Are you referring to the 8-k filed in june 2010. I couldnt find it in there nor in the 10-Q.

Can any long time share holder give me insight as to why is the pps so low. I would think that the stock is undervalued especially with the merger news around the corner but the effective price has been falling down for some time.

BTW does anyone know when is their website going to be up?

When the MMs are forced to cover naked shorted shares, that is when the exponential profits are made. I hope everyone on this board gets good return on their investment :)

If you believe, as I do, that this company is taking steps in the right direction then an hour or two is nothing. We might have to wait for sometime but I strongly believe(based on facts) that our patience will be rewarded. Just consider that being current with SEC alone is going to be a big factor.

The link posted by cogito and the email received by bhinvest point in the same direction. TMXC is going to be current any day now and when that happens it will increase the pps dramatically.

This one is a real company working on stem cell research in Drug discovery and development, food supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and chemical industry.
SCI currently employs 20 employees.
They have two R&D facilities, a state-of-the-art facility in Texas and the another one in Leiden, The Netherlands.Their office is in NJ.
