LOL! Good one!
Quite effective though, at least for that one day! Lotsa action and lotsa dumping translates into lotsa new bagholders!
Truly amazing how fast the volume dried up and the SP declined, once the pump was over!
The SP (currently .18) is essentially ONE THIRD of what it was less than a month ago. Sad for the stuckholders.
Agreed, although it is effectively no bid now, even though the SP isn't down to .0001 yet. (Today was an exception, but in general it is trading less and less.)
When is the reverse split going to happen???? Soon, I would bet, as they need to get the money faucet flowing again!
If there is any movement at all, it will likely be south. In case you hadn't noticed, this stock has lost more than HALF of its value in the last couple of weeks. AS Slo pointed out, there is a lack of transparency with this company. Unless that changes, this will drift lower and lower.
I knew about the po box deal, but I did not know that the US does not have an extradition treaty with china. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. That certainly DOES explain the address. Thanks for the clarification.
Interesting. The treasurer and director (one and the same person) resides in China. What's up with THAT?????
I think you hit the nail on the head! I count myself as lucky that I got out of this one intact!

When you actually go to the website, doesn't matter what link you click on-They are all 'under maintenance'.
I noticed that there was some activity on this stock today: 13,500 shares, all at .53 per share. Interesting. Definitely not investing anything here until more info comes forth. And like you said, with Spinelli involved with this one too, it really stinks it up.
Let's see how this (and UTRM) plays out.
I think you will have more and more opportunities to 'load the boat' on this one, as many more people will be 'bailing out' of this particular boat.
Sorry to say, but I think this one is just another stinky pinky.
Good luck to you.
Looks like the .0035 or .0032 is not working. You've lost about half of your value in under two weeks since this post-it closed today at .0017 .
What say you now? Buy or sell? Just curious as to your position now.
I just noticed that the moderator (Bretton James) is history. Click on his profile and you will see what I mean. OUCH! If there are any iHub mods following this board, perhaps they should remove him as Mod and give somebody else a shot.
This last trade takes the cake: 295 shares @ .0006 per share = less than 18 cents. With commision figured in, somebody just PAID their broker to take their shares.
No bid coming soon. Can you say OUCH?
Seems like KNBA has just floundered among almost no volume, while GEFI looks like it is being pumped pretty hard right now. What do you think about KNBA and GEFI?
Slo-Got your msg. Thanks, and I agree with you. My concern as far as UTRM goes (once it fails completely) is following the dummy duos to whatever their next stinky pinky is, so that people can be forewarned against buying that next POS. In the meantime, there are many better places to invest than this stock as it sits now.
Slo, thanks for all of your work and research over on the DD/Fraud board. I am curious if anyone over there has dug deep into UTRM. It seems like even with all the talk here, nobody has really dug in deep, like nodummy does over there. Or perhaps I missed it? In any case, maybe some deep digging is in order, even though the party here seems to pretty much be over.
Sorry for the delay in replying to you.
Thanks for the info. I appreciate your time.

