That is what "hope" does to people in the markets...they disconnect from logic and reality and see nothing but how much money they can make as opposed to how much they can and will eventually lose.
I read a book one time and the basic lesson was being able to "control your inner knucklehead" and its funny how often I see them posting on boards day in an day out haha
Yea...
I actually feel sorry for people like that...even if I expressed my opinion on what I thought the price would do they would just say I was a basher and banish me lol Doesnt mean we cant make a little $$$ off of it, but im just going to watch it.
the first thing I saw when I went over to that board was some random guy talking about the millions of shares he was holding and was not selling until it hit $1...welcome to penny land lol
getting closer to my average PPS now...didnt think I would see that anytime soon lol
still holding and waiting.
I did too actually...I knew housing data was going to be bad, just didnt know how bad so I took a day off. Beautiful day to hit the lake...
are you expecting this to be like APCX and have a couple of good days?
well look who showed up to the party...
buys? I wonder who's buying this freaking thing...muahahaha
yes sir I do...
my charbies breakout pattern filter went crazy this morning...
dont mind if I slap a little do ya?
You could always buy the idea from me lol
I was looking for the "Charbies Breakout Pattern" in my filtering software yesterday and I couldnt find it lol
you have had some great picks recently. Keep up the good work guys.
Real stand up group here and that is hard to find on this site...
thats setting the bar pretty high...
thats a crazy low entry...
so who retired today? Just curious...
i got in this morning at .0016...I was waiting to see if it would gap and retrace in the morning any so I could get in lower but its all good. Not like im hurting right now or anything
I think i've got it under control...thanks for the "advice"
yes sir, you seem to be pretty popular on the hub these days
I love the bashers...I almost make $$$ when the noise comes out to play with us
Maybe higher up, but not yet...
mainly charts...I could care less about what the company does or what they make...
Made some good $$$ on this today.
still holding
watching and waiting...
Sure has been a good day for APCX ;-D
no kidding...
yes sir I did, but it wasnt in the market haha
So I saw the newsletter this morning...when are we getting our own forum???
I love this company...even without the FLD I am happy with an investment here. Lots of good things in the works...
I hope it does because I am very interested in the concept and I hate seeing people buy in high and watch money go into the red...but I'll be watching from the sidelines until certain things come to light.
For example: the float size...I have seen a lot of back and forth about that over the past week or so.
I think this thing is not looking too hot. I got out this past week "thank god" and I rode it for a quick profit but this board had lots of noise and people last week and now its dead. I think people are bailing...just an outsiders observation...
yep...pre-season doesnt mean anything ;-D
got volume?
Time to buy...
ha...ha...ha...
Charbies,
got anything your keeping your eyes on?
I showed you mine lol show me yours?
they were all traded at the prices you set? Thats surprising...really surprising...
Sorry it took so long to respond...I was on my cell phone all day and was not in front of a computer...here's why NSEH ran this morning.
COLUMBIA, S.C., Aug 12, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- COLUMBIA, S.C., Aug. 12 NuState Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NSEH) announced today that Richard Hersh has resigned as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Long-standing shareholder Kevin Yates was appointed as the new Chairman of the Board, and George Stevens was recruited as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Kevin Yates has been a shareholder with NuState for seven years. For the past 10 years, he has built new technology companies and repaired troubled ones. He has been actively involved in the Medical IT field for 23 years. He has worked with Global Leaders Cerner Corporation and McKesson, setting up national distribution networks for each of them. Currently, Yates is serving as CEO of three companies and working on the development of a new company specializing in sports analytics. Yates has the drive and passion, along with the commitment to turn companies around.
For over 35 years, George Stevens has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, start-up companies and the restoration of troubled businesses. From 1971 to 1986, Stevens worked for American-Standard, where he rose to President of a division and was a pivotal player in purchase of Trane. He then founded Stevens Information Systems, specializing in information technology, focusing on asset control and fulfillment of retirement plans for individuals of Fortune 500 companies. Stevens currently serves as Chairman or CEO for six publicly- and privately-held companies. Stevens Resource Group, founded by Stevens in 2005, maintains an extensive 'finder' network throughout the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. This allows him to identify emerging markets and investment opportunities through its vetting sources within these regions.
The first plan of action for the new executive team is to re-structure the onerous debt burden and the overly complicated equity positions that prevented the company from attracting new investments. The new executive team has started to arrange additional funding, included in the re-structuring objectives. The team has made progress with initial negotiations with creditors and shareholders and continues to receive positive feedback.
The second priority is to bring the company up-to-date on its regulatory filings to re-establish NuState's listing on the Bulletin Board. Thirdly, Yates and Stevens will develop a strategic plan to focus the company in a new direction involving exciting commercial opportunities.
"As a long-standing shareholder of the company, I fully appreciate the major challenges that our new management team must confront," stated Yates. "We are confident that our re-structuring objectives will be achieved, including the arrangement of additional funding. Through organic growth and acquisitions, we intend to build an aggressive but financially sound business. Our overall goal is to create value for those shareholders that have supported the company through its difficult years."
As the company achieves these set milestones, the performance will be communicated through an active investor relationsprogram designed to inform current shareholders and attract new investors. Current shareholders and potential investors are invited to sign in to the investor section of the newly launched NuState website www.nsehco.com.
