Evidently you do not know that "average" does not equate what any mining company's costs are as they are all different! Midways costs for breakeven is 800 dollars and ounce and you mentioned 810 an ounce on a previous post. Midway does not need any more money as they have 75 million for ongoing construction of processing plant and related earthmoving equipment. This first claim which is called the PAN project is only 1 of 5 claims and is assayed at over 1 million ounces of gold and simple arithmetic will show l.350 billion dollars this Pan project will produce over a 9-10 year mining operation at current gold of $1,350 an ounce. A big ramp up will occur when Midway parlays profits from the PAN project to start up a second claim which will produce tremendous profits and will propel this company onto the NASDAQ or possibly the NYSE. Midway already has enough claims to gain recognition based on future operations as a world class mining company as 67 fund managers are well aware of and your opinion simply does not hold much credibility compared to a company that has over 10 billion dollars of gold claims all in close proximity to each other. Over 40% of stock is owned by 67 mutual/institutional managers including big boys like Vanguard and Blackrock. Barrick gold has a majority interest in one of the five claims due to investment in Midway and whether or not Midway does the processing/mining for that claim in the future depends on the deal reached between Barrick and Midway. Yes, and I really like the break even of eight hundred dollars per ounce. The damned Nevada wind tried to get in the act on this one. But most of the video is of decent quality.

Midway has an ambitious plan to start producing in August 2014. It's a good company with smart people, it has money and it will be able (I think) to finance the rest that it needs.

August of 2014 is very ambitious considering that they haven't begun construction yet. And we also know that roughly half of all mining projects experience delays. So, if there was a delay in Midway's plan, that might cause the stock price to pull back, and that potential pullback might be a good entry point, if an investor was keen on this company.

Then again, maybe everything will go on schedule. In which case, picking up a near-term producer close to support, well ...

Go to post 370 and type in retired or whatever to sign in as a company or any other way you choose to sign in and watch on video the CEO say Midway is on schedule for lst bar of gold to be produced in August of this year.

Things will get real interesting come August when Midway pours that first bar of gold and the 67 Mutual/Institutional funds finally get payback (including Vanguard&Blackrock). Daytraders come and go but us long term investors are going to make a killing on the stock which is sitting on 100's of millions of dollars of (as yet) un-mined gold! I have NEVER seen funds invest in a penny stock like this .. NEVER..Follow the money folks! The valuations are not great for the commons and my investment and hope is that sales are so great that the PPS of the common will rise also. This company is producing and selling their products and recently in December added 2 more rather large retailers for sale of their products and meanwhile you try and place a cloud of doubt over this company by insinuating they are not complying with the SEC. You are simply not believable but a company selling product is, and anybody with common sense knows that a company with a bright future intends to stay in business by full compliance with the SEC.