Correct. I have done nothing with the Southern Realty stock. It still sits, and we still get dividend checks once a year. (How about that? A otc stock that actually HAS income and pays dividends! What a novel concept!)
1,000 SHARES @ .0001 = 10 CENTS! This one takes the cake! No more needs to be said!
First significant volume in quite a while. Getting ready for another round of pump 'n dump?????
Pretty nice picture of the girl-oops, motorcycle!
Nice lines on that a*s-oops! Motorcycle!
If IMWL can perform half as well as that um-motorcycle, (uh yeah, that's it!) then everybody should be rolling right along!
Ok, enough of the bad puns!
The 777 shares traded yielded 31 cents, minus the comission. Yeah, whopper of a trade
Well on their way to retirement! LOL
Are we in a rut, or what?
Seems to me that the low 31's ought to be a good point to pick up more, which is exactly what I intend to do. I think once the Fed Govmt. hangover is done with, this stock will take off.
My (now deceased) father bought a VERY thinly traded stock, SRLY, many decades ago. This was long before electronic trading days, so we have an actual stock certificate. I was able to download all of the transactions for this stock: from 9/15/2002 to present, there have been 98 days of trading activity. So although it is still traded, the volume is so thin as to make it virtually unsalable. How do I go about selling off this stock? Do I have to enlist the help of a broker? I use eTrade, and I know I can call and get the help of a broker, but I'm not crazy about paying a large fee just to talk to someone there.
Any thoughts would certainly be appreciated.
Thanks
Jim
You may want to revise your statement as to your shares, since there are not even that many shares outstanding in total. 100 million shares is a possibility, but not 100 billion. That WAS a typo, right?
Not a huge amount of money in play here, so at .0004 I am willing to gamble a bit.
Yes. Just picked up almost 13.5 million shares at .0004 .
Pretty amazing that somebody would trade 302 shares at .002 per share. Total realized (before commision): 60 cents! Even if they had a free trade, it still is amazing that anybody would bother! Can you say OUCH?
As one who has never posted on this board (having never bought into the stock) before, I wanted to say that I have been a very long time lurker. I for one have enjoyed the scrapping back and forth, deleted posts and everything else!
My funds have been plunked down for more traditional investments (F and more recently, GM) and I am quite happy. If this company ever does get its act together and somehow manages to avoid BK, some people might actually make some money. But for now, any new investors are likely going to avoid this one. As they should. Due diligence is definitely the operative phrase here.
Thanks again everybody for the laughs!

Here is the scoop on this, and the source. I have added nothing to this myself. I actually do not care for our current leadership, but I will stick up for someone when they are being misquoted. PLEASE, people, whenever you see something as inflammatory as this, do what I did, just copy/paste one of the key phrases into Google, and look it up. Took all of 10 seconds for me to look it up and see that this was a hoax. Having said all of this, here is what I came up with:
From Urban Legends website“Analysis: No, Barack Obama didn't really utter these asinine words. Nor does it say much for the intelligence of a certain segment of the American population that they believe he, or any serious presidential candidate, actually did.
Some of the words — specifically the sentences quoted first in the earlier variant above, such as "I like the song 'I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing.' If that were our anthem, then I might salute it" — were put in Obama's mouth by conservative humorist John Semmens (see his October 27, 2007 column, "Semi-News, on the Arizona Conservative website). The intent was satirical.
Semmens was poking fun at two of the candidate's actions early on in the presidential campaign that were perceived by some as insufficiently patriotic — his decision to stop wearing a U.S. flag pin, and his failure to place his hand over his heart during a rendition of the national anthem at a public event in 2007.
Of the first, Obama's actual explanation went as follows:
You know, the truth is that right after 9/11, I had a pin. Shortly after 9/11, particularly because as we're talking about the Iraq War, that became a substitute for I think true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our national security, I decided I won't wear that pin on my chest. Instead, I'm going to try to tell the American people what I believe will make this country great, and hopefully that will be a testimony to my patriotism. (ABC News, Oct. 4, 2007)
As to the second point, the implication that Obama has taken an ideological position against following protocol during the national anthem is misleading. He was caught on film one time singing along with the anthem instead of putting his hand over his heart, but on other occasions before and since, he was photographed doing the latter. An Obama aide offered this explanation:
Sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't [put his hand on his heart]. In no way was he making any sort of statement, and any suggestion to the contrary is ridiculous. ("Inside Edition," October 23, 2007)
Newer variant contains added falsehoods
As if to demonstrate that smear-mongering is a team sport, additional fabricated quotes have been appended to the message on its journey from inbox to inbox (variant #2 above), along with the claim that Obama uttered these words during a September 7, 2008 appearance on Meet the Press (not so). The new version is attributed to a nonexistent Washington Post reporter by the name of Dale Lindsborg. “
