I noticed that there is no physical address listed for
AMCO on the company website. That's a big red flag in my book. Plus AMCO is a Chinese company which is another red flag. It doesn't require a genius in order to put two and two together here.

FXCM earnings estimates range is negative - $1.88 per share loss for 2015. Based on that information this company is currently overvalued. I think Q1 earnings for 2015 will be horrendous due to the Swiss franc fiasco.

Citi affirmed its Sell rating and $0.75 price target on FXCM
Analyst William R. Katz saw a 75 percent downside to the stock and felt that its shares were being boosted by retail day-traders who may be looking at short-term technicals rather than the “significantly impaired equity value” of the company.
I couldn't agree with you more. There is over 10 law firms currently investigating FXCM. Most of them will probably announce that they have officially filed lawsuits against the company within a few weeks.

FXCM's 'Poison Pill' Is Just Another Empty News Release
Summary
•FXCM announced a Stockholder Rights Plan.
•Regardless of the plan, the arrangement with Leucadia with respect to timing and dispersal of sale proceeds remain unchanged.
•The plan is meaningless because no company will purchase FXCM on the open market when it can work out a deal directly with Leucadia and pay a much cheaper price.

This is my fourth article on FXCM Inc. (NYSE:FXCM) since the fallout from the Swiss Franc revaluation. I feel like I am beating a dead horse here but this morning's news release compelled me to write on FXCM once again. This article won't be so long and detailed as my others as I feel I have gone through every possible scenario for the company and it comes to the same conclusion. The stock is worth $1 to $2 based on a range of reasonable expectations of growth (or lack of it), customer debit balance collections, asset sales and ability to pay off the loan and when considering that any proceeds from a sale of the Newco will be subject to an allocation that heavily favors Leucadia (NYSE:LUK) and FXCM's note holders must be paid off before FXCM shareholders see a dime.
FXCM is grossly overvalued at the current stock price based on Q1 2015 earnings estimates which are around negative - $0.64 per share.

FXCM Spin Game Doesn't Change Its Misleading Marketing And Disclosures
Summary
•While virtually all media outlets are reporting that FXCM's 1/28 press release is a boon for affected customers, it is not what it seems.
•FXCM has a long history of implying in its marketing and disclosures that clients' are not liable for account deficits.
•By asserting the (dubious) right to collect from customers with account deficits, FXCM is putting lipstick on its pig carcass.

Citi Ignores FXCM Buyout Rumors, Says Challenges Ahead
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/citi-ignores-fxcm-buyout-rumors-141656571.html
FXCM Inc (NYSE: FXCM) on Friday detailed some company metrics to assuage the market, while also expressing an intention to sell its non-core assets. However, Citi on Monday reiterated its $0.75 per share price target and Sell rating. That price target represents a 68 percent decline from Friday’s close.
FXCM Considers Sale Of Non-Core Assets: How Does This Impact Its Valuation?
Summary
•FXCM is considering the sale of non-core assets, which should significantly improve the firm's ability to pay off the Leucadia loan in a timely manner.
•The sale of assets, along with the strategy to pursue client debit balances will stifle FXCM's revenue growth.
•Even with an ability to pay off the loan early, FXCM's stock price upside is limited.

Citigroup reiterated its "sell" rating and 75 cent price target on the stock.
Citigroup lowered the price target to 75 cents from $4.25 on Tuesday and maintained its "sell/high risk" rating after FXCM plummeted Tuesday following its disclosure of the terms of its bailout by Leucadia National (LUK).

FXCM: This Equity Is Nearly Worthless
Summary
•FXCM shares have rallied to a valuation far beyond what is justified based on its prior earnings power.
•Its forward value will be harmed

•Shares should trade for less than $1/share.

FXCM is obviously in a desperate situation. Based on Friday's press release the only logical conclusion I can come to is that the company will auction off valuable assets for pennies on the dollar. Vulture capitalists are seeking to take advantage of the situation.
FXCM Tries To Slip Bad News Past Investors
Summary
•FXCM slipped in Friday's trading as stockholders digested the idea that little equity may be left for them in a buyout.
•After hours, FXCM released a "business update" PR.
•They hid the dirty details in a Form 8-K.
By Parke Shall
Friday afternoon is often the time when companies get the bad news out of the way. In hopes that the Wall Streeters here in Manhattan have already moved outside their offices to local bars and restaurants, Friday after-hours is a notorious time for companies to let bad news slip out.
In the case of FXCM (NYSE:FXCM) today, that news was tucked away into an 8-K while people still lucky enough to be at their offices were treated to a cheery sounding PR.

Do you honestly believe everything that CEOs tell you? They're paid BIG money to lie. The FXCM stock price was crashing. The CEO came out with a statement in order to try and stabilize the situation. He was in a tight spot and could not make an honest statement about the dire situation that the company was in.
In my opinion this company will be eaten alive from massive new debt due to the high interest rate loan, legal fees and huge settlements with law firms that are investigating the company.
Cheers!
The Bearish Case For FXCM: Will It Collect On Debit Balances Outstanding And What Are The Consequences?
Summary
•Since my article from yesterday, many forex brokers have announced that they are forgiving client debit balances relating to the Swiss Franc revaluation.
•FXCM is in a tough spot where if it collects debit balances to pay off its loan, clients will migrate to other brokers and the business fails to grow.
•FXCM's stock price has doubled since Tuesday's lows, much of the upside is already priced into the stock so a bearish bias appears to be the better trade.

Update: FXCM - We're Still Not Buyers
Summary
•We cautioned investors about getting into FXCM after its collapse.
•FXCM rallied to mid-$4 range before details of the loans were disclosed.
•We're still not interested in the risk, as FXCM must consider its tarnished brand, poor collections, and ugly senior debt first.
