Right on, Exactly!!
Exactly and thank you. Your post was spot on.
Thanks for that information. Enough confirmation for me that CW is still involved with IHAI.
Excellent point. That's what I'm saying.
IMO by the way the IR is still being handled (again it is in my opinion), Chris Winters is still involved with IHAI. Until it can be proven FACT that he isn't, my opinion isn't trash.
GLTA
lol....Oh boy, here we go. Since you always seem to try and be the authority and undermind everything I say on this stock, please give some "Factual" details that support your claim that CW has nothing at all to do with this company/stock (Since there are no filings that would reflect this).
And please, don't say a website...lmao.
It is refreshing to see that some here are starting to see the light about some of the things I have been saying about CW/this company for a very long time now.
As long as CW is involved with this stock, don't expect anything to change IMHO.
He truly shows disregard for his shareholders and always has.
GLTA
It would be idiotic for a person to think what you are suggesting isn't possible.
I feel what you are saying. It would be nice to hear something about it. If there weren't to be any profits to be made from it, then why did they bother to PR it in the first place??? The excuses people make for this company's poor IR is ridiculous.
I have been in this stock alot longer than most here, and I know what I own - stock in a company with VERY POOR IR. PERIOD!!
I have a question....Whatever happened with the testing of our products in Latin Walmarts?? I take it that they didn't sell very good??? Bummer, I was pretty excited at the time they were talking about that.
That has always been a problem with this stock. Their IR isn't the greatest. It's a shame too, because it is a real company with a real product. I agree with you whether anyone else wants to or not, we very well should have been trading at higher levels by now.
Thanks bro. Even though I am still sitting on all my shares, I pretty much watch this one out of boredom too...lol.
But yeah, you are probably on to something there. Drop me an email sometime and let me know how you are coming along with the testing on that system....would love to hear about it.
IMO he hasn't been issued any shares because there hasn't been an official completion of the merger. So IMO, Chris Winter's is still calling the shots with this stock as you already suggested.
Several months have passed, and their still is no PR giving us the DETAILS of how the deal was structured between the two (just the same as it was with HM3). I agree it is a nightmare, and has been ever since I have been involved in this stock.
GLTA
lol....Cool, I'm not the only one that noticed that.
GL to you as well!
Maybe you should re-read my post because that is what I was saying.....
That doesn't surprise me since we still have not been given any details about how the deal supposedly went down between the two of them.
I don't either, all though my hearing isn't the greatest...lol.
lol....I wouldn't hold my breath on that one.
Honestly, I think it is pretty pathetic that it has been this long without an update. BS actually.
They screw us with a R/S and can't even give us an update on what is going on with the company - and I'm not talking about the joke friday tips either. A real PR!!
Hope they are up to something HUGE with the LONG period of silence.
lol....thanks for that advice. But no thanks. I don't beleive in wasting good money after bad. I'm not saying that sometimes averaging down is not a good thing, I'm just saying that I still see the same ole bad patterns here and don't see enough for me to throw more funds at this. I agree, it's a good story here....but that's about it. I have heard these stories before.
GLTA
Thanks Rabbit, appreciate that. However, I am not here for sympathy....that's just the way the ball bounces. Just been here long enough to not just fall for anything.
Ok, I will give you that. But when it comes to Dilution, the float tells it all. Tell me this, why would you give out O/S and A/S and not give the float. Heck for alot of investors, that is the most important for them to know before they invest.
Not true. It does mean the T/A is gagged. I agree it is common place in the pennies.....and there are alot of scams in the pennies who GAG the T/A to not tell what the float is, so that they can dilute secretly.
I have known of numerous Transfer agents who are permitted by the company to give out the float information to investors.
Again, this is another form of transparency. Honest companies who have nothing to hide, allow their T/A to give current float information.
Oh no....now the T/A is gagged??
Not good.
Thanks rabbit... and I agree, without no news this thing is going down. Like I said recently, the longer you hold a stock the more risk you are taking on.
Like I said, to profits or to the toilet. I'm riding it out either way..
GLTA
The number one reason to start a business is PROFIT and WEALTH. Anyone in their right mind would take the instant Wealth.
Especially when statistics prove that 9 out of 10 new business ventures fail.
As for whether the buyout was real or not. Pretty obvious it wasn't. And it didn't only get your attention, it had many people's attention. It also brought alot of negative attention to this stock when many seen it to be bogus.
No matter how great you and a few others think this company is - is irrelevant to the PPS. Changes in the way they handle a PUBLIC COMPANY need to be made in order to attract/regain investor confidence to get this stock price higher.
Good luck with your dreams with owning this stock. I hope it happens.
If the buyout was real (which we all know, whether we want to admit it or not - IT WAS TOTAL BS), CW may have already blown his dreams with all the money he could've made....(Refer back to my last sentence of the first paragraph).
GLTA
Thank you Rich.... I'm not going anywhere. I will either ride this into the toilet or make some money...lol.
Best of luck to you as well. Hope you can make some money with this also - you certainly deserve it!
I have to admit, you actually do alot of digging to provide real DD to go along with believing in Mills via your conversations with him.
No disrespect brother, but you obviously wasn't around like I was back then...lol.
