Was that garbage stock locked for more than two years? Company run by criminals? Look at the drop just today? I suppose anything is possible...highly unlikely but possible or maybe improbable. In six months, the same conversation will be going on here. Possible flares of excitement that lead nowhere. I wish I were wrong but just look at history. Over and over again, hopes dashed as the market takes off for this product segment. And here we all sit, powerless. Pathetic. Anybody have any ideas what we the shareholders can do here?
I think we know why nothing has happened. It's because nothing has happened. History with SFIO has told us that over and over.
Maybe, but the entertainment value of the entire scene here is beginning to wear thin. Lot of repetition from broken promises, false hopes dashed. How many times can the boy cry wolf...it's really boring at this point. Well, why don't you just leave Texas? I am sure that is being said now as I write, as you read...well, I just might. Maybe we all should leave and get on with life. This is more like social media here than it is discussion of a viable company with potential sales and profits. I think that element is dead as Caesar's ghost. Dead. Dead. Dead
Yeah, but look at the price of the stock, one millimeter from being worthless. There is no room in this play. It is locked. You can't move on it one way or another. So all the blue-sky may just be ego and game playing. The only play in this stock, is the activity on this board. That's it. By now I hope everyone sees that with SFIO...GAME OVER

It's really too bad, this could've been a winner as the popularity of ecigs skyrockets.
The only thing left of SFIO...is this Board, nothing else!
Hello everyone, hope you all are having a great week!!
Snails, what's going on?...uh, er...NOTHING!!
And look how good BLU ecigs are doing. Did anyone go to the link I posted last week from the Wall Street Journal about the quarterly report from Lorillard? Lorillard is a multi-billion dollar cap tobacco company. Their last quarter was up 10% with most of the attribution going to their ecig, BLU. That is the power of this product and no one, NO ONE on this board has commented on my other suggestion that may have even more importance and that is the licensing of this device to inhalation therapy use. I could throw away my electric nebulizer and get my albuterol by way of an ecig device. That usage has worldwide and continuing use possibilities for years, even decades to come.
Lorillard stock is about 41.00 per share, can you imagine if our product was part of that Lorillard family. Am I the only one on this board that sees the potential for this use of the device? Will someone please PLEASE comment.
That window of opportunity is slowly closing this week. Remember the fall back position of EOM, that's a few days away. The sad part is that this same dog-and-pony act of hopeful optimism that this finally may be the breakthrough...we've heard that many times over the last couple of years.
This current spate of activity on the Board has been going on for a few weeks with absolutely nothing to show for it. Words mean nothing, it's results that counts. And if EOM is the definite time frame right now, well, time is running out for this so-called "surprise."
I think it will be fascinating to see the posts Friday night if nothing happens. Predicting at this point is useless and meaningless, it's only results that counts. Who can argue with that? Well, there may be a few...
Ya know what...I sense a "coming together" here on this Board. I think we are all pointed in the same direction here, building frustration and anger, together. Are we forming some type of a block to take some action and put pressure to get this moving or hold those responsible? Anyone else sense that in the last few weeks?
BBB, thank you for being honest. It's appreciated.
And for the "hopeful and positive types" you have to take into consideration what has been going on for the last couple of years. How many false alarms have we all gone through...any day...in a few days...something just around the corner. It can make one cynical when you hear that hopeful and predictive talk over and over and over again, and nothing happens. And it's always the hope, well, maybe this time we are going to see a breakthrough, positive results. But we never hear the details, we never hear the details, just hyperbole. Even after the event fades away we never hear the recounting of how a deal, if there ever was one, went bad. When a shareholder keeps hearing that "blue sky" repeatedly with no results, you can understand the anger and frustration vented here on this board this last week. For all of us, I hope that we will see some movement soon. I can only answer for myself but my life does not revolve around this moment in time with SFIO. I find it interesting and even entertaining and that's about it. Sure, I would like to see my shares rise in price, but I am definitely not counting on it.
But I gotta tell ya, a little more than a week till the end of the month...if nothing happens by the end of this month, as predicted, no positive, hopeful postings will have future effect for me. It will be just more of the same. It's only past history that is the teacher here, and that hasn't been good. Do you "positive reporters" understand that?
Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it.--George Santayana
Yep, I'm afraid the ship has left the dock. Look at what BLU ecigs have done for Lorillard, increased their bottom line last quarter by 10%. Lorillard is a multi-billion dollar tobacco company and now they are helped on ecigs. Like I said, a damn shame. Great idea, lousy and illegal execution.
Believe me, I know, any Texas jokes are well deserved.
As for the rest, is there anything any of us can
do to correct this situation of hold, stagnation?
This product had great potential commercially, medically.
A multi-use product that I always felt had great
inhalation therapy possibilities. As someone
with asthma problems this could have been a great
alternative to a clunky electric-motor nebulizer.
Just snap it out of your pocket and you have a
portable lightweight method of medication delivery.
Just think of that market worldwide. There are
single pump inhalers on the market, have been for
years, but nothing like a continuous flow of medication
this could have delivered.
It's really just a damn shame all the way around.
No Prob...actually, with very large amount of shares I hold, nothing would make me happier than to see either the lock released or a reasonable take-over of the remaining company asset value, meager as it is. Now wouldn't that be sweet.
I guess what bothers me is the constant bashing. I mean for good or bad, we are shareholders, I assume, invested for positive results, hopefully. All in this drama together. All I am looking for is some kernel of truth as to where we stand. This one stock does surely not a portfolio make...mine included. At this point this little bit of excitement does provide some entertainment value and it seems to have gotten everyone's juices rolling. Who knows what will happen with this stock or with life in general. At any moment we could all find either hell on earth or real time paradise.
It does seem to spice up the day for sure.
Hey Free Man, my post was not a specific personal attack. Yours was.. Secondly you don't know me at all to make such a personal attack and fallacious observations.

