Its nice to see more money was approved to pay its "Board Members" and more and more dilution is happening and no new progress on anything....
The chart looks like a Double Diamond ski slope.....but hey.... Im sure next week there will be big news!!
Next week is always the 'Big Week' with this stock....
Not counting my chickens, but I hope for a big payday in the future.
Found the sweet spot- .04
Just a small investment... Good luck all!!
Looks like only one sell order at .015 in the last 7+ trading days. Im still trying to get a small order to fill. I had no luck at .03, so I upped my price to .035 to see if I can shake an MM loose. Anyone got any tips??
Well, I decided to play, but my order wont fill.
I had to get the ask over the phone with my online service and I placed a small order. Was told Bid .015 / Ask .03. Placed the order on the 28th, but nothing yet....
No action for 5 days, no bid/ask. What gives with this stock?
doesnt look like ATKJ has had any volume in days
I guess anyone trying to go long doesn't stand a chance.

Etrade just updated outstanding shares. It had been sitting at 915million for months, but it now showing 1.2billion shares. 285,000,000 new shares in the float. Just as we all knew/ suspected, dilution has been killing us. Still waiting for the PR that we have been waiting on for about 6 weeks.
Good luck everyone!!
I havent posted much here and it has been months since I have posted anything, but most of my posts about my investement in Green Energy Live regarded it as just a gamble with a big upside if anything. I did like their ideas and in todays world, green investments have a lot of potential.
It wasnt money I wanted to lose, but it was money I could afford to lose. At the time I sold at .0042 I was averaged in at just over a penny. Down 60%, I had chalked it all up as a total loss, but wanted to see if I could still play with that 'lost' money and make my upside potential even bigger. Notice the 'smart' move comment was implied as sarcastic, but now I am averaged in at just over .005.
So, yes, it is all a loss at this point, but if it recovers now, my profits are bigger and quicker than they could have been before.
Ive been lurking for a long time now and I hope all the hype is warranted. With the Peck deal going on almost 2 years, there is reason to be cautious.
I havent put any additional money in recently, but the one 'Smart' move I made was sell at .0042 and get back in at .0019 doubling my original position. Of course it has gone down as much as 50% since my rebuy, but the upside potential I have been hoping for can be even bigger.
Good luck to everyone!!
higher volume has resulted in a steady decline.
If you look at the last year, the steady higher volume in the millions of shares traded started around December and we have seen a consistent decline in pps. The 6 months before that, where pps was at its highest, there were barely 20,000 shares traded on most days. A few days here and there traded millions, but even the days the pps went to .15 there was 3,000 - 16,000 shares traded.
Looks like people are getting pieces of the million upon millions of shares and they are becoming unrestricted, getting sold and pps goes down. I fear that there is little end in sight as the outstanding shares continues to increase (50 million in a month) and dilution is driving this down.
The Peck deal is a step in the right direction, but it barely generates $200,000 in net income....add that to the Commanche haul and net income is less than $1,000,000 for a company that is in dept millions and authorizing outstanding share numbers up to 3 billion.
It may not be legal within SEC regulations to talk too much about behind the scenes activities. Lets hope the Peck deal is completed and Green Energy Live gets one of those govt loans and this thing could take off.
I am invested long term and wont mind one more average down, but will only do that as a last gasp shot at a ton of shares if it drops to .003 or lower. It wont be a lot of money and the upside will be HUGE if we see progress. With these sub penny stocks its like gambling and you should only bet what you are comfortable losing....I'm hoping I get comp'ed the 'Rainman' suite when this is all over.
Agree-a bunch of hot air unless Green Energy Live is applying for the money that is available.
I would have rather seen a press release about how Green Energy Live, Inc has applied for and/or received a huge loan from the government to produce and market this gasification machine that they have talked about.
This is pretty frustrating....why in the world would Green Energy Live keep giving up shares in exchange for loans and not take free money?? I know the Peck deal probably wouldnt qualify, but how about getting a loan to help produce a product, then use THOSE funds to acquire other companies.
I am discouraged at this moment, but I am hopeful that this is a preliminary release and some future information about acquiring government funding is in our future.
The weird thing is, theoretically it was 3 million shares on the way down and 3 million on the way up. Even if they were able to execute it perfectly by selling at .0065 and buying at .0035 its only a $9000 dollar gain when it returns to .0065.
$9000 is nothing to sneeze at individually, but would one group be able to execute it that precicely to get maximum benefit?
It was odd, to say the least, I havent seen such a crazy volume and pps swing like that in such a short time. Almost looked like the 'Flash Crash' of the Dow last week.
Either way, Im glad it recovered....Im not convinced we have a bottom just yet, but I do like that is has shown a lot of strength during such a crazy week. My biggest concern continues to be future dilution, but I think there is tremendous upside with their business plan. I will likely try to average down one more time, but only if it falls into the .004 or less level. Its high risk, so dont put too much money towards it, imho.
What the????
I am not smart enough to know how to manipulate pps, but I am wise enough to know that there was some shady dealings today with GELV pps.
6 million shares traded in about 10 minutes, pps from .0065 down to .0035, then back to .0065.
I'm going to put in a buy order at .003 or less in case that BS happens again.
Buyback is very doubtful
Based on the last financials, Green Energy Live barely has funds to keep operating. I am hopeful that the Peck acquisition happens. The Peck deal with future revenues and Commanche revenue will be the main thing that will help the pps.
Hopefully, the Peck deal doesnt cause more future dilution by issuing shares to make the deal happen. However, if they do give out more shares, I hope the positive outlook and increased revenues will speed up any research and development needed to actually get products on the market as THAT is the key to long term $$$$$$$$
Not what I would have expected...
I will hold judgement until todays close, but to see good news, high volume and a drop in share price so far is very discouraging.
I dont understand who would be selling right now. The stock hasnt traded so low that this could be profit taking.
One scenario could be that those people given millions of shares for loans have played both sides to get their money back. They take a short position, sell their other shares and profit on the pps decline.
Pretty solid week so far....
Hard to say we have hit a bottom, but this week has been encouraging with actual gains despite a couple of crazy days in the overall stock market. Especially yesterday holding its share price with decent volume on such a down market day (volume was almost 4 million- half of 10 day average but keep in mind that average is very inflated considering there were a couple of extremely high volume days over that 10 day period).
I'd love to actually see progress on getting products to market, but it still seems to be a long way off.
Dilution, Peck acquisition, etc...
Unfortunately, the first Peck letter of intent was over a year ago... that is a little discouraging, but I am glad to hear some news that they are trying to move forward.
Unfortunately, the positive news of a profit was only refering to Comanche Livestock, but those revenues dont even get close to their cash need to go forward... I think that is why the stock price went down that day.
I am concerned about future dilution. I do understand that it is probably necessary to secure funds for their business plan. I got interested in this position within the last six months as a spec play as I like their plan for the future in a growing industry. I did not realize the pace of dilution would be so extreme as news/ filings are not very common.
Again, I like their plan... I havent thrown a fortune at GELV and I will probably buy more if it goes down into the .001 levels as a high risk, high reward play and do a wait and see.
Frustrating to see another delay in the aquisition, but great to see they are moving forward. I would love to hear some comments on plans for future dilution and/or when they might feel they have solid footing.
I just read the most recent filing and it seems all doom and gloom.... we arent getting approval for this, we dont have funding to complete that, we issued tons of common shares to cover debts.....
Am I reading it wrong or is there any hope for this company?