If that was the case, then Winter's would have merged Mills company into the shell instead of making the deal with HM3.
The buyout offer, was VERY VERY shortly after IHSN/HM3 structured a deal. Whatever the deal was, we weren't made aware of those details either.
Most give credit to Winters for seeking out Mills AFTER the HM3 venture didn't work out.
I don't believe Mills/Winters had any plans with one another back then.
If what you are saying is true, think about it.... That would have been more of a reason to sell the company at the buyout offer at a premium with ENORMOUS profits to be made to continue efforts with Mills.
Read my last post again!
The profits he would have made on the buyout offer, would have made more than enough money to;
1. Finance Carmill as a private company.
2. Finance carmill to make an IPO..
3. Purchase another clean shell for Carmill to go public (because it is way cheaper and easier to go public than an IPO).
Again, the buyout PREMIUM would have given him enough WEALTH to still have PLENTY of money left over.
Then the wealth he would have made from Carmill and the PSGS would have been more wealth for virtually FREE.
This is why I and others in the investment community want to see more transparency and factual details than in the past and not more hype. This is the reasoning for the PPS not being higher than it currently is.
The market as a whole is alot smarter than that.
lol...That's just it. You believe the buyout offer was authentic, I and a whole lot others don't. He wouldn't give us any details to make us believe other wise.
It doesn't make sense that "he saw more value in his company".
It was a company with ZERO REVENUES!!! Another reason to not believe the buyout offer was real. The premium they were offered for a buyout was ridiculous for a company with no revenues. Why wouldn't they have taken it?? Like I said, the offer would have made them instant WEALTH.
He could have taken that money and bought another clean shell - with money in the boot, still merged with someone like Carmill, and also had money to offer for part of the financing that Carmill needs.
LMAO....some of these defenses are as riduculous as the BS hype buyout offer. Come on get real. It's common sense.
No Rich, actually I have not to be totally honest.
I do admit, it is a good sign to have a man in his position that will answer the phone and talk with you. It is also cool that he is very excited/passionate about what he is doing (and he should be).
No disrespect Rich, but If he can't give me the information about IHAI or any other information that is important to me, then I really don't care to call him. I already know he won't/can't give me answers to the questions I may have. I have already bought in on pure emotions/hype etc. etc., and it has cost me big time by doing so. Not trying to make the same mistake again...
lol...Yep that would be correct - summed up in a nutshell.
Also, these discussions are repetitive because they still need to be brought up. These are real life issues that keep occuring with those in control in this corporate entity.
A very sad reality that needs to not be forgotten until we see a change within the company. The PPS being where it is, is being blamed on a Rumor. But again the REALITY is, most investors won't touch this stock with a ten foot pole because all of the things you have mentioned.
Time to step up to the plate, be more transparent, and show more value for your shareholder's IHAI corporate officers...
If they would just do this, I am certain we would see more buying interest and be trading at a much higher PPS. Then once their corporate plan becomes executed as discussed with bringing this HUGE TECHNOLOGY to market, we all would make even more money from our investment.
I invite optimism, but also invite open-mindedness of what we are actually dealing with.
GLTA
I agree. And that has always been my gripe if you go WAY back into my post (Lack of concern for shareholder value).
I am giving Mills the benefit of the doubt when I say this;
Mill's lacks the experience with a public traded company, so I would assume he is being advised by Winters in that area. We are seeing the same ole pattern. A long silence, when we do get a PR it is half written, and still no filings which keeps this a "dark" company that keeps us guessing.
From the buyout offer, HM3 and now Carmill, it is still the same ole story. One thing he always does, is hide the details from us on any of these events.
Rabbit said ONE thing awhile back, (and probably the wisest things he has ever said on this board) was something like this;
"If Winters turned down such a HUGE buyout offer (that would have made him instantly wealthy in an instant) because he didn't want to give up control of his company, then why did he with Carmill?"
I have been here for going on 1 1/2 years and bought in @ .037 and still waiting to see some substance that makes me believe again.
I have really come to respect and appreciate your new sense of reality. You are soooo right, doesn't matter how much any of us like this stock.....but more importantly how the Market sees it.
We can believe all we want, it isn't going to make the stock move to where we want. We need a little help from the company to see this stock reach it's true potential. Until then, our risk is increased the longer we hold. Sad reality, but a true one.
The question is, will it be half written and leave to speculation as always, or be very detailed and informative.
You give way toooo much credit to a message board on IHUB.
Not all who play stocks, read or post on message boards.
It could have just been people who are tired of waiting around on this company who decided to sell.
Yes it was coincidental, I agree. But it is pure speculation on blaming what someone posted on a message board for a sell off.
GLTA
No weakness here, still holding for going on 1 1/2 years now.
So sorry ole buddy, your not getting mine...Unless you want to pay me what I want for them like I have said before. Until then I will continue to ride this into the toilet...
GL
Thanks for your reply....
Is all this "bid-sitting" hurting the stock then??
Seems as if we are losing support.
I myself, would like to see a higher PPS before the run.
But that is just me.
That is correct. Thank god my feelings aren't always wrong...lol.
Actually, since you always enjoy insulting someone because of mistakes they have ADMITTED - that was due to lack of trading experience and believing in everything I read on a message board.