ballbag, do it then report back to the board what's going on...
http://online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-20130725-707230.html?mod=WSJ_qtoverview_wsjlatest Very interesting report from Lorillard. 2nd Qtr. sales up by 10% due to rising sales in their Ecig...BLU.
Define "This"
Tom, years ago when I first heard of SFIO and the new smokeless system I saw an even bigger market for this device. The device is a wonderful delivery system for inhalation therapy and the delivery of medication for various lung problems. As an asthmatic I carry and use inhalers. The delivery of the medication is under pressure and uneven. Sometimes I have to use a nebulizer. The SFIO
device is a perfect portable delivery method of medication that can be used anywhere, anytime without having to plug in an electric pump like a nebulizer. There are BILLIONS to be made around the world with such a delivery device.
But Tom, where is the R&D staff for SFIO? Where is management, where are the sales, distribution, fulfillment dpartments? Where is ecommerce, communications, publications, marketing? Where is the legal department? Where is consumer relations and investor relations department? Where is manufacturing? Ya see what I mean? Even on a small scale start-up operation there is some business activity evident. There is no activity here. I wish it were otherwise because not only we as stockholders would benefit but people like me with lung problems would benefit medically as well. It's just a damn shame this was not real instead of a get-rich-quick scam, which now looking back after a two-year shut down, this truly is. Like I said, I wish I was wrong, sure doesn't look like it, does it?
Tom, this Tom. To answer your question, nothing has happened, nothing will happen. This is nothing more than a social media conversation going on here, enjoy.

It's been two years, nobody is gonna pick this up. They would be picking up a dead carp at the end of a pier.
Because they know that the shareholders can't touch them in any way. We Suffer In Silence...except on this board.
Out...shoulda been a long time ago...but now is as good as anytime.
What's an S-1...I'm afraid to even ask. Sounds ominous.
Keeps going down, to oblivion? Sure looks like it. Not much further to go.
Them? How bout us? We're the big losers here.
No, the game is over her in SFIO land.
Yeah one dollar, that's the net worth of the entire company.
Two years of hopelessness and delusion for this worthless stock, non-existent company. It exists as an illusion, as a thin line of fog in the distance all too soon disappearing in the bright shine of day. This is fun watching this discussion as we all stand around in a circle, staring down at a dead rotting carcass.
Too Late. The accounts' dried up. No deposits
in a couple of years. Just waiting for the bank (SEC)
to close the account.
Nothing to wait for because there is nothing happening.
Brud, thank you for the attempt, it is appreciated. But after months and months of nothing, this is more of the same...nothing. There is no meat on this bone, because there is no bone. All vapor...whoooosh....there it goes, disappearing.
Brave attempt, but I am afraid all of us with skin in the game here are going to get nothing because there is nothing to get.
Another issue, why do all of us keep checking into this forum to talk about this disaster. Maybe some foolishly believe there is some slender stick of hope. Maybe some of us think, like me, that one day we will check this board and see it does not exist, stock delisted. Or maybe it is the entertainment value, the same reason why all of us slow down and gawk at a traffic accident. I stick with the entertainment value reason. It is curious and mildly amusing to read comments from people who dangle above the abyss with the failing hope that some miracle will happen. Got news for you all, that is what it is going to take...a full-blown, eye-popping, swoop-down-from-heaven miracle to save a faint pulse from oblivion. But as each week and month moves on, obliteration and elimination looms closer and closer. One day, the shop will be closed.
We'll see...although history is an excellent teacher and window into the future.
Now What? It's over, down again, heading for Zero Zero
and then it will disappear...stock, board, the
whole damn thing. One day, poof...it will all be gone!
And all of our money with it.
