come...He's said as much in his podcast/statements.

Hi annie...Fidelity was one of the ones that accepted and did in fact accept and receive transferred shares from zecco and etrade...
all done prior to Jan 2012 by me for some of my shares of ENTI/PTEL.
in addition, they allow me to trade the stocks they had accepted...
I also bought ENTI in Fidelity >>>BUT>>>
but starting (ballparking Jan 2012) they have a new policy regarding stocks that trade at .75 or less... won't accept transfers in. Spoke to rep few days ago...
