this is def ready to breakout
@0.0013 now and going
ask at 12...float is thin here....
ASK going up
Agreed....should be at least in penny land
Absolutely...plus...if 5Barz owns 60% than this PPs should be at least half as 5Barz..jmo
Its definitively tight even with the increase to $1B but im not sure how they are going to make money
What's going on in here.....like the potential of the price but product wise.....I don't get it....
Bingo....you said it....some people will say anything for a buck...does that include you as well ?
I challenge anyone to find me a stock trading at these levels whose assets exceed its liabilities. Look at the financials for this... It is unheard of.....
That is why I think there is some great potential here....
JMO
If 95 % of your posts are in one stock board only...whether you are for or against the stock.....it is a cause for concern and what you say it is likely far away from the truth....
Just my opinion
these guys complete 110M dollar projects yet have nothing to show for....definitively fishy in here. Even if they made a minimum of a 5% margin they would generate major major profits.
On top of that....to complete a project like that you need a significant amount of equipment..... Where is it.... and why is this trading at these levels if this is generating hundreds of millions in revenues.....It just does not make sense to me
Everyone just talks and talks and tries to persuade other people that the stock is good or bad...at the end of the day..this is a pinksheet stock...time it right and you will make money..time it wrong and you will lose...it is what it is.... high risk high reward.....Good luck to all !!!!!
Just my opinion of course
I sense some very negative feelings here from someone. No one spends time badgering something that they don't like...just saying....
They should get a reality show together, be on the discovery channel and make some money that way...I would def watch that
LOL...again...there is no "Bad faith bulk sale"....because there is no such thing..because it does not apply to anyone in this case...regardless of what you say...lol
My friend....receiving a judgement and collecting on it are two very very different things. Tecnimed can get all the judgements they want...they will never collect a penny. There is no "bad faith bulk transfer" since that would only involve the buyer and the seller and their creditors having a disagreement and tecnimed is not considered to be one of those parties. They won a judgement....big whoop..so what ....
Nice move to not have to pay anything related to the court decision since they will not have assets. They pretty much sold everything to themselves - (its the same company, same name)yet, now have no debt and are just a shell company that receives royalties from the other company. They will still continue to sell the product. Nothing is changing folks..this is still in business.
Maybe....you are right... anything can happen with these.
Conventional thinking should not be used when trading penny stocks.Sometime you just have to be lucky and catch the wave.
Good luck !!!
I agree with you but this is simple math....you have 13M of CURRENT obligations and less than 1M of current assets... how do you think they are going to pay for that ? unless somehow the company makes 13M in net income this year...
the only option is to pay the liabilities with shares.... having said that...the situation is no worse than any other penny stock out there trading at these levels....
just my opinion
Its a wait and see game. I have traded this before.... trust me.when the time is right...I will
No volume at all...what's happening ??? this needs to pick up
With the new AS they will pay some of those liabilities..about 13M in current liabilities....still...good potential from here
SCAM !!!!! Repeat offender of reverse splits !!!!
Of course, they have no cash. Look at their financials.
Where else will they get the cash to pay for expenses ??
BYSD - Multi pennies - rising fast
BYSD - Huge reverse merger - Precious metals and oil
BYSD - continues to rise - will reach multiple pennies
GOLD - Could be huge - let's see what happens
BYSD - breakout
Moving up. 100% gains - I will take it anytime
This float is tight. Should see an increase in PPS soon.
I like the way it is trading.
BYSD - reverse merger - super tight float
On BYSD, don't waste time with that BNFKD poster who somehow is also the moderator. He will ban you just as he did me for actually going against him on that stock. Pathetic !!!
You are doing a good job though. I agree with you.
That's what I am saying. Seems like a buy to me.
BYSD - reverse merger
Ok, ok, I can't really rely on you. So much hate !!!!
Definitively biased !!! See a shrink, it will help
Yes, yes, but the price is so low based on the income and revenues that they show.
Is it a no brainer or am i missing something huge in here ???
The A/S is not bad either.
Hmmmm.... this stock looks promising and yet I don't understand why is trading so low. Need to do more DD
READ THIS - INTERESTING There’s 3 new laws gaining attention in the NSS market reform arena: FINRA 4320 goes into effect on 2/28/11. It mandates 13 day buy-ins for open delivery failures FINALLY applying to shares of non-reporting corporations. FINRA 2010-043, also starting on 2/28/11 reinstates the “short sale exempt” (SSE) marking requirements for trade reporting and the OATS system. Those MMs accessing the bona fide MM exemption from executing pre-borrows or “locates” before admittedly naked short sales must now FORMALLY acknowledge the accessing of that universally-abused exemption. Being that these trades are theoretically being made to “inject liquidity” then the excuse to hide the related trade data from the public’s eyes goes out the window. You can’t have it both ways and claim the bona fide MM exemption and later claim that the related trade data needs to be kept secret because it might reveal a “proprietary trading strategy”.
Truly bona fide MMs that are able to legally access that universally-abused exemption cover their naked short position on the next downtick after their short sale when buy side liquidity is in need of being ejected as share prices fall. The 3rd new rule which is in effect now states that the offers and bids that MMs post must be of approximately the same size. No longer can the offers be of 1 million shares and the offsetting bid good for the minimum 5,000 shares.
The verbiage in 4320 is especially well done as it FINALLY puts the clearing firms that aid and abet this crime wave on the spot. With the FFETF, which is made up of 25 different agencies, now on the scene the transparency has increased markedly. You can imagine how critical the lack of transparency is to a crime involving selling nonexistent securities and then refusing to ever deliver that which you sold AFTER being allowed access to the funds of the investor being defrauded.
