And then dilution occurred. The same thing would happen today if this went north. Just watch and see. This stock is owned by flippers and it will never again reach the .0018 it did a few months ago in my opinion.
That's great. You should invest all of your money in LCRE!
Anyone who reads that and thinks it is a fact should not be investing.
and what a joke it is.
It was complete fluff. How anyone could take this company seriously after that PR is beyond me. However check out all the pumpers who showed up overnight. A penny stock worth .0006 is not going to be getting a dollar from the govt. What a joke
That PR reads just like a typical fluff PR from a penny stock. Nothing wreaks desperation like constant PR's, some involving very little if any details. I've lost money on tons of companies fitting the same profile.
Why not make a dollar in revenue from a restaurant before throwing out PR's about working with the DOD. Seen it a million times before, only this penny stock has 5 times as many shares as most.
Was it full of 4 letter words like the one he sent me? It's nice when paid pumpers send PM's wishing death to me. He seems like a nice guy!
haha, the PUMP is in full effect today. Good luck!!!
Actually, you could not be more wrong. It has done nothing but go doooooooooown over the past week.
I find that 99.9% of info posted on yahoo is BS. I'm assuming the person posting that is a bagholder trying to make their money back.
This messageboard is just like all other penny stocks after the dump is over. Crickets
TO DA MOOOOOOOOOOOON!! RIGHT??!!
No, I do. I'm a bagholder in LCRE and all im doing now is warning those out there that are thinking of buying this POS that it is a POS. How soon before there are 11 billion shares, and then 13 billion shares, and then 15 billion shares. All with ZERO revenue. How in the world will this stock price go up when it is already at .0005 with, what appears to be constant dilution.
10 and 25 billion
I would agree with this post completely if LCRE had 2 billion O/S now and the A/S was 5 million. 10 billion is ridiculous. All of those pumpers claiming this would be at .01 in no time are forgetting the fact that the there is 10 BILLION o/s and counting. I don't see this ever going anywhere with that many shares..ever. Imo of course.
Basically, your shares will mean nothing soon enough as the share count steadily increases.
A helluva lot more than 10 billion shares. That's my prediction
Stick a fork in her, this one's done!
It's kind of hard to go above those numbers when dilution occurs at every increase in the price.
No, it was dilution.
Im sure all the shares added to the original spreadsheet has been bought and sold many a time by now.
I'm assuming it's just more dulution. Maybe LCRE will hit 10 billion shares today!
Nothing like misspelling your customers name in your PR! haha
haha right. Got to love your optimism!
.0006 may be coming soon too
Agreed. Get used to the .000's!
9 billion + shares, and counting. It will never take off with that many shares IMO. I expect it to do exactly what it did a month ago, which is a quick spike, which is what we have just seen over the last 2 days, then everyone sells for the quick profit. And then repeat. I don't think it will do anything until there is some sort of revenue and the share count is reduced. And we know that is not happening anytime soon.
Maybe I would believe anyone here if the same thing hasn't been posted for the last month.
I think that any software company that has some money to invest in a product like FIRMS could blow away LCRE in no time. That restaurant has already accomplished something that LCRE has not, which is using the product in a LIVE environment. And honestly, the product used in the article sounds better than FIRMS. LCRE is screwed
Apple’s iPad’s off to a magical start in Australia, where diners at a top North Sydney restaurant can now order their meals using Apple’s device.
Global Mundo Tapas in the North Sydney Rydges Hotel yesterday introduced a custom-made iPad application which allows customers to browse the virtual pages of the menu with a sweep of their finger.
Diners can take a look at pictures of what is on offer and read detailed notes about the dish before putting the order together and sending it to the kitchens via WiFi.
The iPad app will even suggest the best wines to accompany your meal....it even finds out if you want your meat medium, rare or well done.
This iPad revolution is probably pretty bad news for waiters and waitresses chasing tips, however.
Explain please. You're so full of BS
billions and billions and billions of shares.
It will be spun in a positive manner. Something like, well stronger hands added at 4 and 5 so it's got to hit the moving cross soon.
It's like 5 times higher than what you posted.
Ouch. I'd sell now before there aren't any buyers left at all.
No one should be buying all they can in any stock with 9 billion + shares and counting and zero revenue now and in the near term future. WOOOHOOOO yea so excited. What a joke
Why would you even watch this stock anyways? It's not like it's going to go from .0006 to .002 in the blink of an eye.
maybe years from now
I didn't! I was actually one of the fools who averaged UP! I have no idea what I was thinking, but I really got caught up in the pre LIVE date. Live and learn I guess.
It's frustrating, and I am just taking my frustration out on a messageboard. I really am not a basher. I will leave now, and stop aggravating the rest of you, but please tell me that this is not the worse thing to put in a PR. Maybe its just me, but this paragraph just blew me away.....
"Even if Lecere's outstanding share count does reach as much as 25 billion shares in the future, a Lecere market cap of $1 billion would result in a share price of $0.04 per share. For those who invested at $0.0004, this represents a 100 to 1 return on their investment in, hopefully, 4-7 years. Of course, we can't guarantee this will happen, but if it does that's a pretty darn good return on investment for long haul investors. Believe me, those are the kind of prices that management will want to see before we start selling significant amounts of Lecere stock in the future. We are patient. I would counsel patience for investors.
Ok, take care folks and good luck.
